Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the plot that exist in movie “The Lake House” where the writer used a qualitative method. The writer was interested in analyzing this movie because the movie contained some advantages especially for those who want to use the movie as a medium of learning. The first advantage was that the story in this movie was very unique with the forward and backward plot. The second, this moviecontains the high value of literary arts. And the third, thatthe dialogue in this movie was not too fast, so that it was very useful to make the language learners easy to learn English. The results showed that the plot of this movieconsisted of six parts. They were preliminary exposition, starting point, rising action, climax, falling action, and ending.Understanding the plot was very important for the audience to make the story easier to be understood. Abstract

This research entitled "Public Relations Strategy Hospitals Charity Tzu Chi In Employee Relations". Ineffective employee relations as well as services that are less good at the hospital Charity Tzu Chi will result in failure which can result in a negative impact against the hospital itself. The above problems will be solve by making an activity that is build and educate employees in order to always be able to work better in serving the patients and can be more compact in each process in the works. This research uses the scientific research method of characteristics are rational, empirical and systematic way. where in it include observation, interviews and so forth that serves to complete the research well and true. The data obtained in the research results of the Tzu Chi kegitan Camp that is add to it insights participants, add to the cohesiveness of the participants as well as the Committee's activities. The participants also willing when employee relations activities as has been done will be done again, because the participants admitted to obtain the many benefits that can be done in the workplace and in the environment. Tzu Chi Camp activity can be arranged well done and has a wonderful benefit. It seens from the employee who more diligent, compact andappreciate with the others. They keep environment well and keeping health with the vegetarian.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan sumber pendapatan terbesar bagi Indonesia. Pajak bukan hanya suatu kewajiban yang harus ditunaikan oleh Wajib Pajak namun, diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu sarana bagi Wajib Pajak untuk berkontribusi bagi pembangunan bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh potential loss terhadap penerimaan BPHTB pada UPPRD Tambora Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder, sedangkan pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan diuji dengan uji koefisien korelasi , determinasi, dan uji t dengan potential loss sebagai variabel x dan penerimaan BPHTB sebagai variabel y. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai determinasi sebesar 51,4% dan nilai signifikan 0,009 yang berarti antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dan dari hasil tersebut juga menunjukkan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki hubungan yang kuat yaitu sebesar 0,717. UPPRD hendaknya dapat mengoptimalkan potensi-potensi pajak, dan harus lebih tegas dalam menindaklanjuti Wajib Pajak yang tidak melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya secara benar.

Abstract

Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman to live together. Polygamy is something that is currently still a pros and cons in society. This is due to differences in opinions / views of the community. Data collection techniques use library studies obtained from books, websites and other journals. This research method uses qualitative research methods. This method the authors take because qualitative research can be done by the author in the field of social science. The results of the study included the grace and mercy of Allah SWT when the Prophet Muhammad saw real practice of polygamy because the purpose of the Islamic Sharia was indeed intended to regulate human life.

Abstract

Pengguna Jamban di provinsi Kalimantan Tengah tahun 2019 adalah menggunakan kloset berjenis leher angsa sebanyak 683.894 orang, komunal sebanyak 30.037 orang,cemplung/cubluk sebanyak 63.643 orang, dan plengsengan sebanyak 31.362 orang Berdasarkan data UPTD Puskesmas Bentot tahun 2019 yang memiliki jamban sehat hanya 60,7%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Kondisi Eksisting wilayah dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemilikan jamban sehat di wilayah UPTD Puskesmas Bentot Kecamatan Patangkep Tutui Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian Faktor –Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepemilikan Jamban Sehat ini ini dilakukan di wilayah UPTD Puskesmas Bentot yaitu Di Desa Lalap, Desa Kotam, Desa Jango, dan Desa Mawani dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, analisis dilakukan secara spasial dengan menggunakan SPSS. Faktor-faktor yang digunakan yaitu Pengetahuan, Sikap, Pendidikan, Pendapatan, Kebiasaan Untuk mengetahui Pengaruhnya terhadap kepemilikan Jamban Sehat dilakukan dengan cara metode survei dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda didapatkan bahwa Kepemilikan Jamban Sehat di Wilayah UPTD Puskesmas Bentot Kabupaten Barito Timur Kalimantan Tengah. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa keadaan kondisi eksisting sangat berpengaruh terhadap pembangunan jamban sehat keluarga. Dari Hasil pengolahan data primer dengan SPPS di dapatkan bahwa faktor Pengetahuan, Sikap, Pendidikan, Pendapatan Dan Kebiasaan terdapar korelasi dengan Kepemilikan Jamban.

