Abstract

Tutoring becomes one of the even mandatory for students in dealing with subjects that are not easily schooled, the difficulties that are often faced by students the number of subjects and lack of creativity of teachers in explaining class is one option to seek tutoring outside of school, only time and costs become one the obstacles faced and also congestion added to the long school hours. The teacher room site is one alternative that provides ease of learning with easily and visually displayed material that can motivate students to learn and parents can also learn together and also monitor learning at home. By using learning motivation theory and the uses and gratifications theory where students have the desire and hope to achieve good grades and also find alternative ways of learning that are easy and interesting to understand, this encouragement is also what parents want to realize to motivate their children by enrolling children his children follow study hours outside school hours in the hope that their children can improve their achievement at school and can easily do their school assignments and learn together with their parents at home so that parents can continue to provide motivation to their children.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate English learners’ metalinguistic awareness on detecting lexical ambiguity in a text. In ddition, it also investigated whether or not the participants’ interests in certain linguistics branches are influential in analyzing an article. This was a case study design aiming to inveestigate in depth and detailed data source collected from students’ assessment.The finding showed that most of the participants can retrieve their metalinguistic awareness and linguistic knowledge. Specifically, half of them could detect ambiguity because of the influence of their interest in semantics. Moreover, a few of those who were interested in semantics could analyze through both semantics and pragmatics view. In this way, it can be concluded that the participants’ interests in semantics was influential in detecting ambiguity as a domain of semantics. This research suggests that in studying linguistics, students should not only be taught about theories but also how to analyze either written or spoken discourse on the basis of those theories in linguistics branches.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Akuntansi siswa kelas X AK 2 SMK Negeri 1 Bantul Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kolaboratif yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan menggunakan dua metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan angket dimana data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis data kualitatif melalui dua tahap, yaitu penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis kualitatif tersebut kemudian dilengkapi dengan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan presentase kuantitatif untuk menghitung skor Aktivitas Belajar Akuntansi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division dapat meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Akuntansi Siswa Kelas X Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi SMK N 1 Bantul Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan skor Aktivitas Belajar kelas X AK 2 dari 73,41% pada siklus pertama dan mencapai 83,24% pada siklus kedua. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) mampu meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar siswa kelas X AK 2 SMK Negeri 1 Bantul secara klasikal tanpa dominasi dari beberapa siswa saja.

Abstract

Pers di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia adalah wujud dari implementasi demokrasi. Perannya yang sangat vital sebagai penyalur informasi dan konfirmasi bagi masyarakat, serta pembentuk opini publik menjadikan pers sebagai pilar ke-4 penyangga suatu negara. Eksistensi pers tentunya membutuhkan dukungan yuridis, dan saat ini terimplementasi dalam UU No 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers. Dengan adanya UU ini pers memiliki payung hukum serta batasan dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai kontrol sosial di masyarakat. Namun bukan tanpa celah, implementasi UU Pers juga menemui banyak kendala yang dirasa merugikan bagi pers itu sendiri. Kendala tersebut terkait tidak adanya delik pidana dalam UU Pers yang diatur dalam KUHP, karena UU Pers dianggap bukan lex specialist dari KUHP. Hal ini berdampak pada delik pers banyak yang tidak bisa diselesaikan dengan UU Pers melainkan harus melalui KUHP. Tulisan ini membahas tentang delik pers dan kekerasan jurnalis di tahun 2020 akibat paradok implementasi UU Pers ini. Hasilnya masih terdapat jurnalis yang mendapatkan vonis hukuman oleh pengadilan dan meningkatnya kekerasan tehadap jurnalis yang dilakukan oleh oknum masyarakat maupun aparat keamanan

Abstract

In an increasingly technological developments rapidly, the use of a tool that can help the human work easier. The use of sensors that are then processed by a microcontroller making a tool can be used to become a tool in everyday human activities. The use of ultrasonic sensor-based microcontroller atmega16 can serve as a reader about a situation in front of him. The utilization of these tools can be applied in the opening a portal or haling the door automatically, which will read the existence of an object at a specified place and distance. Sensor used the opening of the Portal will automatically read the existence of an obstacle in front, so that by the time the sensor is reading the existence of impediments at the spot that has been determined, then the portal will automatically open. Abstract

