Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal system on the performance of civil servants Satuan Kerja Kota Bandung with contractibility as a moderating variable. Performance appraisal system in this research is divided into two variables: performance appraisal system oriented incentif / reward and performance appraisal system that oriented exploration. While the moderating variable is contractibility (performance agreement).The results showed that there is influence of performance appraisal system oriented incentives / rewards on the performance of civil servants SKPD Bandung of 75.2%. In addition, there is also the influence of exploration-oriented performance appraisal system on the performance of civil servants SKPD Bandung of 56.2%. The existence of the contractibility variable / performance agreement will strengthen the direct correlation of the independent variable to the dependent variable, so the result shows that there is influence of performance appraisal system oriented incentive / reward to the performance of civil servant SKPD Bandung with variable contractibility / performance agreement as moderating variable and there influence of performance appraisal system oriented exploration on the performance of civil servants SKPD Bandung with variable contractibility / performance agreement as a moderating variable.Keywords: incentive / reward oriented performance appraisal system, exploration-oriented performance appraisal system, contractibility (performance agreement), civil servant performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and provide evidence of the influence of machiavellian nature, moral development, and locus of control on dysfunctional behavior both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study with several hypothesis tests. The sample was 55 BPK auditors and BPKP Maluku Province Representatives in Ambon City. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data were obtained from questionnaire measurements with a Likert scale to test the validity and reliability of the data.The results of the study based on the validity and reliability test showed that the data was valid and reliable. Based on the t test and F test shows that the nature of Machiavellian, Moral Development, and Locus of Control influence partially and simultaneously on Dysfunctional Behavior. Variable Machiavellian Properties and Locus of Control have a positive correlation with Dysfunctional Behavior, while moral development has a negative correlation with Dysfunctional Behavior. These three variables have a strong and direct relationship and have a high percentage of dysfunctional behavior. Keywords: Machiavellian Traits, Moral Development, Locus of Control, and Dysfunctional Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Wages, Human Capital, intensity of use of production factors, capital, goods and Request for Production of Labor requests Maluku Province.The model used is multiple linear regression models are useful for testing and estimating the effect of partial or simultaneous set of independent variables on the dependent variables. Area sampling techniques are combined with Purposive Sampling Method Sampling Method with a selected sample area to be investigated which produce the sample of 148 respondents.The findings in this study is that with variable degrees of freedom 0.10 working capital, production, and significant negative effect on employment. While the variable wage, education level and Demand of goods does not affect the demand for labor in small craft industries in the province of Maluku.This analysis is closely related to the nature of the industrial production of small craft that are orders resulted in the development of small craft industries in the province of Maluku to grow. Oroduksi nature of the orders on one side and labor utilization from dulikan family irrespective of educational level is a condition that makes small craft industries to flourish. Abstract

The retail business in Indonesia is increasingly growing and business competition shows a fairly rapid development, but it is not an obstacle for retail entrepreneurs to increase the number of outlets in various regions, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya which is the object of research at this writing is engaged in the retail distribution of products consumer. This study aims to analyze performance by using the Du Pont system which is a comprehensive measurement tool covering company operations through owned resources to produce net profits that combine debt, asset turnover and profit margins that interact to determine the profitability of assets owned by the company and the return on equity (ROE) generated. From the results of data analysis obtained that the level of Net Profit Margin during the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk has increased in 2016, amounting to 0.99% (up 0.03%) from 0.96% in 2015 The results of the calculation of Total Asset Turnover over the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk from 2015 to 2017 decreased in 2016, amounting to 2.88 times (down 0.3 times) from 3.18 times in 2015. Results the calculation of Return on Investment for the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk from 2015 to 2017 has decreased. ROI in 2016 decreased by 2.85% (down 0.2%) from 3.05% in 2015. The results of the calculation of Equity Multipier over the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk have increased in 2016 and in 2017 decreased The results of the calculation of Return on Equity over the past three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk experienced an increase in 2016 of 10.49% (up 0.94%) from 9.55% in 2015. Abstract

    The condition of the lecturers of Private Universities in the Region XII of Maluku and North Maluku who have few new academic levels. Many lecturers who have not carried out tridharma activities in full are only limited to education and teaching activities. There are still many lecturers who carry out Tri darma research and dedication only to take care of the academic level. Not yet used as a target of the performance of the lecturers themselves. Competence, commitment and motivation are the main factors that influence the performance of private university lecturers. This study aims to obtain the results of studies on competency, commitment, motivation and performance of lecturers and to reveal the analysis of the influence of competence, commitment and motivation on the performance of lecturers.    The research method used is descriptive and explanatory survey with a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. The sample size of 81 lecturers was taken through purposive random sampling technique, with lecturer information sources spread across 9 private universities in the Kopertis Region XII Maluku and North Maluku in Ambon City. Data analysis using multiple regression tests with SPSS.    The results showed that competence had a significant and positive influence on the performance of the Lecturer with a score of 8.408 > table 1.665 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, commitment had a significant and positive influence on the performance of lecturers with t count 2.936 > t table 1.665 and significance 0.004 < 0.05. Motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of lecturers with t count 2.697 > t table 1.665 and the significance value of 009 < 0.05, and Competence, Commitment and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of lecturers F 222.254 > Ftable 2.72 and significance 0.000 < 0.05    The results of this study are that there is a significant effect of competence on the performance of lecturers, then there is a significant influence on commitment to lecturer performance and there is a significant effect of motivation in improving lecturer performance and significant influence jointly on competence, commitment and motivation on lecturer performance.Keywords: Competence, Commitment, Motivation, Lecture Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the variable Total Quality Management (Customer focus, team work, continuous improvement systems and employee involvement and empowerment) to managerial performance. Samples used in this study were 38 respondents who are employees YOUTH Bakery and Cake. Model analysis used is multiple regression. Testing the quality of the data used is the validity and reliability testing. The classical assumption used is normality test, multicollinearity, and test heterokedastisitas. Testing the hypothesis is significant simultaneous test (test - F), partial significance test (t - test) and adjusted R-square. The results showed that TQM simultaneous effect on managerial performance and there is only one variable in the TQM partial effect of variable teamwork. Adjusted R-square value of 0, 156 showed that managerial performance can be explained by the focus on the customer, teamwork, berksinambungan system improvement, and employee engagement and empowerment. Keywords: Total quality managemet, Customer focus, team work, continuous improvement systems, involvement and empowerment of employees, managerial performance.

