JURNAL BADATI diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku. KATA BADATI adalah sebuah nama yang berasal dari kosa-kata bahasa daerah Maluku Tengah, tepatnya masyarakat Ambon dan Lease. Badati, secara singkat, adalah suatu suasana yang tumbuh dan terpelihara bergenerasi dalam keseharian aktivitas bersama secara kekeluargaan di mana setiap orang atau keluarga, baik dalam pendekatan orang per orang, keluarga (baik dalam garis lurus atau menyimpang), atau anak negeri/masyarakat dalam satu negeri/desa, menunjukkan kepeduliannya untuk turut menanggung suatu beban (biasanya secara material) bersama yang sebelumnya tidak bisa ditanggung oleh seseorang atau suatu keluarga. Pilihan nama BADATI mengandung makna filosofi, yakni menunjuk pada upaya untuk mencerdaskan dan memberdayakan orang demi kesejahteraannya (individu, kelompok dan masyarakat) melalui pikiran-pikiran dari hasil penelitian kajian teoritik tidak dapat dilakukan secara sendiri-sendiri tanpa bekerja bersama dengan melibatkan pihak lain sebagai sistem sumber (Jejaring). Di dalam prinsip bekerja bersama itu, secara esensial, bertujuan untuk memandirikan orang (individu, kelompok dan masyarakat) sebagai subyek dengan menggali dan memaksimalkan potensi yang dimilikinya secara bermartabat. BADATI memiliki nomor ISSN 1907-5340 (cetak) diterbitkan secara cetak sejak tahun 2007 dan pada tahun 2019 Jurnal Badati diterbitkan secara online sejak Volume 1 no 1 tahun 2019 dengan no ISSN 2722-3248 (online) oleh Fakultas Ilmu Sosial & Ilmu Politik sampai sekarang. Dengan tujuan untuk mempublikasikan hasil kajian ilmiah dan penelitian dalam bidang ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora. BADATI menerima tulisan berbentuk riset kuantitatif maupun kualitatif dari akademisi, praktisi, peneliti yang relevan dengan topik ilmu sosial dan humaniora. Artikel yang dikirimkan haruslah belum pernah atau tidak sedang dalam proses dimuat pada jurnal lainnya. Artikel yang masuk harus sesuai dengan petunjuk penulisan atau format yang telah ditetapkan. Editor akan menolak artikel yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tanpa proses lebih lanjut. Artikel yang telah memenuhi persyaratan akan dinilai kelayakannya oleh reviewer melalui proses blind-review. BADATI terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun, April dan November.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, work environment, transformational leadership through job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at the Maluku Provincial Education and Culture Office totaling 296 people. Sampling in this study was 25% of 296 people, namely 74 people. Analysis using path analysis with the help of SPSS 20.00. The results showed that (1) emotional intelligence, work environment, transformational leadership directly affected job satisfaction and employee performance, (2) job satisfaction mediated the influence of emotional intelligence, work environment, transformational leadership on employee performance.

Abstract

The increasingly intensive use of social media among adolescents has generated various impacts on their mental health, positioning school social workers as frontline responders in addressing these issues. This study aims to analyze the impact of social media on adolescent mental health from the perspective of school social workers through a systematic literature review approach. Using the PRISMA protocol, 48 articles published between 2019-2024 were systematically analyzed. The results indicate that adolescents spend an average of 6.5 hours daily on social media, with significant mental health impacts including anxiety (85%), depression (78%), and sleep disorders (72%). School social workers face major challenges in digital competency limitations (78%) and work overload (72%). Digital literacy programs show the highest effectiveness rate (85%) in interventions. This study recommends developing social workers' digital competencies, restructuring hybrid service models, and strengthening multi-stakeholder collaboration. These findings contribute significantly to the development of school social work practice in the digital era.