Abstract

PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) merupakan perusahaan dengan operasi usaha pada sektor pertambangan batubara, perniagaan dan jasa lainnya. Aktivitas yang berkaitan seperti infrastruktur batubara dan logistik di Indonesia. ADRO dibentuk pada tanggal 28 Juli 2004, awalnya bernama PT. Padang Kurnia. Pada 18 April 2008 ADRO melakukan perubahan nama menjadi PT. Adaro Energy Tbk. Sebagai perusahaan bermodal besar maka menjadi hal yang menarik untuk mengamati pergerakan angka pada laporan keuangan perusahaan ini selama pandemi covid 19 sepanjang tahun 2020 silam.Melalui perhitungan dan pengukuran Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Aktivitas dan Rasio Profitabilitas dapat diamati hubungan ekonomi yang terkait dengan kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui perolehan informasi yag bersumber dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dan studi pustaka dengan mengacu pada data keuangan perusahaan. Metode penelitian dalam tulisan ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisa rasio. Hasil pengukuran rasio, sejumlah kinerja keuangan bisa dikatakan baik, sebagian rasio lainnya harus ditingkatkan lagi agar posisi rasio bisa berada diatas rata-rata standar industri.

Abstract

The reasect brand image on Baker Old affects consumers to decide to buy products and can realize the level of sales and progress of the company. The issue to be addressed is whether Baker Old's brand image affects consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is a brand image of consumer purchasing decisions TukangRoti.com in Bekasi. The method used is quantitative method, collecting the required data through observation, documentation and questionnaire. For the concept of calculation there are validity test, reliability test, population, sample, likert scale, correlation coefficient, determination and regression equation. Testing the indicator or questionnaire of the calculation using SPSS 21. Population in this study are loyal customers Bogor branch. Based on the calculation of regression equation obtained the equation Y = 16,582 + 0,606 X can be interpreted that brand image is constant or 0 value (zero) hence decision of purchase equal to 16,582. The regression coefficient of 0.606 states that every 1 time addition to the brand image will increase the purchase decision by 0.606%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze speech actions in the short film Cinta Dibalik Awan by Umay Shahab. The analysis focuses on the analysis of speech actions. In the speaking action, there is a concrete form of speaking event where there is a message or message that the speaker wants to convey to the speaking partner. In this short film there are speech acts that are closely related to speech acts and speech events. The method used in this study is the qualitative descriptive method. The primary data for this study are eight statements between the two main figures, namely Jessica and Razi. The speech actions are divided into three speech actions, namely the location, the illocution and the perlocution. In addition, speech actions are reclassified using five speech actions, which are affirmative, directive, expressive, supervisory and declarative. The results of the research on speech actions in eight intermediate speech actions of the short film Cinta Dibalik Awan are six speeches included in the Guideline Speech Act and two speeches included in the expressive speech actions. The act of directive identified is the subject of the request and recommendation, while the act of expressive language that exists refers to anger.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisa Pengaruh Kompetensi, Indepedensi, Kode Etik, Due Professional Care dan Kewajiban Auditor Terhadap Kualitas Aparat Pengawas Intern Pemerintah (APIP). Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan Pegawai Aparat Pengawas Intern Pemerintah yang sudah memiliki Sertifikasi Jabatan Fungsional auditor (JFA) dan Pengawas Penyelenggara Urusan Pemerintah (P2UP) yang melakukan Pengawasan dan pemeriksaan internal SKPD sebanyak (39) responden. Hasil Penelitian ini Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas APIP. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi yang ditunjang dengan pengetahuan, pengalaman dan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh APIP merupakakan dasar yang dibutuhkan oleh APIP, sehingga mampu memberikan kontribusi yang baik bagi Kualitas APIP. Independensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas APIP, Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi indenpendensi seorang auditor maka akan menghasilkan kualitas APIP yang baik Kode Etika secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas APIP. Kata Kunci:Kompetensi, Kode Etik, Due Profesional Care, Kewajiban Auditor, Kualitas APIP.
