Abstract

Arabic is a science that cannot be left behind in the world of pesantren, because language is the heart of knowledge for students to deepen their religious knowledge in Islamic boarding schools. To master Arabic, there are two stages that must be mastered by students, namely; Arabic language skills and Arabic language skills. But in this study, the researcher explores the Arabic language skills possessed by students at the Sabilul Muttaqin Mojokerto Islamic boarding school, namely Listening skills. So that the researcher raised the title of the analysis of the difficulties of the students in Mastering Listening Skills in Arabic subjects. This research is descriptive qualitative, data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and making data conclusions. Conclusion From the results of this study are; first, students have difficulty accepting or hearing conversations in Arabic because of the influence of different speech styles. Second, the students' weak ability to understand the meaning of the accepted sentence, so students need to be repeated many times. Third, requires a great concentration in understanding the Arabic sentence that is heard. Keywords: Learning difficulties, listening skills.

Abstract

Abstrak Emotional quotientl, Spiritual Quotient dan Engagement tak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan seseorang, oleh karena itu dalam upaya pembentukan dan pengembangan sikap maka Kedua kecerdasan tersebut saling berhubungan. kecerdasan di atas sangat penting dan harus dikembangkan dalam kehidupan seseorang. Hal ini disebabkan karena Emotional Quotient diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah afektif, dan Spiritual digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah bermakna dalam menjalani kehidupan,Engagement di perlukan untuk menjaga kestabilan untuk meyelesaikan segala tugas yang telah di amanhakan kepada pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP An-Nur Bululawang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Emotional Quotient terhadap kinerja Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang, spiritual quotient terhadap kinerja Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang, Engagement terhadap kinerja Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang Emotional Quotient terhadap kinerja Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang melalui variabel Engagement dan spiritual quotient terhadap kinerja Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang melalui variabel Engagement. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Emotional quotient, dan Spiritual Quotien sebagai variable Endogen, kinerja. Engagemen sebagai variabel intervening dan kinerja Guru sebagai variabel eksogen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang sebanyak 48 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket). Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 17.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Emotional Quotient berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang, spiritual quotient berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang, Engagement berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang, Emotional Quotient berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang melalui variabel Engagement dan spiritual quotient berpengaruh terhadap Guru SMP An-Nur Bululawang melalui variabel Engagement. Abstract

The study was done with the aim of identifying waste products Cassava skin for the crisps and new innovation in cassava fuel the advantage of the manufacture of chips is to give people a picture that the cassava sheath can be processed into a nutritious food economical and has many health benefits, cassava skin contains calcium, iron, vitamins B and C, and amylium, The leaves contain Vitamins A, B1, and C, Calcium, Calories, Protein, fat, Charcoal Hydrated, and iron. While the bark of the stem, Contains Tannin, Peroxide enzymes, Glycoside, and Calcium oxalate. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh dari Pengaruh Pengetahuan Akuntansi Terhadap Penggunaan Informasi Akuntansi Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM) Di Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, fokus penelitian ini terletak pada pengetahuan akuntansi dan penggunaan informasi akuntansi. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 responden. Pengambilan data penelitian melalui sebar angket (kuesioner) dan kemudian di oleh menggunakan program SPSS untuk mengetahui hasil. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkah bahwa pengetahuan akuntansi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan informasi akuntansi, karena hasilnya menunjukkan bagitu besar. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan Akuntansi, Penggunaan Informasi Akuntansi ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of influence of the influence of accounting knowledge on the use of accounting information in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidoarjo. The type of research used is quantitative research, the focus of this research lies in accounting knowledge and the use of accounting information. The number of respondents in this study were 32 respondents. Retrieval of research data through a questionnaire (questionnaire) and then by using the SPSS program to find out the results. The results of the study indicate that accounting knowledge has an influence on knowledge of accounting information, because the results show that it is very large. Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan Daun Kelor, Implementasi Inovasi Baru Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Daun Kelor untuk di Jadikan Minuman Teh. Manfaat dari pembuatan Teh Daun Kelor yaitu memberi gambaran kepada masyarakat bahwa Daun Kelor dapat di olah menjadi minuman/prodak yang bernilai ekonomis serta mempunyai banyak manfaat untuk kesehatan, Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai komposisi fitokimia dan aktivitas antioksidan minuman seduhan daun kelor yang kedepannya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai minuman kesehatan. ABSTRACT Lilis, ahadiyah. 2020. Use of Learning Models in Statistics Material and Impact on Student Learning Output. Pondok Pesantren “AN NUR” Mojokerto. This study was conducted with the aim to find out the use of Statistics Material learning models and their impact on student learning output at Pondok Pesantren “AN NUR” Mojokerto. Data collection methods used by researchers in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive exploratory method which aims to describe and conclude the use of Statistics material learning models and their impact on student learning output. The results of this study can be known: (1) in the use of Statistics Material learning models, student understanding has increased 100% from the previous condition. (2) in the use of the learning models Statistics Material has an impact on student learning patterns, such as: the level of concentration, memory, comprehension, endurance of learning time, and an increase in student understanding, which is seen from the increasing level of student learning outcomes by 94,87%.