Abstract

This researche xamines Marketing Communication in Promotion of Online Shop Products on the Instagram Application (Case Study of Mellifluous_amq). The sophistication of technology and the internet nowadays makes it very easy for online shop business people to market their products. Through social media Instagram as a promotional medium. Because it is easier and simpler to use as promotional media. The theory used is New Media and AIDA Theory, namely qualitative theory, where the data collection technique is through in-depth interviews with informants, namely the Mellifluous_amq account owner. So it can be concluded that Instagram is a social media that is an alternative as an online shop promotional media on the Mellifluous_amq account by utilizing features that have a positive impact so that Instagram is effective as a promotional media for online shops.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic requires people to do work from home, this makes people's activities and mobility decline. Even the existence of community activities with the government's policy of implementing community activities (PPKM) which inhibits fish sellers at the Mardika Ambon market with market conditions that look deserted, people's purchasing power has decreased due to not being allowed to carry out activities involving many people, hampered distribution of materials, and a decrease in the number of people involved. fish prices at the level of fishermen and fish sellers. There is a fish seller strategy that is applied during the pandemic, namely fish sellers practice by recording every income earned and then managing it as needed, offering sales results to consumers at low prices during the pandemic, delivering their wares earlier than the time agreed with the previous consumers. , and provide additional fish to consumers who have bought even those who buy fish in large quantities.This study aims to determine and analyze how the role of fish sellers during the COVID-19 pandemic in improving family welfare. The method used in this paper is a qualitative description method. The role of the fish seller is an effort, effort and hard work that is always done. The active role that fish sellers always play is by making offers and adding fish at standard prices to consumers. Meanwhile, the participatory role is the participation of fish sellers to help others, which is shown between sellers, by dividing the place to sell, and making donations for certain or urgent needs. Meanwhile, there is no passive role, because all buyers and sellers are active in the bargaining process and are not just silent. The results of the research at the Ambon Mardika Market show that the life of fish sellers during the COVID-19 pandemic still survives and the income of fish sellers varies. Before the pandemic they had a bigger advantage than when there was a pandemic. However, no loss.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran influencer media sosial dalam membentuk opini publik di Indonesia melalui pendekatan systematic literature review. Dengan menganalisis 87 artikel penelitian terpilih dari 425 artikel yang diidentifikasi dalam rentang waktu 2019-2024, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami mekanisme, dampak, dan implikasi dari fenomena influencer dalam pembentukan opini publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan transformasi signifikan peran influencer dari content creator menjadi opinion leader digital, dengan tingkat efektivitas yang dipengaruhi oleh kredibilitas (r=0.78), engagement rate (r=0.65), dan konsistensi pesan (r=0.62). Analisis mengidentifikasi lima kategori influencer dengan karakteristik berbeda, di mana nano-influencer menunjukkan engagement rate tertinggi (8.5%). Konteks sosio-kultural Indonesia memberikan dimensi unik dalam dinamika pembentukan opini, dengan nilai kolektivisme dan integrasi nilai tradisional menjadi faktor penting. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka teoretis baru dalam studi komunikasi digital dan menyoroti pentingnya regulasi adaptif serta literasi digital komprehensif.

Abstract

Para pengrajin sagu di negeri Rutong belum mengalami pengembangan dalam usaha agar bisa mencapai kesejahteraan. Produksi sagu, hanya masih dalam bentuk pati/tepung dan bentuk pengemasanya masih sederhana karenamemakai anyaman daun sagu( tumang). Sampai saat ini para pengrajin belum mampu memodifikasi pati sagu agar menjadiproduk-produk yang lain, sehingga pendapatan para pengrajin masih tergolong rendah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana potret pemberdayaan dan kesejahteraan para pengrajin sagu di Negeri Rutong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskripsi Kualitatif. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah petani pengrajin sagu, dan pemerintah negeri rutong.hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa, Pemerintah Negeri Rutong memiliki peran yang signifikan. Dukungan dari pemerintah berupa bantuan keuangan,pelatihan keterampilan, akses permodalan, dan fasilitasi pemasaran telah terbukti memberikan dampak positif bagipengrajin sagu. Pemerintah Negeri Rutong juga telah menunjukkan komitmen untuk memajukan industri sagu melalui berbagai langkah konkret. Pendirian pusat pelatihan khusus untuk pengrajin sagu, penyediaan bantuan permodalan, dan promosi produk sagu secara nasional adalah beberapa contoh inisiatif pemerintah yang mendukung pemberdayaan pengrajin sagu di negeri Rutong.

