Abstract

Quality management, and find efforts in improving teacher professional competence in MAN 2 Model Medan. This type of research i s a qualitative descriptive study that is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and actors observed, directed from an individual's background as a whole (holistically) without isolating the individual and his organization in a variable but looking at it as part of a wholeness. This study uses qualitative techniques in data collecting. In general, in qualitative research, researcher uses data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results showed: (1) That the MAN 2 Model Medan Madrasa teacher was a professional teacher. Teacher professionalism correlates with the quality of educational products. Professional teachers make education or a quality learning process, so students are happy to participate in the learning process, so that human resources are produced from quality madrasa graduates, (2) Generally the teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan apply various models of learning both learning cooperative and technology-based learning, (3) That there are two learning strategies that are always carried out by teachers in implementing the learning and teaching process, namely cooperative learning and technology-based learning, the number of teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan have been certified and have better career paths. This can be seen from the large number of teachers who have undertaken higher education, namely Masters. improve the quality management function in the madrasa in its leadership, the processes of the quality management function are carried out, namely: Planning, organizing, Scavenging, and monitoring.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the principal's communication style towards improving teacher performance. Mts Al Huda is one of the educational institutions in Langkat district, which is located at Jl. Kurnia village of Sei Siur Kec. Pangkalan Susu Kab. Leave. Based on the grand tour that the researchers conducted, Mts Al Huda was dominated by underprivileged fishermen's children and Mts Al Huda did not charge education, meaning thats education was held free of charge and had a growing number of students from year to year. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. This approach is used to study the problem and get a deep meaning about the Communication Style of the Head of Madrasah towards increasing Teacher Performance in Mts Al Huda Kec. Pangkalan Susu Kab. Leave. The results of the study (1) The communication process that occurred in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Huda Kec. Pangkalan Susu Kab. Langkat is already running well, Madrasah principals use formal and informal communication. Where formal communication is used by the head of the Madrasah in meetings in the form of two-way communication by expecting opinions and suggestions from the forum in making decisions. (2) The efforts of the head of Madrasah in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Huda Kec. Pangkalan Susu is by paying attention to the environment, providing motivation so that it makes teachers feel comfortable in carrying out their duties, while maintaining discipline so that good performance from teachers can be realized. (3) communication of the head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Huda Kec. Pangkalan Susu Kab. Tool in improving teacher performance using The Equalitarian Style and The Relinguishing Style. These two styles are interconnected, where the Equalitarian Style has a common ground, meaning that this communication is two-way, everyone is free to express their opinions or suggestions.

Abstract

This study discusses how the implementation of interpersonal communication by Madrasah principals will improve teacher performance and how. The role of the head of Madrasah as a communicator is expected to be able to coordinate various tasks and responsibilities so that it will support the improvement of teacher performance. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely research that contains a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts, traits and relationships between the phenomena being investigated and produces data in the form of words or writings and behaviors obtained to reveal the implementation process. interpersonal communication. The results of the study (1) The implementation of interpersonal communication between Madrasah principals and teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Alhuda has been carried out regularly and continuously.(2) The supporting factors for the implementation of interpersonal communication at Madrasah Aliyah Alhuda include: a good communication climate between the head of the Madrasah and the teacher, the available communication media and the loyalty and dedication of each teacher. (3) Efforts made to overcome interpersonal communication difficulties in Madrasah Aliyah Alhuda include: continuous efforts from the head of Madrasah to create a relaxed atmosphere with teachers, the head of Madrasah prioritizes accepting teachers (not yet PNS) who are fully capable of teaching at school.

