Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya retorika oleh seorang pembawa acara agar memperoleh informasi dari bintang tamunya. Seorang pembawa acara tentu menggunakna strategi bertutur dan kesantunan tindak tutur agar menjaga citra dirinya dan citra mitra tuturnya sehingga memperoleh informasi yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada strategi bertutur dan kesantunan tindak tutur Deddy Corbuzier dalam acara Hitam Putih di Trans7. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen yang berupa dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik content analysis (analisis isi). Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. 1) Strategi bertutur yang digunakan Deddy Corbuzeir dalam acara Hitam Putih di Trans7 adalah bertutur terus terang tanpa basa basi, bertutur dengan basa basi kesantunan positif, dan bertutur dengan basa basi kesantunan negatif. 2) Prinsip kesantunan yang digunakan Deddy Corbuzier dalam acara Hitam Putih di Trans7 adalah maksim pujian, maksim simpati, dan maksim kesepakatan. Oleh karena itu, dapat diketahui bahwa Deddy Corbuzeir adalah pembawa acara yang memiliki ciri khas tersendiri dalam menggunakan strategi bertutur dan prinsip kesantunan bertutur dengan mitra tuturnya

Abstract

The purpose of the inventory of which is to meet consumer demand with rapid, to support the activities of the companies concerned. In addition to the inventory information is important to provide information about the financial position of the fair as a going concern. Inventories of goods are also very susceptible to damage, rising prices, damage and theft. To that end, the management company must perform a system for recording the inventory appropriately in accordance with the procedures specified. Because of errors in recording inventory will affect the company's income. Records with a computerized card stock will facilitate the checking of inventory directly without having to physically check into the warehouse.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision of learning on student learning outcomes. The study was designed in 3 cycles, each of which consisted of planning, implementing, observing, reflecting, and revising activities. The action taken is supervision, followed by collection of cooperation and creativity. The data collection method used is descriptive method. The results of the study, quantitatively indicate an increase in student learning outcomes from cycles 1, 2, and 3. In cycle 2, so also in the cycle 3. Based on the data from the action results from cycle to cycle, there appears to be a change or development from cycle 1 to cycle 2 and from cycle 2 to cycle 3. If in cycle 1, the number of students who get grades reaches KKM there are 10 people or 28.57%, then in cycle 2, the number of students who score reaches KKM increases by 3 people to 13 students or 37, 15%. Furthermore, in the third cycle the number of students who got the score reached KKM increased by 7 people, so that the total number of students who had scored reached KKM up to cycle 3, to 20 people or 57%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh return on asset, return on equity, dan earning per share terhadap harga saham perusahaan perbankan, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham oleh t- nilai uji -3,326 <1,199125, sedangkan variabel pengembalian aset dan laba per saham memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan nilai uji 1,199125, yaitu 2,858 dan 9,908. Tiga variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pengembalian aset, laba atas ekuitas, dan laba per saham secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 67,5% yang dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel pengembalian aset, laba atas ekuitas , dan laba bersih per saham mempengaruhi harga saham sedangkan sisanya 32,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penambangan nikel di PT. Bintangdelapan Mineral terletak di Desa Fatufia Kecamatan Bahodopi Kabupaten Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. Maksud dari penelitian ini mempelajari teknik pengambilan sampel cek pit dan sampel stock pile serta bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan Kadar Ni, Fe. Penulis membatasi masalah pada perbandingan kadar Ni, Fe, berdasarkan sampel cek pit dan sampel mining produksi serta sampel port produksi stock pile, dengan mengunakan analisis alat Minipal. Metode penelitian lapangan yang terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pengambilan data, tahap pengolahan data dan tahap penyusunan Skripsi. Hasil yang di dapatkan yaitu pada pengambilan sampel cek pit, sampel mining, dan sampel port terjadi peningkatan kadar, hal ini disebabkan karena pada penambangan PT. Bintangdelapan Mineral telah menerapkan dengan baik metode penambangan selective mining. Dalam pengambilan sampel tersebut peneliti menerapkan cara pengambilan sampel cek pit dan sampel stock pile produksi nikel laterit sesuai dengan standar operasional di PT. Bintangdelapan Mineral, data yang di peroleh diolah memakai Microsoft excel dan kemudian di sajikan dalam bentuk pembacaan SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution).

