Abstract

Abstract–  This social service was based on the need assessment of the Hidayatullah Masjid Foundation for developing Hidayatullah Tahfidz Global Islamic Schools. This training was aimed at giving strategic management knowledge enhancement and capacity building for the so-called dewan Asatidz and Asatidziah or Islamic teachers of Play Group, Raudhlatul Atfal (Kindergarten), Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Primary School), and Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Middle School). The training materials consisted of sector analysis, vision and mission unification, milestone, and implementation strategies and control. This training involved focus-grouped discussion, classical training, mentoring, and academic consultation. This training was evaluated by using 4 levels of Kirk Patrick assessment. Results of this training showed that the increase in the participants’ knowledge level reached 53.30%, and the perceptions of materials suitability, trainer performance, committee performance, and facilities are positive.  Results of The evaluation showed that the participants had strong commitments to implement the training results. The participants had strong beliefs about the positive impact of the training on individuals, madrasah institutions, and the Hidayatullah Masjid Foundation. There needs improvement of time management for the next training. It is advised that this training is followed up by research and further training.

Abstract

Devotion to Society is titled: "Village Financial Management Training using Village Financial System Application in Mendalo Indah Village of Jaluko District muaro Jambi". Given the limited knowledge and skills possessed by village heads, village devices, and members of village consultative bodies in managing village finances as an implementation of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages and Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014 on Village Law Implementation Regulations that began to be implemented through the State Budget in 2015, it is considered necessary to perform community service through Training to village heads,  and village devices. Through this village financial management training is expected to help the village head, and village devices, can manage village finances properly and correctly based on applicable laws and regulations starting from the preparation of program plans, the preparation of village medium-term development plans (RPMJDesa), preparation of village program activity plan (RKPDesa), preparation of a detailed list of village activities (DRKDesa) and preparation of village revenue and expenditure budget (APBDesa), as well as recording of recipients and expenditures, implementation of APBDesa, accountability report, evaluation and monitoring and completeness and validity of documents.

Abstract

Renah Alai is one of the villages located in The District of Jangkat Jambi Province, The main livelihood of the villagers of Renah Alai is farmers, vegetables and tubers are the most widely grown crops. One of the plants that became the mainstay commodity in this village is Potatoes.The abundance of potato production is the main capital for the downstreaming of this commodity, The absence of potato products carried out by the community in the village of Renah Alai is an innovation that must be done, while the great potential in Potatoes is the initial capital in the downstreaming of potato products. The processing of potato cultivation is expected to keep the price of potatoes stable, the increase in community income, the opening of new jobs and the existence of - by the typical village of Renah Alai which is a tourist destination village.

Abstract

Abstract– Banana fruit is a fruit that has many benefits, ranging from leaves, banana midrib, banana flowers and fruit, including banana peels, because in addition to the fruit which contains many vitamins, banana peel also has a fairly high nutritional and serotonin content. So far banana peels, which are often considered worthless, can also be used to absorb heavy metals, meaning they can purify water. From the benefits of banana peel above, banana peel can be used as a basic food ingredient. Meanwhile, on this occasion the banana peel will be used as the basic ingredient for crackers. The purpose of this activity is to increase the independence of rural community business institutions and to improve the knowledge and skills of women farming communities, especially the "Reksogati" farmer women group located in Sogaten Village, Manguharjo District, Madiun City. The method used is to socialize the benefits of banana peels and conduct training. The results of community service are that processing banana peels into crackers is very easy and saves the environment from waste and has promising business prospects. Banana peel processing can contribute to new innovations in the field of food security so that it can be further developed for future needs.

Abstract

The type of cultivation that will be developed is an enlargement business with catfish commodities. Catfish was chosen as a commodity to be developed because this type of fish is easier in terms of marketing, harvest time is faster and maintenance is easier, if in practice applying good fish farming methods accompanied by appropriate management and technology. The method used is the use of iron trellis as a medium to support the load and tarpaulin as a water retaining pad. The model imitated is the drum principle, making it easier to maintain cleanliness and save water. The water contained in the pool, when it is about to be cleaned, is not all thrown away. The water that is discharged is only the bottom of the pool or the bottom of the pool. Water at the bottom or bottom of the pool that contains dirt deposits. The results obtained are the ease of making ponds, maintenance, filling water, and saving water with an open and close faucet system at the bottom.

Abstract

Abstract— This legal counseling aims to carry out the tridharma obligation, namely community service where we conduct legal counseling about legal protection and prevention of online investment fraud. The method used is to conduct a survey to the target community and conduct socialization and education directly to the community. This counseling educates about forms of legal protection for victims of online investment fraud, namely preventive and repressive legal protection and prevention strategies so that people do not become victims of online investments by educating people to be smart in choosing and sorting safe investments. On the one hand, investment provides forgiveness for improving the economy and on the other hand, if you place the wrong investment, it will result in losses to consumers. This legal counseling will provide education on which investments are legal and protected by the OJK and which ones are not. Provide legal assistance to victims who have been affected by fraudulent investments and how to resolve them so that the money and perpetrators of these fraudulent investments can be caught and will not harm other people.

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this society dedication activity is to prepare young prospective researchers to produce research that can be utilized by the wider community and poured in the form of scientific papers. This young prospective researcher who will produce new findings in solving problems and meeting the needs of society. This activity is in the form of mentoring and guidance to students of madrasah tsanawiyah seventh grade and eighth grade of excellent classes. Excellent classes are considered capable of being given higher knowledge. The activity was carried out for four months at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Magetan. The result of this activity is that students get research ideas and can compile research reports in the form of scientific papers. From each of the classes that got the research idea about seven to eight children, and students' ability to draft proposals averaged 72.5 percent. This shows that madrasah students able to produce innovations in the future.

Abstract

Abstract— Village regulations are statutory regulations established by the Village Head after being discussed and agreed with the Village Consultative Body. Village regulations are needed to organize village government, limit power, and regulate village community life in order to achieve the goals of the State of Indonesia. The problem inthis journal is how community participation in the formation of regulations. Basically, every village has a different pattern of behavior and community habits in daily life, so there needs to be a concrete rule in the village itself, namely in the form of Village Regulations. Likewise with Keraswetan Village, Geneng District, NgawiRegency,it is necessary to have an understanding of the importance of community participation in the formation of village regulations. The method used in the implementation of this community service uses the legal counseling method. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that the importance of community participation in the formation of Village Regulations. Village regulations in principle are a village community decision that is used as the basis for implementing village government with the aim of regulating living together, protecting community rights and obligations, and maintaining community safety and order in administering village government in accordance with the wishes and aspirations of the community. The formation of Village Regulations must be in accordance with Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation and the process of forming village regulations based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages.
