Abstract

Recently the phenomenon of customer stress is a condition that happened in business reality. Consumer confuses and stress in planning and considering any smartphone that will be bought. It caused by some factor, like product assortment and information overload. Consumer who is stress can influence the low buying intention of consumer on any product. Beside that a lot of information is not easier consumer to make any choice of some. Thus, this research is done to analyze the influence of product assortment and information overload to the customer stress and buying intention. Data were got by questionnaire, which used purposive sampling method, with criteria, as follow: sample was people who visited hand phone store and had buying intention of that. The analysis is frequency distribution analysis, t test and regression linear. The analysis denote that product assortment has positive and significant to the customer stress, information overload has positive and significant to the customer stress, and customer stress has positive and significant influence to the buying intention.Key word: Buying intention, customer stress, product assortment and information overload

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect simultaneously or partially between Credit Interest Rates, Third Party Funds (DPK), and Non Performing Loans (NPLs) on Modern Express BPR lending in the Western Region of Piru Seram Branch in 2016 - 2017 (Monthly ). The choice of multiple regression in addition to seeing the effect between the independent variables and related variables is also because the independent variables in the study amounted to more than one.Based on the research, the results show that the Lending Rate (SBK) has a significant effect on lending at BPR Modern Express. Community Deposits (DPK) have no significant effect on lending at BPR Modern Express. Non-Current Credit (NPL) has no significant effect on lending at BPR Modern Express. While simultaneously the Credit Interest Rate (SKB), Community Deposits (DPK) and Non-Current Credit (NPL) significantly influence the lending at BPR Modren Express in the Western Piru Seram Branch. Keywords: Credit Interest Rates (SBK), Community Deposits (DPK), Non-Current Credit (NPL) and Credit Distribution.

Abstract

Senda Yunita Leatemia, in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, a business is required to adopt existing technology to run its business. This study aims to determine the benefits that are felt after adopting e-commerce, the technology capabilities of UMKM to adopt e-commerce, and the level of application of e-commerce adoption to UMKM. The research method in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis method used in descriptive statistical analysis using frequency tables. The results of this study state that the benefits of e-commerce are classified in the useful category, the technology capabilities are in the low category, and the level of e-commerce adoption is in the category low.

Abstract

The term financial literacy is the ability of an individual to make decisions in terms of personal financial knowledge. According to Remund (2010) describes five domains of financial literacy namely knowledge of financial concepts, the ability to communicate about financial concepts, the ability to manage finances, the ability to make financial decisions and the confidence to make future plans. 1) Does financial literacy affect the personal financial management behavior of the UKIM faculty of economics? 2) Does income affect the personal financial management behavior of the UKIM faculty of economics? The output of this study is the publication of the results of studies in the National Scientific Journal (with ISSN). In this study the variables to be examined consist of the independent variable (dependent variable), namely capital ownership, dependents and education level, while the dependent variable (independent variable), namely absolute poverty. Time horizon of one stage research (cross sectional). The analysis in this study is the entire lecturer at the UKIM faculty of economics. The research method used in this research is explanatory survey. The population in this study is the whole faculty of economics at UKIM, amounting to 22 people. While the sample in this study is the entire population. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the validity test, reliability test and Chi Square Test.The results of this study indicate that 1) Demographic factors which include income do not affect the financial behavior of the UKIM faculty of economics. 2) Financial literacy has a significant effect on the financial behavior of the UKIM faculty of economicsKeywords: Financial Literacy, Demographic Factors, Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of the performance measurement system, decision-making authority, support of internal stakeholders, external environment, individual perceptions of the use of performance information for decision making. The population in this study were Ambon City Government SKPD officials. The sampling method used is judgment sampling with a total sample of 66 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there were four factors that influence the use of performance information contained in the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) Ambon City Government, namely the quality of information systems, support of internal stakeholders, external environment and individual perceptions of performance measurement system users, while factors the autonomy of decision making does not affect the use of performance information for decision making. Abstract

