Abstract

The study was based on the institution as a container village comunity development comunity participation in the framework of village goverment. This is very important in increasing the acceleration of development in the village. The existence of the village community empowerment in Pekanbaru city governed by a regional law number 9 of 2005 on the organization of community empowerment villages in the city of Pekanbaru. Locus in this research is quantitative method with the informant research is chairman of the village community empowerment agency Tanjung Rhu, Tanjung Rhu headman and village community leaders Tanjung Rhu. The focus of research on the function of the community empowerment villages in the excavation and utilization of institutional resources for development in the village, among others trough the implementation of the social and cultural values, strengthening the capacity of public institutions, the implementation and the results showed the role of institutions of community empowerment village still is not optimal due to budget constraints, weak institutional capacity of the village, and the village community empowerment agency participation in development planning at the moment just a deliberation development plan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the provision of teacher compensation and its obstacles at the Pasir Putih Adventist College, Baru Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The type of research is a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained secondary and primary with the internal population from all middle school teachers right/index and the Principal of the Pasir Putih Adventist School, amounting to 9 people. The entire population was used as a research sample with a census sampling technique. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Based on the results of the previous data analysis, it can be concluded that the results of the study are as follows: Compensation for the teachers of the Pasir Putih Adventist Middle School is good or 77.8%. These results are in accordance with the responses submitted by each research indicator, namely the direct compensation indicator received by the Pasir Putih Adventist Middle School teacher which is in the good category. The teachers have received salaries, incentives, and allowances provided by the foundation every month. Then this indirect compensation indicator is in the good category. These results certainly have provided an illustration that the compensation applied by the foundation in the form of indirect compensation has been very good, so it is hoped that this incentive indicator can also have a good impact on teacher achievement. The obstacle in providing compensation is that there is no assessment in providing incentives and family gathering activities or entertaining teachers from the tiredness of teaching and learning activities by taking walks (picnics), so that teachers to get together have to pay their own expenses.

Abstract

This research departed from the problem of organizing the GaDIS program, the Pesawaran District Government formed the GaDIS Financial Aid Coordination Team as the organization implementing GaDIS assistance under "supervise" and the responsibility of the Pesawaran Regent. In carrying out its duties, the Coordination Team is assisted by a Team Secretariat consisting of elements from the relevant regional apparatus. With this assistance, it is hoped that BUMDes can be empowered and productive, which in the end will present or generate income for the village, and then of course that income will have a positive and significant effect on the independence and welfare of the village. The research method is basically a scientific way to obtain data with a specific purpose and use. The method chosen is closely related to the procedures, tools and research design used. The procedures and tools used in the research must match the research methods used. The implementation of the GaDIS Program which is held systematically, based on high-performing villages and prioritizes the type of business or potential based on village deliberations, indirectly gives a positive effect, namely stimulation to each other village that has not received the GaDIS Program to improve their performance and improve their government administration. as well as strengthening in many other lines of implementation, so that in the future it is hoped to be able to obtain the GaDIS Program for strengthening in other economic fields. This is of course in line with the definition and thought that public policy is a program projected from goals, values ​​and practices. A policy choice is made to lead to the use of public power to influence the lives of citizens. But on the other hand, the lack of institutional strengthening and the low capacity of human resources for BUMDes management, as well as the low accessibility and action, have also resulted in low improvements in business, income and community improvement. This is at least experienced by Caringin Village, Way Ratai District, which was found by researchers in the field.