Abstract

Guru bimbingan konseling adalah penyelenggara kegiatan bimbingan konseling di sekolah. Guru bimbingan konseling harus memiliki empat kompetensi. Kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi pedagogik. Kompetensi profesional adalah kompetensi yang penting bagi seorang guru karena guru harus profesional di bidangnya. Profesional yang menandakan ia adalah orang yang ahli untuk melaksanakan pelayanan bimbingan konseling. Seorang guru BK harus memberikan pelayanan profesional kepada siswanya di sekolah. Dengan pelayanan profesional diharapkan guru BK memiliki image positif dari siswanya dan masyarakat luas lainnya. Adanya image ini tentu akan memiliki dampak terhadap penilaian bagaimana bimbingan konseling tersebut. Banyaknya kesalahpahaman tentang Bimbingan Konseling menyebabkan keprofesionalan Bimbingan Konseling menjadi tercemar. Menganggap guru Bimbingan Konseling yang tidak profesional, guru Bimbingan Konseling hanya tidak memiliki kejelasan dalam bekerja dan banyak lagi anggapan miris mengenai Bimbingan Konseling oleh siswa dan pihak lainnya. Pada dasarnya bimbingan konseling merupakan suatu profesi yang diakui oleh Undang-Undang namun bagi sebagian yang lainnya itu dipandang sebelah mata. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelayanan profesional dari guru Bimbingan konseling bisa mematahkan anggapan salah mengenai bimbingan konseling dan bisa meminimalisir kesalahpahaman tentang bimbingan konseling. Dengan adanya pelayanan profesional dari guru bimbingan konseling membuktikan bahwa seorang guru adalah seorang yang benar profesional. Pelayanan profesional yang dilaksanakan oleh guru bimbingan konseling menandakan seorang guru bimbingan konseling layak untuk menjadi seorang guru. Dan dengan profesionalnya ini bisa meminimalisir kesalahpahaman tentang bimbingan konseling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru tidak sesuai dengan materi pelajaran sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya minat belajar hasil belajar siswa. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar belajar siswa dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran make a macth pada mata pelajaran IPA materi Sifat-Sifat Cahaya kelas V SD Negeri 060952 Medan Labuhan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari siklus perbaikan pembelajaran. Sebagai subjek penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 30 siswa yang berasal dari siswa kelas V SD Negeri 060952 Medan Labuhan. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan pada saat pembelajaran IPA berlangsung dengan materi Sifat-Sifat Cahaya. Untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen test hasil belajar siswa dan kegiatan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat dikemukakan kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan model make a macth aktivitas pembelajaran semangkin meningkat, siswa belajar lebih aktif, pembelajaran berpusat pada guru sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa IPA siswa materi Sifat-Sifat Cahaya di kelas V SD Negeri 060952 Medan Labuhan.

Abstract

Every family wants harmony in the family. Awareness of the role and function of accepting circumstances and existence is a very strong foundation in running a household. In realizing a harmonious household, of course there are problems that must be resolved immediately so that family harmony is maintained and realized. The family has an important role in the success of the child, remembering that most of the time in the child's daily life with the family, the family is the first community for the child to interact. But in this digital era, many people of all ages have really changed. Changing to be fast paced, but also decreasing the harmony that has been established in the family, this can be seen by the reduced love, cooperation and sharing in the family because they are busy with their respective activities, especially when dealing with gadgets so that harmony in the family is reduced. The role of school counselors is indispensable in forming empathy for family members to achieve household harmony by using family counseling, which is used as an intervention process for problems that interfere with family harmony. Family counseling seeks to build closer bonds, individuals who are able to control emotions, and families who always have good communication in realizing family harmony.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Kualitas layanan administrasi kesiswaan di SMP Al-Maksum Cinta Rakyat Percut Sei Tuan, 2) Kepuasan peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Al-Maksum Cinta Rakyat Percut Sei Tuan, 3) Hubungan kualitas layanan administrasi kesiswaan dengan kepuasan peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Al-Maksum Cinta Rakyat Percut Sei Tuan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi (correlational research). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabel Krejcie Morgan berdasarkan atas kesalahan 5%. Jadi sampel yang diperoleh mempunyai kepercayaan 95% terhadap populasi. Dalam tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Krejcie Morgan dengan populasi sebesar 176 orang maka sampel yang didapat sebesar 123 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik penyebaran angket dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis desktiptif, uji persyaratan analisis, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pada kualitas layanan administrasi kesiswaan menunjukkan pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 52 orang (42,2%), pada kategori sedang sebanyak 56 orang (45,5%), pada kategori rendah sebanyak 14 orang (11,3%) dan pada kategori kurang sebanyak 1 orang (0,8%). Pada kepuasan peserta didik menunjukkan pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 43 orang (34,9%), pada kategori sedang sebanyak 55 orang (44,7%), pada kategori rendah sebanyak 24 orang (19,5%) dan pada kategori kurang sebanyak 1 orang (0,8%). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar rhit (0,418) > rtab (0,176) maka dikategori sedang. Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kualitas layanan administrasi kesiswaan dengan kepuasan peserta didik.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan belajar mengajar memiliki ketrkaitannya dengan tiga ranah perkembangan, yaitu ranah kognitif, ranah afektif dan ranah psikomotorik. Metode outbound merupakan melatih perkembangan psikomotorik peserta didik. Selain itu, dapat mengembangkan kemampuannya dan melihat peserta didik lainnya dalam menghadapi tantangan yang besar sekalipun. Metode outbound selalu memperturutkan permainan yang besifat riang bagi peserta didik, menuntut eserta didik berpikir secara logis, serta menantang yang membutuhkan keberanian peserta didik untuk melakukannya. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pelaksanaan metode outbond di School of Univere. Teknik pengumpulan data, antara lain: :wawancara, observasi , serta dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, adapun langkah-langkah yang ditempuh seperti data reduction, penyajian data, kesimpulan/verifikasi. Metode outbond ini dianjurkan dapat diterapkan di sekolah konvensional, dengan cara mengakolaborasi kurikulum dan model pembelajaran khas School of Universe. Metode outbond berupaya melatih sikap tunggang hati peserta didik, mampu bekerjasama dengan kelompok yang merupakan bagian dari karakter leadership