Abstract

مستخلص البحث: إن الكتابة إحدى المهارات الأساسية في تعلم اللغة الأولى واللغة الأجنبية على حد سواء. والكتابة نشاط ذهني يعتمد على الإختيار الواعي لما يريد الفرد التعبير عنه والقدرة على تنظيم الخبرات وعرضها بشكل تحريري. في المعهد الإسلامية دار الحكمة فراسوغ سيدووارجا أن الكفاية الأساسية في مهارة الكتابة هي قدرة الطلاب على كتابة الكلمة او الجملة باستخدام علامات الترقيم الصحيحة وقدرتهم على تعبير عن الآراء باستخدام التراكيب الصحيحة. وهي تختلف عن النتائج التعليمية الواقعة في مهارة الكتابة في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية في كثير من المدارس الدينية خاصة بالمعهد الإسلامية دار الحكمة فراسوغ سيدووارجا. فإن عملية التعليم لم تكن فعالة في تحقيق مهارة الكتابة ، بما ظهر في ضعف كتابتهم في اللغة العربية . سوى ذالك كان ميل الطلاب في تعليم الكتابة منخفضة ولا يشتركون فيها اشتراكا جيدا . ورأى الباحث أن المشكلة الرئيسية هي قلة استعمال المدرس للطرائق التعليمية المتنوعة أوالوسائل التعليمية . مثلا أن المدرس علي أن اللغة وظيفتها يستخدم الكتاب المقرر كثيرا ولايستخدم الوسيلة الأخرى، ويستخدم أيضا طريقة القراءة فقط ثم يكتب الطلاب ما يقرأه المدرس حتي يشعروا بالملل ولا يحصلوا علي الأغراض التعليمية. لذالك أراد الباحث أن يقدم الوسيلة التعليمية الأخرى لتنمية مهارات التعبير الكتابي للطلاب وهي الأفلام التعليمية القصيرة. ويتركز الباحث مهارة التعبير الكتابي بنظرية الإتصال الذي هو العملية التي يتفاعل بمقتضايتها متلقي ومرسل الرسالة في مضامين اجتماعية محددة وهذ التعريف يظهر أن أن الإتصال هنا يقوم علي مشاركة المعلومات والصور الذهنية وهذا العنصر الاجتماعي مهم في التعليم العربي وتدل هذه النظرية الاتصالية لا تخرج من الغرض التربوي الذي هو نقل القيم الاجتماعية الدينية ان مهارة الكتابة بالمعهد الإسلامية دار الحكمة فراسوغ سيدووارجا ، بعد استخدام الأفلام التعليمية القصيرة تنمو مهارات التعبير الكتابي باعتماد للإتصال ومقدرة الطلبة الإتصالية كانت تنميتها الفعالة هي اكتساب اللغة مباشرة من الناطقين بها بالأفلام التي تعبر عن المعلومات والأراء والصور التي لها سكولوجيتها وثقافتها الإجتماعية كما كانت النظرية المناسبة بهذا البحث هي النظرية الإتصالية التي تمنع الطالب أن يتعلم اللغة إلا وهو ناطق بها. الكلمة المفتاحية : تنمية, مهارات الكتابي, الأفلام التعليمية القصيرة Abstrack Writing is one of the essential skills in learning both a first language and a foreign language. Writing is a mental activity that depends on the conscious choice of what the individual wants to express and the ability to organize experiences and present them in writing. In the Islamic Islamic Boarding School of Darul Hikmah Prasung Sidoarjo, the basic competence in writing skill is the ability of students to write a word or sentence using correct punctuation marks and their ability to express opinions using correct structures. It differs from the educational results in the skill of writing in the field of teaching the Arabic language in many Islamic schools, especially in the Islamic Boarding School of Darul Hikmah Prasung Sidoarjo. The teaching process was not effective in achieving the skill of writing, as shown by the weakness of their writing in the Arabic language. Otherwise, the students' tendency to teach writing was low and did not share it well. The researcher considered that the main problem is the teachers ’lack of use of various educational methods or teaching aids. For example, the teacher uses the textbook a lot and does not use the other method, and also uses the reading method only, and then students write what the teacher reads until they are bored and do not get the educational purposes. Therefore, the researcher wanted to provide the other educational means to develop students' written expression skills, which is short educational films. The researcher concentrates the skill of written expression in the theory of communication, which is the process whereby the recipient and the sender of the message interact in specific social contexts, and this definition shows that communication here is based on the sharing of information and mental images and this social element is important in Arab education and indicates this communication theory does not depart from the educational purpose that It is the transmission of religious social values The writing skill at the Islamic Boarding School of Darul Hikmah Prasung, after the use of short educational films, the written expression skills grow depending on the fact that the language is its function for communication and the ability of students to communicate effectively, its effective development is to acquire the language directly from its speakers through films that express information, opinions and images that have its own science and culture. The social theory and the appropriate theory in this research is the communicative theory that prevents the student from learning the language without speaking it. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitin ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas buku penghubung berbasis online pada kegiatan shalat siswa kelas 3 MI Sunan Ampel Bangsal Mojokerto. Penetilitian merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Dengan melibatkan responden siswa kelas 3 MI Sunan Ampel dan sample penelitian sebanyak 30 responden yang ditentukan melalui tehnik simple random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan total item sebesar 2367.5 dengan hasil skor nilai rata-rata sebesar 79. Sehingga buku penghubung berbasis online dikatakan efektif pada kegiatan shalat siswa kelas 3 MI Sunan Ampel Bangsal Mojokerto. Kata Kunci: Efektifitas, Buku penghubung berbasis online, Kegiatan shalat Abstract This research is a research that aims to ensure the effectiveness of online-based liaison books in the prayer activities of the 3rd grade students of MI Sunan Ampel Bangsal Mojokerto. Research is a descriptive quantitative research type. With the third grade student respondents at MI Sunan Ampel and a research sample of 30 respondents who were determined through simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate a total item of 2367.5 with an average result score of 79. So that the online-based liaison book is said to be effective in the prayer activities of the 3rd grade students of MI Sunan Ampel Bangsal Mojokerto. Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan salah satu dimensi yang sangat penting dalam berperan. Dengan itu kita sebagai pendidik harus memberikan hak pada anak didik kita untuk pola perkembangan anak tersebut. Yang bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan anak didik kita agar tidak ada keterlambatan dalam perkembangannya. Membaca adalah suatu tuntutan pada anak-anak didik kita, untuk agar bisa membaca. Untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah kita sebagai pendidik memberikan motivasi pada anak didik kita yang memiliki kemampuan rendah dalam artian yang tidak sama dengan teman lainnya. Agar tidak tertinggal dengan temannya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini siswa yang kurang mampu dalam mengingat huruf abjad. Hasil penelitian ini ada pembagian 3 kelompok dalam menyaring siswa. Dan dengan menggunakan Metode Fernald ada perubahan pada siswa yang awalnya belum mengenal huruf abjad dengan baik, maka siswa ini sudah mulai hafal dengan huruf abjad. Meski ada satu siswa yang masih beberapa menghafalnya. Dan siswa tersebut membutuhkan perhatian yang lebih intens. Kita sebagai guru dan orang tua jangan pernah lelah untuk memberikan motivasi pada anak tersebut. Kata Kunci: Metode Fernald Abstract Education is a very important dimension in playing a role. That’s why we as teachers must give our students the right to the pattern of the child’s development. Which aims to educate our student, so that there are no delays in their development. Reading is a demand on our students, to be able to read. For this reason, the purpose of this study is that we as teachers must motivate our students who have low abilities, in the sense that they are not the same as other friends, so they are not left behind with their friends, so they are not left behind with their friends. Subjects in this study, student who are less able to remember the letters of the alphabet. The result of this study were divided into three groups in screening students. And by using the fernald method, there are changes in students who initially do not know the letters of the alphabet well, then these students have started to memorize the letters of the alphabet. Although there is students who still has difficulty memorizing. It’s mean, these students need more intense attention. We as teachers and parents never get tired of motivating the child. