Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Sibolga dengan menarik hipotesis bahwa Ada Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai Pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Sibolga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif causal comperative. Penulis menggunakan 49 (empat puluh sembilan) orang responden sebagai sampel yang diambil dari seluruh populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara Komitmen organisasi dengan Semangat kerja pegawai pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Sibolga sebesar 0,601, sehingga apabila diinterpretasikan dalam skala nilai dapat dikategorikan hubungan yang kuat. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 32,327 + 0,487 X, yang menunjukkan pengaruh Komitmen organisasi terhadap Semangat Kerja, yang berarti Semangat Kerja pegawai akan bertambah sebesar koefisien regresi/ slop (0,487) apabila variabel Komitmen organisasi ditambah dengan satu satuan. Uji hipotesis (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima kebenarannya, dimana t hitung 5,155 lebih besar dari t tabel 2.01174 atau 5,155 > 2.01174. Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa Komitmen organisasi hanya berperan sebesar 36,1 % terhadap Semangat kerja pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Sibolga dan sisanya sebesar 63,9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the division of labor in increasing work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office by appealing to the hioptesis that there is an influence of the division of labor on increasing work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office. The research method used is a causal comperative descriptive method. The author uses 31 respondents as samples taken from the entire population. The results showed a positive relationship between the Division of Work with Work Effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office of 0.757, so that if interpreted on a scale of values ​​can be categorized as a strong relationship. The regression equation obtained Y = 9,419 + 0.782 X which shows the effect of the division of labor on work effectiveness, which means the effectiveness of work will increase by a regression coefficient / slop (0.782) if the division of labor variables are added by one unit. The t test showed that the hypothesis was accepted to be correct, where t count 6.233> 2.04523. While the coefficient of determination is known that the division of labor only accounts for 57.3% of work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office and the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation (DIKLAT) of Education and Training in improving work effectiveness in the Sibolga Sambas Sub-District Office by appealing the hioptesis that there is an influence (DIKLAT) of Education and Training on the work effectiveness of the Sibolga Sambas Sub-District Office. The research method used is descriptive causal comperative method . The author uses 21 respondents as a sample drawn from the entire population. The results showed a positive relationship between (DILLAT) Education and Training with work Effectiveness at the Sibolga Sambas Sub-District Office of 0.953, so that when interpreted on a scale the values ​​could be categorized rather low. Regression equation obtained Y = 3.673 + 0.883 X which shows the effect of Education and Training on work effectiveness. The t test showed that the hypothesis was accepted to be correct, where t count 13.639> 2.09302, which means that work effectiveness would increase by a regression coefficient / slop (0.883) if the variable (DIKLAT) education and training were added by one unit. While the coefficient of determination is known that education and training only contribute 90.7% to the effectiveness of work in the Sibolga Sambas District Office and the remaining 9.3% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya Pengaruh Pembagian Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pada Balai Pemasyarakatan (BAPAS) KELAS II Sibolga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang ada pada Balai Pemasyarakatan (BAPAS) Kelas II Sibolga dengan penyebaran kuesioner berjumlah 32 responden. Dari hasil uji T (Uji Hipotesis) diketahui bahwa secara parsial atau individu pembagian kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pada Balai Pemayarakatan (BAPAS) Kelas II Sibolga. Yang dapat dilihat dari thitung pembagian kerja sebesar 2,711 dan thitung beban kerja sebesar 6,649 > ttable sebesar 2.04523, dengan nilai signifikan pembagian kerja sebesar 0,011 dan beban kerja sebesar 0,000 yang nilainya lebih kecil dari a, 5% (0,05) dan uji F (uji anova) diketahui bahwa secara simultan atau bersama sama pembagian kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pada Balai Pemasyarakatan (BAPAS) Kelas II Sibolga yang dapat dilihat dari Fhitung sebesar 51.752 > Ftable sebesar 3,33 ttabel sebesar 2.04523 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan yakni Pembagian Kerja dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pada Balai Pemasyarakatan (BAPAS) Kelas II Sibolga terbukti dan dapat diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Marketing Bauram on increasing fuel in the Fisherman Dealer's Diesel Package (SPDN) Analief Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency. This research was conducted at Analief SPDN Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative descriptive research. From the results of this research analysis it can be seen that from the calculation of the research instrument, the results between the X and Y variables are obtained for each item declared valid.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of whether there is an influence of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and service quality on customer satisfaction at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga. This research was conducted at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative descriptive research. From the results of the research analysis it can be seen that from the calculation of the research instrument, the results between the X and Y variables are obtained for each item which is declared valid because the total Corrcted item value is greater than the critical r value (0.30). From the calculation of the research data instrument, the results obtained between the variables X and Y are declared reliable because the Cronbach Alpha is above 0.60. From the normality test, all of them show that the distribution of the data does not violate the normality assumption, namely in the form of a bell and the data distribution is close to the diagonal line in the normal curve of the P-P Plot. There is an effect of the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and service quality on customer satisfaction based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 68.9%, this means that what occurs in the variation of the dependent variable (service quality) of 68.9% is determined by the independent variable ( Total Quality Management and service quality) and the remaining 31.1% is determined by other variables not discussed in this study, such as variables, infrastructure, price, location and others. From the hypothesis test obtained: Total Quality Management variable has a t statistic value of 6.190 and is greater than t table which is 2.030 (6.190 > 2.030) and Service quality variable has a t statistical value of 6.154 which is greater than t table which is 2.030 (6.154 > 2.030) which means the hypothesis proposed "accepted"