Abstract

In order to create complacency and success of an information system that has been created, a test is needed, one of them is usability testing on the system to be implemented. This testing is done by analyzing the usability aspects of a system. Usability aspects to be tested including Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of use. The purpose of this research is to determine the acceptance of usability web-based citizen services system by measuring the dimensions of usefulness, satisfaction, and ease of use. This research used a testing method with USE Questionnaire which consists of 30-Question. This research is a descriptive quantitative research conducted on Rusunawa RW 014 Pesakih by survey method. The test results showed the average variable value is 4.18 and was in the Interval of Assessment "Good (B) / High (T)" which can be interpreted website-based citizen services system has a good usability value and this information system can be implemented in Rusunawa Pesakih.

Abstract

This Thesis Research aims to determine the extent of employee satisfaction with the implementation of promotion in the office of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Central Tapanuli Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the level of employee satisfaction with the implementation of promotion in the office of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Central Tapanuli Regency. The research design used was a quantitative analysis, in which the total population in this study were all employees in the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Central Tapanuli Regency totaling 67 and a sample of 45 people. Based on the results of the study showed that the relationship between job promotion and employee satisfaction is a very low category, where the calculation of correlation obtained 0.199. While the coefficient of determination is 4% while the remaining 96% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. Simple linear regression obtained by the equation model Y = 21.235 + 0.365 X shows the relationship between promotion and employee satisfaction toward positive. Tcount value is smaller than ttable or 1.334 ≤ 1.68107 then the hypothesis proposed is rejected. So it can be concluded that Ha was rejected and Ho was accepted, namely there was no employee satisfaction with the promotion of position at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Central Tapanuli Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Good Corporate Governance which is proxy by the institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, and the Audit Committee of the Firm Value with Financial Performance as the Moderate Variable (Case Study on the Insurance Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2016). The population of this research is the insurance sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. Based on the selection of the sample there are 8 company that examined for 4 years with 32 samples. A data analysis method in this research is the regression data panels and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) using Eviews software 9. The result of this research shows that good corporate governance before and after moderated financial performance has significantly to the firm value. It means that, with the improvement of the mechanism of good corporate governance and financial performance will show up investor confidence so were able to increase the firm value. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai konflik kepentingan di bidang pertanahan menyebabkan timbulnya sengketa kepemilikan dan penguasaan hak atas tanah baik antar perorangan maupun badan hukum serta Instansi Pemerintah. Permasalahan hukum yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah duduk perkara dan pertimbangan hakim dalam Putusan No. 16/Pdt.G/2011/PN.BJN Tentang Peralihan Jual Beli yang Dilakukan dengan Pura-pura (Schijn Handeling) dan analisis yuridis Putusan No. 16/Pdt.G/2011/PN.BJN Tentang Peralihan Jual Beli yang dilakukan dengan pura-pura tersebut. Untuk menjawab permasalahan diatas, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif yang mengkaji dan menganalisa substansi peraturan Perundang-undangan atas pokok permasalahan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan konseptual, pendekatan perundang-undangan, dan pendekatan kasus. Serta menggunakan teknik analisis bahan hukum dengan interpretasi gramatikal dan interpretasi analogis. Bahan hukum yang digunakan terdapat tiga macam, yaitu bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suku bunga, jaminan, nominal kredit dan pelayanan bank terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit oleh pelaku usaha kecil menegah pada debitur BPR di Kota Batam dari tahun 2012-2016. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode non probability sampling secara purposive sampling.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah debitur usaha kecil menengah BPR di Kota Batam yang berjumlah 86.Hasil dari uji F suku bunga, jaminan, nominal kredit dan pelayanan bank berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit.Hasil dari uji tsuku bunga dan nominal kredit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit.Sedangkan jaminan dan pelayanan bank tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit dikarenakan modal kredit yang dikenal masyarakat dengan tanpa agunan sulit persyaratannya.Begitu juga dari segi pelayanan, komunikasi dan administrasi di BPR kurangnya memberikan informasi kepada debitur UKM secara cepat dan tanggap dalam menyikapi keluhan UKM