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahuai pemanfaatan facebook bagi siswa kelas X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo; (2) untuk mengetahuai pemanfaatan facebook sebagai media dakwah bagi siswa kelas X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel dengan cara random sampling. Adapun sampel tersebut adalah siswa kelas X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilaksanakan secara deskriptif dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat diketahui hasil penelitian bahwa, pertama, pemanfaatan facebook bagi siswa kelas X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo terbagi menjadi dua bentuk yaitu, facebook dimanfaatkan untuk berkomunikasi dengan teman dan keluarga, facebook dimanfaatkan untuk media dakwah yaitu mengakses konten-konten islami. Kedua, pemanfaatan facebook sebagai media dakwah bagi siswa kelas X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo yaitu, memberikan manfaat yang sangat banyak sebagai media dakwah. Facebook dikatakan efektif digunakan iswa kelas X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo sebagai media dakwah, dengan penggunaan sesuai syariat Islam. Secara keseluruhan dakwah di facebook yang diterima adalah dakwah milenial yang menarik perhatian bagi siswa kelas X dan kemudian dibagikan ke media sosial yang mereka miliki. Kata kunci: Facebook, Media, Dakwah Abstract The research aims (1) to find out the warmth of facebook for class X SMA Unggulan Al hidayah Kutorejo. (2) to lead the use of facebook as a ,edium for teaching and learning of class X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo. The research method used was descriptive research by means of random sampling. The samples were students of class X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo. Data collection techniques were using observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptivelyby way of data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawas condusion. From the research that has been carried out, it can be determined that the result of the first aid test of the use of facebook for class X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo are divides into two forms. Namely facebook is used to communicate with friends and family. The two roles of facebook as a medium for da’wah for class X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo, namely provide very many benefits as a preaching medium. Facebook is said to be effective in being used by students of class X SMA Unggulan Al Hidayah Kutorejo as a da’wah medium with the use of Islamic law in accordance with the desant of the da’wah. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the steps and patterns so that market traders can be free of debt and no longer have a dependence on loan sharks. Small traders who are in Tanjung Market, Mojokerto are the variables used in this study. Through the qualitative descriptive method used to analyze data. Among the focus of the study in this study are efforts to understand the capital needs of traders, the government's efforts to overcome the practice of rent-seeking, the various practices carried out by “moneylenders” and the role of financial institutions around the location of “loan sharks.” The results of this study can be drawn: first, when borrowing money from Tanjung market traders, Mojokerto is not so interested in borrowing from banks and other capital-giving institutions but they are more interested in borrowing from loan sharks, the main cause of their dependence on borrowing from moneylenders, namely the ease with which traders can get capital Second, coordination is needed between the government, Baznas, financial institutions and traders of the Tanjung market, Mojokerto. To unify the vision, mission, and objectives so that traders can be free from debt and not depend on "loan sharks".