Abstract Based on Indonesian banking statistics in 2019, the rural bank (BPR) has a positive performance in the growth of credit distribution. This credit growth shows that rural bank (BPR) function in carrying out credit-giving activities is still gaining trust from the community, so it still has its existence and opportunities to increase Credit distribution amid increasingly sharp competition. The distribution of working capital loans in 2019, has a positive impact on the growth of the most dominant economic sector, namely trade, agriculture and services in every province where the rural bank (BPR) operates. While investment credit distribution also helps many people in the sector of trade and community services. The consumptive credit distribution helps the community who needs funds for other urgent consumption sectors. In connection with the growth of the credit of the creditor of the rural bank (BPR) in 2019, the management of the rural bank (BPR) should pay attention to the level of credit risk arising by measuring the ratio of Non-Performing Loan (NPL), so that the rural bank (BPR) can take effective and efficient anticipation measures so that the credit delivered can improve the healthy and profitable assets.

Abstract

Indonesia harus mampu bersaing dengan negara-negara lain baik dalam produk, pelayanan, maupun dalam penyiapan sumber daya manusia. Pada saat ini kecenderungan meningkatnya pengganggur muda dan terdidik merupakan salah satu indikasi. Berbagai faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingginya tingkat pengangguran diantaranya adalah: kesempatan kerja yang terbatas, kualifikasi pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai, serta minimnya kemandirian pencari kerja untuk berwirausaha). Kompetensi ternyata tidak seperti kenyataan yang dimiliki pekerja. Dari analisis awal, beberapa kelemahan para peserta didik baik tingkat SMA sederajat hingga Perguruan Tinggi untuk bersaing dibidang bisnis baik sebagai calon tenaga kerja, maupun sebagai calon wirausaha. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan menambah pemahaman dan membuka cakrawala berpikir bagi siswa-siswi SMA dalam menghadapi persaingan masa depan diera Masyarakat Ekonomi yang mengedepankan kemampuan membangun komunikasi publik, penggunaan TI dalam beragam akivitas dan kompetensi keahlian yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk bersaing di pasar kerja. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the division of labor in increasing work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office by appealing to the hioptesis that there is an influence of the division of labor on increasing work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office. The research method used is a causal comperative descriptive method. The author uses 31 respondents as samples taken from the entire population. The results showed a positive relationship between the Division of Work with Work Effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office of 0.757, so that if interpreted on a scale of values ​​can be categorized as a strong relationship. The regression equation obtained Y = 9,419 + 0.782 X which shows the effect of the division of labor on work effectiveness, which means the effectiveness of work will increase by a regression coefficient / slop (0.782) if the division of labor variables are added by one unit. The t test showed that the hypothesis was accepted to be correct, where t count 6.233> 2.04523. While the coefficient of determination is known that the division of labor only accounts for 57.3% of work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office and the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Analysis of the Effect of Rolling Fund Loans National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) on the Income of the Poor District of Siulak. This study uses questionnaire data from PNPM borrowers in Siulak District. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using quantitative and qualitative descriptive statistics, simple regression analysis test. The variables used in this study are the Revolving National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) as an independent variable; and the income of the poor in the Siulak sub-district as the dependent variable.The results of this study indicate that the Revolving Fund National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) has a significant effect on the income of the poor in the Siulak District.

Abstract

The research objective is to test and analyze the effect of Cash Turnover, Net Interest Margin, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operational Efficiency and Cost Efficiency (BOPO) on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The nature of the research is explanatory research design. The research model is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that Cash turnover has a significant and partially significant effect on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 Period. Net Interest margin has a significant and partially significant effect on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. The loan to deposit ratio has a significant and partial effect on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. Operational Efficiency and Cost Efficiency (BOPO) has a partial and significant effect on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. Cash Turnover, Net Interest Margin, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operational Efficiency and Cost Efficiency (BOPO) have a significant and simultaneously significant effect on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016.
