A simple simulations on Newton’s cooling law has been performed. This simulations aims to study correlation of the newton cooling constant at temperatures to cooling times. This reseach is displayed in GUI Matlab (Guide Using Interface). The input required is initial temperature, ambient temperature, cooling constant, and cooling time. Through numerical calculation of the Newton’s cooling equation with Eulerian Method, we got that the time to reach the ambient temperature of each cooling constant is 59 seconds, 31 seconds, and 20 seconds respectively.

The exploration of oil and gas, especially in Indonesia is experiencing various challenges and varying degrees of difficulty. In this research, the researcher tries to make a 3D modeling from gravity data, where the model will show a structure to determine the central coordinates for drilling. Pertamina has carried out drilling at a location in NTT and it turns out that the well does not produce oil and gas, even though the log data reads an oil showing that the area should have the prospect of producing oil, but the wells that have been drilled do not show any oil or gas, therefore the researchers tried to make a 3D model determine the structure around the production well. In this research, it was seen that the area of the previous drilling point had deviated from the top of the up dome and it was also seen in this structure that the area was deviated by about 3 kilometers and depth must exceed 526 m, the researcher concluded that the drilling point must be at X, Y coordinates.

Improving High School Student Learning Outcomes in Online Lessons of Elasticity Physics Using Problem Based Learning Model. This study aims to improve physics learning outcomes on the concept of elasticity through a problem-based learning model. The subjects of this study were 22 students of class XI-MS at SMA LAZUARDI GIS Depok. This research is a qualitative research using classroom action research (CAR) which refers to the model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: 1) Planning Action, 2) Execution of Action, 3) Observation of Action, and 4) Reflection. The results of this study indicate that the application of the problem-based learning model can improve students' physics learning outcomes in the optical geometry concept of students. The mean learning outcomes of students in cycle I and cycle II were 74.7 and 85, respectively. The number of students who had reached a score above the KKM also increased to 100% in cycle II compared to 60% in cycle I. This clearly shows that the results of learning physics on the concept of elasticity of students have increased significantly compared to cycle I. In addition, the problem based learning model is quite effective in being applied to the concept of elasticity.

In the end of 2019, as a new period for the emergence of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has made the world including Indonesia, limit movement in the social, economic, and even educational spheres. Indonesia has implemented PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) which resulted in activities such as being stopped working from being a WFH (Work From Home), and study from home. This learning media can help teachers to be more creative in delivering material so that it is not boring. Utilizing used goods as optical tools to make it easier for students to see objects or objects that are not necessarily visible to the eye. The purpose of this research is to develop learning media based on augmented reality, especially in the discussion of physics, namely optical tools that will make it easier for students during a pandemic, where physics practicum activities use used goods as a medium that will be made by students. Because, the pandemic has become an obstacle for students to carry out practical work directly in the laboratory.

The purpose of this research is to produce a development product in the form of a Magnetic Levitation Train miniature model that can be used by teachers and students in the physics learning process on magnetic force material in class XII. This study uses research and development methods. The research was conducted through several stages, namely the first stage reviewing curriculum standard notes. The second stage is the design of the tool, making a miniature model of the Magnetic Levitation Train and the use of a miniature model of the Magnetic Levitation Train in the learning process. The third stage is the implementation stage, the miniature model of the Magnetic Levitation Train was tested on high school student of class XII to measure students against the miniature model of the Magnetic Levitation Train as a tool to help students understand the concept of magnetic force. The instrument uses a Likert Scale. With three stages, the researcher succeeded in making a miniature model of the Magnetic Levitation Train that was worthy of being one of the learning media on magnetic force material by obtaining information that the validation results by experts, material personnel and students obtained a very good level of measurement which was in the interpretation range of scores 80-100% so it is necessary to develop a miniature model of the Magnetic Levitation Train to be even better in further research.

The purpose of this study is to create a speed prediction tool in a uniformly accelerated linear motion using a single-dimensional interpolation method consisting of linear, cubic, cubic spline, and nearest neighbor interpolation methods. This tool is packaged in the form of Graphic User Interface (GUI) using Matlab programming language. This tool can be used as a medium of the analysis of the object speed experiencing a uniformly accelerated linear motion and a combination of several uniformly accelerated linear motions. Speed prediction results using linear, cubic, and cubic spline interpolation methods do not differ much from the results of analytical calculations, while speed prediction results using nearest neighbor interpolation method are less in line with the results of analytical calculations because nearest neighbor interpolation method will generate constant values around the data point. This tool can also be used as a learning medium to make it easier for students to learn the concept of uniformly accelerated linear motion in order to reduce the misconceptions in the material.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the guided inquiry learning model in physics learning through the overall effect size, based on the dependent variable and region. This research uses a descriptive method with a meta-analysis approach to the results of scientific research publications in national electronic journals. There are 11 national journals that fit the research category. The results showed that overall learning using the guided inquiry model could improve students' physics learning outcomes with the effect size of 0.487 from the control group. Meanwhile, based on the distribution of regions in Indonesia, an average effect size of 0.527 is obtained and based on the dependent variable an effect size is obtained of 0.425. These three results indicate a large effect size guided inquiry learning model in physics learning. This shows that the guided inquiry learning model can provide a more effective effect and is suitable for use in learning physics.