Abstract

This research is entitled the influence of new learning media on online learning methods at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Indonesian Christian University, Maluku Ambon. The problem of this research is to find out how the influence of new learning media on online learning methods in the Covid-19 pandemic season on FISIP UKIM Ambon. This study aims to find out and analyze how the influence of new learning media on online learning methods in the Covid-19 pandemic season on FISIP UKIM Ambon. This research is important to do considering that the learning process in higher education, especially in the study program is an urgent matter and must be the responsibility of the lecturer to students face-to-face in class. However, given the outbreak of Covid-19, the learning process is carried out through the onine learning method. To find out the research problem about the influence of new learning media on online learning methods in the Covid-19 pandemic season on FISIP UKIM Ambon, and adjusted to the objectives and benefits of the research, this study uses quantitative methods. The results of the study with statistical tests can be explained that, new media of learning with measuring indicators, namely; software, internet networks, google classroom, and zoom meetings have a significant effect on online learning methods. It is based on the t Test which means that the hypothesis is accepted. And based on the Value Determination Test ( r2 ) shows that 21.8% of the influence of online learning methods at FISIP UKIM (Y) is influenced by new learning media (X). While the remaining 78.2% was described or influenced by other indicators not studied in this study. Variable Y with measuring indicator; learning / science delivery strategies, and learning management have a significant effect on variable X so that hypothesis results are accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the holistic approach in handling neglected elderly through a systematic literature review of 85 scientific articles published between 2019-2024. The research method used the PRISMA protocol with inclusion criteria that included articles in Indonesian and English that focused on intervention models for neglected elderly. The results identified five main intervention models, with community-based models showing the highest effectiveness (32.9%), followed by integrated models (27.1%), psychoeducation (17.6%), empowerment (14.1%), and multi-level (8.2%). A holistic approach that integrates physical, psychological, social, and economic dimensions showed an improvement in health status by 68.5%, a decrease in depression levels from 65% to 28%, an increase in social participation by 75.3%, and an increase in economic independence by 45.2%. Supporting factors for success include multi-stakeholder collaboration (82.5%), increased capacity of social workers (73.8%), and a structured monitoring system. The main challenges include limited resources (68.5%), inter-agency coordination (57.2%), and program sustainability (63.8%). This study recommends strengthening community-based approaches with local context modifications and developing a comprehensive policy framework to support sustainable program implementation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is the influence of the use of communication technology and how communication technology influences human behavior with current communication technology. The descriptive method used in this research produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words and observations of people's behavior. In this case, researchers talk to sources through interviews. The data obtained in the form of notes, archives and documents required as secondary data were then collected by researchers. The collected results were compiled thoroughly and methodically after undergoing qualitative analysis. Data triangulation was then used to verify the accuracy of the data. The advancement of information and communication technology is a trend that cannot be reversed. Many aspects of human life have progressed in the era of globalization. Therefore, general knowledge about this technology is necessary for society as a whole to transition into the era of globalization. Without ethics and understanding, it is difficult to utilize technology to improve people's lives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji representasi gender dalam program reality show pertelevisian Indonesia menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis model Norman Fairclough. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pola representasi gender, praktik diskursif dalam produksi konten, serta konteks sosiokultural yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap program reality show di lima stasiun televisi swasta nasional selama periode Januari-Desember 2023. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi program, analisis transkrip, dan observasi respons audiens di media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 73% representasi perempuan masih terjebak dalam konteks domestik dan penampilan fisik, sementara 85% laki-laki ditampilkan dalam posisi otoritas. Pertimbangan rating dan kepentingan komersial sangat mempengaruhi konstruksi gender, dengan episode bermuatan stereotip gender mencatatkan rating lebih tinggi (share 15.8%). Ketimpangan gender juga terlihat dalam proses produksi, dengan dominasi perspektif maskulin (78%) dalam tim produksi. Era digital telah menciptakan ruang kritik yang lebih luas, namun belum mampu mengubah secara signifikan pola representasi gender dalam konten utama. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori representasi gender dalam media dan merekomendasikan reformasi kebijakan internal media untuk mendorong representasi gender yang lebih setara.