Abstract

Word of mouth is an informal communication among people about information from a brand, product, company or service. With the growth of internet nowadays, word-of-mouth is not only happen in offline media but even more in online media known as electronic word of mouth. Several theories and studies state that electronic word of mouth has an influence on brand image and repurchase intentions.This study aims to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth on the brand image and repurchase intentions at Traveloka. The samples used in this study are Traveloka’s consumers who are at least 18 years old and have transacted on the website or application of Traveloka at least 1 times in the last 6 months. The results of this study found that electronic word of mouth influences positively and  significantly  on  brand  image and repurchase intentions. Furthermore, the brand image  variable  becomes  the mediation variable in the relationship between the variable of electronic word of mouth and consumer repurchase intention. Keywords: electronic word of mouth, brand image, repurchase intention, traveloka.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the Sumber Hidup GPM Hospital(RSSH GPM) financial performance based on Direct Service Cost Ratio, Wage Cost Ratio/Employee Salary, and Administration and General Cost Ratio. This research was conducted at the Ambon City GPM Sumber Hidup Hospital. Collecting data using Field Research and Literature Research which are secondary, namely the Financial Statements of Sumber Hidup Hospital 2015 - 2017. The data analysis technique used is the Cost Ratio Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis.                  The results showed that each relative ratio increased from 2015 to 2017. This is due to the increase in inpatient and outpatient income, high wages / staff costs, and high administrative and general spending. If viewed from its development, RSSH revenue is not proportional to the amount of operational financing that supports this income. This indicates that the finances of Sumber Hidup Hospital are in the Unhealthy category.               In statistical testing, it proves the existence of a relationship between each ratio with the financial performance of RSSH.Keywords : Direct Service Cost Ratio, Wage Cost Ratio/Employee Salary, and Administration and General Cost Ratio=> Financial Performance, Cost Ratio

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan pada PT. Bank Mega, Tbk selama tahun 2014-2017 dengan menggunakan metode RGEC. Metode RGEC merupakan salah satu alat analisis yang memudahkan dalam menilai tingkat kesehatan bank karena memberikan penilian yang terbuka terhadap faktor-faktor penting dalam usaha perbankan. Faktor-faktor yang dianggap penting tersebut diantaranya adalah : Penilaian profil resiko (Risk Profile), Penilaian Good Corporate Governance (GC), Penilaian rentabilitas (Earning) dan penilaian permodalan (Capital).Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Data sekunder yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2014-2017. Dari data laporan keuangan tersebut kemudian dihitung rasio-rasio yang berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan dalam metode RGEC. Hasil dari rasio-rasio tersebut kemudian dipergunakan dalam penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank atau diteliti guna memperoleh predikat atau rating di mata bank indonesia, yaitu sangat sehat, sehat, cukup sehat, kurang sehat, atau tidak sehat.Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini didapatkan bahwa dengan Metode RGEC PT Bank Mega, Tbk berada dalam kriteria sehat.Kata kunci : Tingkat Kesehatan Bank, PT. Abstract

The developed tourism sector results higher and higher competition level among companies in Indonesia,  especially service companies.  The service companies  compete attempt  for  strengthening marketing strategies. The companies feel need for maintaining the consumers in order not to move to other companies. Not except for the companies in service fields such as hotels that are more and more competitive and demand for using owned resources as well as possible. Hotel industry progress can be followed about the development through indicator levels of hotel stay rooms/accommodation, sold/used room totals, how long average guests stay and also development of other hotel or accommodation totals. Hotel classification stated by Tourism General Directorate, i.e.: Star hotels and other accommodations. The  improvement  of  various  hotel  facilities  and  services  really  enforce  competition  among  hotel managers in the efforts of enchanting consumers and maintaining the consumers. Mariat Hotel Sorong is a hotel that blends business and resort concepts and continues attempt so that it still stays towering and supports Indonesian Republic government programs both in tourism field and improving people welfare field.The problem in this research is: Is there service quality influence  that consists of tangible,reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy toward consumers loyalty of Mariat Hotel Sorong?The used data in this research are primary data gained by distributing questionnaires to the consumers who stay at Mariat Hotel Sorong by using double linear regression analysis.Keywords: service quality, consumers loyalty