Abstract

Family counseling is an important thing for a counselor to do. Many benefits will be obtained by a counselor from providing family counseling. Family counseling which is the provision of services in the form of a system will also touch the client to the child. The rise of bullying cases that occur in children causes counselors and parents to anticipate in advance so that children do not become perpetrators or victims of bullying behavior. From bullying behavior, children who become victims will become low self-esteem, isolate themselves from social and many other negative impacts that can be caused. Therefore, family counseling is one of the solutions to prevent bullying from happening to children

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara dengan berbagai macam keragaman yang menyertainya. Baik dari kekayaan alam maupun masyarakatnya, keragaman tersebut adalah sebuah kekayaan endemik yang harus sama sekali dilestarikan sebagai suatu kearifan lokal. Berkaitan dengan itu, di tengah maraknya arus globalisasi modern yang menyita jati diri anak bangsa, diperlukan adanya gerakan preservasi budaya demi mempertahankan entitas bangsa secara nasional. Oleh karena itu, peneliti bertujuan untuk mengungkap salah satu bentuk preservasi budaya yang efektif dan terbarukan. Demikian, peneliti menemukan Sekolah Adat Osing Pesinauan di Banyuwangi yang dinillai mampu untuk menjawab semua urgensi di atas. Dalam paper ini, penulis akan membatasi pembahasan dalam bagaimana bentuk internalisasi budaya melalui pendidikan yang terjadi di Sekolah Adat Pesinauan dan bagaimana korelasi antara Sekolah Adat Osing Pesinauan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menjadikan Sekolah Adat Osing Pesinauan sebagai objek kajian utama. Jenis instrumen yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data induktif dan mengkolaborasikan tiga kegiatan sekaligus yakni display/penyajian data, reduksi data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hal-hal yang ditemukan peneliti dalam penelitiannya adalah bahwasannya Sekolah Adat Osing Pesinauan sebagai pelopor sekolah berbasis adat di Jawa Timur bahkan Indonesia. Sekolah non-formal ini bertujuan untuk mempreservasi budaya lokal yakni adat Suku Osing. Sekolah didirikan dengan swadaya golongan AMAN, sebagai bentuk pengabdian diri untuk memberdayakan masyarakat adat Osing. Singkat kata, Sekolah Adat Osing Pesinauan adalah gerakan untuk melestarikan budaya lokal berbasis sekolah informal.
