One of the crossing routes that has helped build the regional economy in Southeast Sulawesi is the sea transportation route from Lasiwa Village, North Buton Regency to Amolengo Village to move goods and people between the regions. The development of this sea transportation business indirectly has a role in increasing income for the local community. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the income of the sea transportation business on the Lasiwa-Amolengo route before the operation of the ferry in North Buton district using primary data and secondary data. To find out and analyze the Sea Transportation Business on the Lasiwa-Amolengo route in North Buton Regency, a benefit cost analysis will be carried out from revenue and costs.. The results obtained that the sea transportation business carried out by 6 (six) entrepreneurs in Wakorumba District is one of the sea transportation service businesses that supports the mobilization of goods and people. The results of the analysis show that the average sea transportation service business income reaches Rp. 8,105,452.00 per month. The level of income earned by business actors is influenced by the price (fare), the number of passengers and the number of goods. Thus, the amount of income earned is the result of operations in the sea transportation sector which in turn will increase the family income of these business actors. In addition, it can provide benefits for people who cross the route. For the North Buton government, they need to think about the fate of business actors who use small boats because with the ferry, their business will be threatened to stop because passengers are more dominant will prefer to use ferry services.

Therefore, the aims of this study is to determine the influence of internal and external factors of employees on work stress as an intervening variable, as well as its impact on performance directly and indirectly. The subject of the study was a private employee of Samarinda City. Research data collection method is a survey method with questionnaires, while the analysis tool used is path analysis. The results of the study were that partially, workload, job insecurity and job satisfaction had a significant influence on work stress, however, the work environment and individual characteristics had no significant effect on work stress, but were simultaneously significant. While external factors, internal and work stress have a significant influence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Direct influence is the best model of influence for this study.

The sample in this study is a company that can be identified as a family company in a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2019. The number of samples in this study is 99 samples. This study divides the family business into two variables: the family as the first largest shareholder and the family as the second-largest shareholder. The variable of family ownership as the first largest shareholder is measured using a dummy variable, given a value of 1 if the family is the first largest shareholder and 0 otherwise. The variable of family ownership as the second-largest shareholder is measured using a dummy variable, given a value of 1 if the family is the second-largest shareholder and 0 if other. CSR disclosure variable is measured using the disclosure index. The first control variable is the firm size measured using the natural logarithm of total assets. The second control variable is the firm age measured using years the firm was found until years of the research. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that the family as the first largest shareholder and the family as the second-largest shareholder had no significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the role of business risk and efficiency in explaining the variability of investment decision quality. The sample in this study includes all companies in the property, real estate, and building construction sectors from 2014 to 2018. The number of samples in this study were 62 companies with a research period of 5 years so that the total observations in this study were 320 observations. The analytical tool used is linear regression. The results of the study provide evidence of the importance of the role of business risk and efficiency in explaining the quality of the company's investment quality. In this case the business risk variable has a negative and significant effect on the quality of investment decisions and the efficiency variable has a positive and significant effect on quality of investment decisions.

The goal of this research is to create a price war model for the Indonesian market and examine actual data from price competition in the country (Shopee Indonesia). According to the Bertrand basic model, if two sellers have similar cost structures and offer homogenous items, the seller must establish a price at marginal cost and cannot change it. The company will be unable to sell its own items if the price is raised. The Bertrand model for differentiated products then demonstrates that if the differentiated commodities are comparable, the price choice is influenced by the cost structure. If a company's cost structure is consistent, the price set will be consistent as well. Empirically, it is difficult to locate suppliers that match the Bertrand basic model's criteria, particularly when it comes to the same cost structure. However, empirical evidence shows that price wars occur in homogenous product marketplaces, even when prices are not same owing to cost structure variations. In a differentiated product market, on the other hand, the pattern of price fluctuations tends to vary from one another.

This study aimed to identify the predictors to determine whether the regencies are in the category of high or low poverty rate in ex-Residency of Banyumas. The predictors used in this study represented aspects of human resources. The predictors included population growth, education level, and health level. The analytical method used in this study was discriminant analysis. Discriminant analysis was used to identify predictors of poverty in ex-Residency of Banyumas. This study classified four areas in the research areas where Banyumas Regency, Cilacap Regency, and Banjarnegara Regency were included in the classification of the regency group with low poverty rates, while Purbalingga Regency was included in the regency group with high poverty rate. Furthermore, the determinant analysis obtained the results that population growth and health level were the predictors to determine whether the regencies are in the category of high or low poverty rate in ex-Residency of Banyumas. In addition, population growth was the best predictor of poverty in terms of human resources. Based on the research findings, the implications of this research are 1) the central government and local governments in the areas of Ex-Residency of Banyumas should always seek to suppress population growth rate through the Family Planning Program (KB), 2) the central government and local governments in the areas of Ex-Residency of Banyumas should also continuously strive to increase the number and quality of health facilities available to the community.

This study aims to test the effect of job burnout and academic procrastination on working students. This study uses a sample with a probability sampling technique, which uses students who undergo lectures while working. The number of student populations who took the known night class lecture was 127 students who were then counted using the Slovin formula to get the number of samples of 96 subjects. Data collection techniques in this study use a scale which is then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing in this study shows the result that there is an influence between burnout jobs on academic procrastination in working students. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient number between burnout jobs and academic procrastination is Rxy = 0.341 with a significance value of 0.001 (sig < 0.05) which means there is an influence between burnout jobs on academic procrastination in working students. The higher the burnout job in students, the higher the academic procrastination, and vice versa.