Abstract

Violence against children continues to increase and the most concerning is sexual violence. One of the province which gets the spotlight due to the high number of violence against children is the province of Riau. This study aims to analyze the protection of child victims of violence by the Regional Government of Riau Province as well as to determine the barriers Government Regional Province of Riau in giving protection to child victims of violence such. Type research survey descriptive by using the method of qualitative.Research informants are determined according to their authority and research needs to answer problems through data collection observation, interview, and documentation. The concept of theory that is used is the concept Prinst of protection specifically for children who become victims of acts of crime with indicators Efforts rehabilitation, both within the institution and outside the institution, Effort protection of the preaching of identity through the media mass and to avoid labeling, Giving assurance of safety for witnesses of victims and witnesses experts, both physically, mentally, and socially, and Providing accessibility to obtain information regarding case developments. The results of the study indicate that the Government of the Province of Riau already provide protection to child victims of violence by way of doing advocacy, protection, counseling, monitoring, and recovery after trauma. Then the government provides aid law and advocacy law to the victim at the time of the trial and the victims are also given access to information that is widest on the development of the case in court. The factors inhibiting the Government of the Regional Province of Riau in giving protection to child victims of violence is the lack of a source of power of man and awareness of the public in reporting events of violence against children either as victims or as witnesses.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the results of the camat's assignment in fostering village governance in Lubuk Batu Jaya Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This is to find out the obstacles to the task of the sub-district head in fostering village governance in Lubuk Batu Jaya Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of descriptive research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 23 people, community leaders, village heads and camat office employees. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, questionnaires, documentation and observation, all data collected were grouped by type and analyzed descriptively and conclusions could be drawn from the research results. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the evaluation of the sub-district head's duties in conducting Village Government Development in Lubuk Batu Jaya District, Indragiri Hulu Regency was in the quite good category, due to the five research indicators, namely providing guidance, giving direction, providing education and training, giving instructions and literature or the manual has been implemented. The inhibiting factor for the guidance carried out by the sub-district head to the village government is that the guidance carried out by the sub-district head has not been carried out routinely, the direction is given to the sub-district head only if the village apparatus experiences problems in the work process, and the sub-district head does not provide education and training every month, the sub-district head only provides guidance if he receives a report. village government task constraints.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on many sectors of life. In Indonesia, almost all sectors of life. Starting from the economy, health, tourism, Small Medium Micro Business and others. In the tourism and Small Medium Micro Business sectors themselves, almost all activities in these sectors were completely paralyzed during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to see how the government's efforts in maintaining the life of Small Medium Micro Business and tourism in Indonesia. So that the Small Medium Micro Business and Tourism sectors can stay alive and survive in the difficult times of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Literature Study whose data sources are obtained from journals, articles, books, social media, and various literature reviews that have been reviewed and analyzed. The results of this study indicate that the government is highly committed to maintaining the Small Medium Micro Business and Tourism sector in Indonesia with various rules, assistance and facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the village government in empowering women in the field of family welfare empowerment (PKK) in Air Balui Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is primary data. The subjects of the study were the village head, women in the field of family welfare empowerment chairman, women in the field of family welfare empowerment members and the community. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that the village head has done his role by empowering women through women in the field of family welfare empowerment happiness. The program has been carried out well, and the head of Balui Water Village supports the planned program. For the women in the field of family welfare empowerment chairman and village head, they can succeed in programs, especially increasing handicraft output. The village head has carried out planning and implemented improvement programs in improving creative ideas through the form of training, the training carried out is expected to improve the economy of the residents of Air Balui village. The assessment of the village head can be analyzed that the village head has been good in implementing women's empowerment programs through women in the field of family welfare empowerment activities, in this training program that has been implemented as a form of the village head's seriousness in empowering women so as to improve the community economy in Air Balui Village

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the Effectiveness of the Duties of the Village Head in Infrastructure Development in Gemilang Jaya Village, Indragiri Hilir district, The indicators in this research are: Clarity of Program Objectives, Program Policies, Facilities and Infrastructure. The type of research located in the Office of the Head of Gemilang Jaya Village, Batang Tuaka District, Indragiri Hilir Regency is a qualitative descriptive research type, because it explores and analyzes the effectiveness of the village head's duties in infrastructure development in Gemilang Jaya Village. Qualitative Research Method is a method used to examine natural objects. Results of Methods Qualitative research emphasizes meaning rather than generalizations. Data collection techniques and types used in this study include: observation, interviews, documentation, and books. Based on the analysis technique, the researcher considers that development planning starting from the clarity of program objectives, program policies, and facilities and infrastructure is still not active.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out innovations and barriers to innovation in waste management by the Environmental Service in Tualang District, Siak Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research population is the employees of the Environmental Service of Siak Regency and the Community of Tualang District. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique, so that the sample of this study was set at 51 people. Data were collected by means of observation, distributing questionnaires, and documentation. All data that has been obtained in the study are grouped and processed quantitatively. The data are presented and explained and analyzed descriptively in order to obtain research results, then conclusions can be drawn. Overall, innovation in waste management by the Environmental Service in Tualang District, Siak Regency is in the fairly implemented category. The Environmental Service in Tualang District, Siak Regency has made innovations that have been running for more than 2 years, there is a novelty and uniqueness in waste management by cooperating with the community, involving the role of the community and stakeholders, and activities financed by the Regional Budget of Siak Regency, then having an impact or benefits for the region and society. Thus, waste management innovation is in the category of quite implemented. There are several obstacles to waste management innovation in Tualang District, namely the level of population distribution, participation, guidance, counseling, and infrastructure.

So that the marine ecosystem is not damaged and can be used for welfare, especially for the surrounding community. The preparation of this scientific article aims to provide information about the efforts of the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in the Conservation of the East Bintan Region. The preparation of this article was carried out in June 2022 using a qualitative method with descriptive analysis based on the results of a literature study using secondary data as information.