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing and promotion on customer loyalty in transportation services at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga. This research was conducted at Travel CV. Flores Sibolga, which is on Jalan Diponegoro No. 42 Sibolga District, Sibolga City. The time of the research was conducted from April 2022 to September 2022. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population is the total number of consumers using CV Travel transportation services. Flores Sibolga on average every day as many as 100 people. The number of research samples of 50 people was taken from the results of calculations with the slovin formula. The results of the research analysis are known from the calculation of the research instrument, the X and Y variables for each item are declared valid because the total corrected item value is greater than the critical r value (0.30). Calculation of the research data instrument, the results of the X and Y variables are declared reliable because Cronbach Alpha is above 0.60. The influence of Relationship Marketing and promotion on Customer Loyalty, the result of calculating the coefficient of determination is 0.707 = 50%, this means that what happens to the variation of the dependent variable (customer loyalty) is 50% determined by the independent variables (Relationship Marketing and promotions) and the remaining 50% determined by other variables not discussed in this study, such as infrastructure variables, prices and others. From the hypothesis test: The Relationship Marketing variable has a t statistic value of 3.498 and is greater than t table which is 2.010 (3.498 > 2.010) and the promotion variable has a t statistic value of 5.444 which is greater than t table which is 2.010 (5.444 > 2.010) means the hypothesis that filed "accepted"

Abstract

Kas merupakan unsur aktiva yang paling lancar atau dengan kata lain kas merupakan modal kerja yang paling likuid, sehingga dengan ketersediaan kas yang cukup, maka perusahaan tidak akan kesulitan dalam memenuhi kewajiban yang jatuh tempo. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : Apakah Ada Pengaruh Perputaran Kas Terhadap Kebutuhan Modal Kerja Pada Usaha Photocopy Tumorang Jaya Pandan? Jawaban sementara atas penelitian ini adalah : Ada Pengaruh Perputaran Kas Terhadap Kebutuhan Modal Kerja Pada Usaha Photocopy Tumorang Jaya Pandan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan dan neraca rugi laba Usaha Photocopy Tumorang Jaya Pandan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan 3 tahun terakhir yakni tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2021. Hasil perhitungan rasio kas diketahui tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2021 ditemukan sebesar 0,29 dan 0,30 artinya aset Usaha Photocopy Tumorang Jaya Pandan hanya menutupi 29 dan 30% dari kewajiban jangka pendek. Hasil perhitungan rasio modal kerja diketahui tahun 2019 sebesar 1,78 dan tahun 2020 sebesar 1,90 serta rasio modal tahun 2021 sebesar 1,98 artinya Usaha Photocopy Tumorang Jaya Pandan memiliki ketersediaan likuiditas tahun 2019 sebesar 187%, tahun 2020 sebesar 184% dan tahun 2021 sebesar 189% dari pembayaran kewajiban yang harus dilakukan. Kata lain rasio yang tinggi menunjukkan bahwa modal kerja yang dimiliki perusahaan lebih besar dibandingkan beban operasi rutinnya dan perusahaan tidak kekurangan modal kerja. Koefisien korelasi antara perputaran kas terhadap modal kerja sebesar 0,998 menunjukkan hubungan tersebut sangat kuat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of discipline and motivation on employee morale at the Communication and Informatics Office of Sibolga City. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were employees at the Communication and Informatics Office of the City of Sibolga, with a total of 56 respondents distributing questionnaires. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained by 0.603 or 60.3%. This means that what occurs in the dependent variable variation is 60.3% morale determined by the independent variables of discipline and motivation simultaneously and the remaining 39.7% is determined by other factors not discussed in this study. From the results of the T-test in the study, it is known that the T-value for discipline is 3.556, and motivation is 3.418> T-table 2.00575, so the hypothesis states that discipline and motivation partially or individually influence employee morale in communication and informatics in the city of Sibolga is acceptable. Meanwhile, from the results of the F test, it is known that the calculated F value is 40,178 > F table 3.17 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis stating that discipline and motivation have a joint or simultaneous significant effect on employee morale in communication and informatics in the city of Sibolga is acceptable.