Building and developing the competitiveness of the company, especially in the business of selling two-wheeled motor vehicles requires a focus on customers, promoting quality, continuous innovation, prioritizing service and speed. All of them aim to create better after-sales and relationship marketing, so that the process of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers becomes more harmonious and eventually they will decide to repurchase or use the same services in the future.This study aims to test, first partially, the influence of Relationship Marketing Factors on Profitability; second, partially testing the effect of After Sales Service Factors on Profitability at PT. MGM in Ambon City.This research uses primary and secondary data, and the type of research used is the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 computer program.The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is partially positive and significant between relationship marketing to the profitability of PT. MGM in Ambon City with a significance level of 0.05 and a value of Standardized Coefficients of 0.438. Furthermore, the second hypothesis shows that partially or t-test, the significance value of the after-sales service obtained is greater than the significance level of 0.05, with a negative coefficient value of 109. So it can be seen that after-sales service has no significant and negative effect on the profitability of PT. Abstract

The phenomenon of education that can be destructive even become a killer pest college education system in Ambon City is that students still consider that the diploma is only a means to be pursued without understanding the meaning of education which then the diploma will be used as capital to become civil servants, or who will eventually dive to politics and run for legislative (DPRD). Another fact that is also quite apprehensive is still a lot of students at universities in Ambon City who copy and paste the work of others to be a thesis to complete the study (plagiarism). So without us knowing it has now become a tradition in college.The main objective of this research is to identify the determinants of total quality management at universities in Ambon City. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of SOCO (Service orientation customer orientation) on increasing sales performance at Sophie Paris in Ambon City. Test and analyze the effect of adaptability on increasing sales performance at Sophie Paris in Ambon City. Test and analyze the effect of communication quality on improving sales performance at Sophie Paris in Ambon City. The sample is a portion or representative of the population surveyed totaling 50 respondents or at best more than 100 respondents. For this reason, the sample in this study was 100 people and the purposive sampling method was used as a sampling technique with special consideration so that it was suitable to be sampled. Considerations taken in determining the sample are: (1). Consumer users of Sophie Paris products. (2). Men & women aged 17 years and over. (3). Based in the Ambon city area.The results obtained are SOCO influencing the adaptability of Sophie Martin products in Ambon City. SOCO affects the quality of communication on Sophie Martin products in Ambon City. SOCO influences service performance on Sophie Martin products in Ambon City. Adaptability influences service performance on Sophie Martin Products in Ambon City. Abstract

The developed nation need to be supported by adequate resources and also qualified human resources so as to process them. As one of the nations progress movers The Labor and Transmigration Department is required to be able to provide good service. For that will be also required the good performance of civilian state apparatus. To be able to realize it all needs to be given a stimulus that can make civil state apparatus to improve its performance, such as providing local performance allowances according to standards and rules, keeping a good standing of human relation and strengthening the understanding and sense of belonging to organizational culture that become the identity of organization. This research aims to test and analyze influence of  of  Local Performance Allowances, Human Relation and organization culture on performance of civilian state apparatus based on the formulation of problems. The research method used is Quantitative with the survey type research to explain the relationship between variables and explanatory research to explain the relationship between variables through hypotheses test. Analytical test tool used is multiple regression analysis.Hypotheses were tested by F test method, t test and determination coefficient (R2), the result showed that (1) Local Performance Allowances had a significant positive influence on performance of civilian state apparatus ; (2) Human Relation has a significant positively affect the performance of civilian state apparatus ; (3) Culture Organization  has a significant positive effect on performance of civilian state apparatus. There are several implication that can be suggested from this study. Keywords : Local Performance Allowances, Human Relation, Culture Organization  and performance of civilian state apparatus.

Abstract

This study aims to benchmark financial performance on two Cradit Union in the Province of Maluku namely CU Ain Hov Ain with CU Hati Amboina  by using PEARLS Analysis Approach. The types of Ratios used for benchmarking are Protection Ratios; The ratio of outstanding loans; Asset Quality Ratio; Return and cost ratio Net SHU Ratio; Asset Growth Rate.Results obtained from calculations using the PEARLS method; The CU AHA Protection Ratio is in a better position than CU HA from the outstanding Loan Ratio it appears that CU HA delivers more cautious credit so it is in a position not far from ideal standard while CU AHA is far above the ideal standard set, asset CU HA is better than CU AHA asset quality. Asset Quality Ratio in AHA CU shows that fluctuating  with tendency continue to rise while CU HA is also very fluctuating with spike in extreme but the increase further; The development of return and cost ratio shows that the development of CU HA has increased higher than CU AHA so that for this ratio CU AHA has a good cost ratio compared to CU HA; The net SHU ratio can be said that the development of CU HA is better and potentially better in the future; Asset Growth Ratio then it is concluded that the growth of AHA CU is better than CU HA.
