<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Regional Original Revenue (PAD) is an important element in the income of a region, because if PAD can be increased, it will directly have an impact on the independence of the regional government. This rationale is the purpose of writing about the Implementation of Non-Cash Transactions in Southeast Maluku Regency. It is hoped that with the implementation of non-cash transactions, payment of regional taxes and regional levies will be easy to do and trigger an increase in PAD.The quantitative descriptive analysis method is the method used in this paper. Data regarding the realization of monthly regional tax and levy payments from January to May 2021 serve as basic data to determine the size of the sample for each object of local tax levy and regional levies in Southeast Maluku Regency. By utilizing the questionnaire obtained a sample of 10% of each object of local taxes and levies. If theobject of local taxes and regional levies is less than 5 taxpayers or levies are taken as a whole. The sample results obtained are as many as 56 samples. The perception data of local taxpayers and local levies provide their perceptions according to the questionnaire used. The results of the analysis obtained are that the benefit aspect has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of non-cash transactions in Southeast Maluku Regency; The Convenience Aspect has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of non-cash transactions in Southeast Maluku Regency and the Benefit Aspect and the Convenience Aspect together have a positive and significant impact on the implementation of non-cash transactions in Southeast Maluku Regency. Based on these results, it can be said that the implementation of non-cash transactions will be able to become an alternative for PAD intensification in Southeast Maluku Regency.Keywords: Intensification of PAD Sources => Implementation of Non-Cash Transactions]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Innovation and Promotion onPurchase Decisions and Their Impact on Consumer Satisfaction of CiptadentToothpaste in Ambon City. This research is a descriptive research. By using aquestionnaire as a data collection tool as many as 100 respondents. Sampling usingpurposive sampling. The data analysis method used is Partial least square usingsmartpls ver 3.0 which includes validity and reliability tests, as well as hypothesistesting and model evaluation tests. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT Good management of APBD realization is an important indicator to achieve regional financial performance, and therefore each region strives to be able to manage APBD realization. These considerations are the basis for writing a challenge to analyze regional financial performance on the management of the APBD in the Southeast Maluku District Government. The quantitative descriptive method is the method used in this writing. Data related to the target and realization of the Regional Budget of the Southeast Maluku Regency Government in 2017 - 2020 are important data that is complemented by explanations from the leadership in the OPD as well as various regulations related to the APBD to complement regional financial performance withseveral regional financial ratios. The results obtained are that the achievement of the regional financial independence ratio of Southeast Maluku Regency in 2018 to 2020 is low so that the first hypothesis can be proven. The results of the calculation of the regional financial dependence ratio of the Southeast Maluku Regency in 2018 to 2020 are high so that the second hypothesis can be proven. The results of the calculationof the efficiency and effectiveness ratio of the realization of Southeast Maluku Regency's Original Regional Revenue from 2018 to 2020 are effective and efficient so that the third and fourth hypotheses can be proven. The results of the calculation of the activity ratio in the form of the ratio of non-capital expenditures and capital expenditures in Southeast Maluku Regency from 2018 to 2020 are less satisfactory so that the fifth hypothesis can be proven. The results of the calculation of the growth/development ratio of the Southeast Maluku Regency Regional Budget from 2018 to 2020 are very volatile, which makes hypothesis six proven. The Regional Financial Performance of Southeast Maluku Regency in 2018 to 2020 is not good and this situation is in accordance with what is stated in the seventh hypothesis. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT Achieving good regional financial performance is the desire of all regional government administrators throughout Indonesia. Therefore, an analysis of regional financial performance is needed to determine the achievements that have been achieved in the administration of government and regional development. Based on these considerations, this paper is focused. The method used in this paper is a quantitative descriptive research method. The data related to the realization of the APBD during the 2017-2020 period became the main data accompanied by an explanation when free interviews were conducted. All of this data is then analyzed using several relevant regional financial ratios according to the focus of this paper. The results obtained are that: The achievement of the Independence Ratio is in the instructive relationship pattern; Achievement Dependency Ratio is at high dependency status ; Operational Expenditure Ratio achievement is in high status; The achievement of the Capital Expenditure Ratio or development expenditure is at a low status: The achievement of the effectiveness ratio is at the status of sufficiently effective. <![CDATA[AbstractThis study aims to examine the role of internal audit on the government's internalcontrol system. The population of this study were auditors and employees of the MalukuProvince Inspectorate. The sample in this study were 84 auditors and employees of theMaluku Province Inspectorate who had audited. The results of the study stated thatthere was a positive and significant influence between the role of internal audit and theeffectiveness of the internal control system in Maluku Province. <![CDATA[AbstractThis study to aims determine the effect of capital structure and sales growth on profitability in the sub-sector of automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The dependent variable in this study is profitability, while the independent variables are capital structure and sales growth. This study also uses firm size as a control variable. The sampling methodused purposive sampling method with a sample of 6 automotive and component sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that capital structure (DER) had a negative and insignificanteffect on profitability (ROA) and sales growth (SALES) had a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA). By usinga questionnaire as a data collection tool as many as 58 respondents. Sampling usingpurposive sampling. The data analysis method used is Partial Least square usingSmartpls ver 3.0 includes validity and reliability tests, as well as hypothesis testingand model evaluation tests. -statistic exceeds the value> 1.96, then brand image isrelated and has no effect on purchasing decisions with a t-statistic value of 1.259because it has a T-statistic value of less than, <1.96 and brand trust is related andhas an effect on purchasing decisions with a t-statistic value of 6.062 because it hasa T-statistic value exceeding > 1.96. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of compensation, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of BUMN employees at PT. Pos Indonesia in Ambon City. The study was conducted on employees at PT Pos Indonesia with the population in this study were all employees of BUMN PT. Pos Indonesia totaling 30 people and using saturated samples were all used as samples in this study, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS for windows version 23. The hypothesis was tested using the F test and t test, the results showed that (1) Compensation had a significant or significant effect on the performance of BUMN PT. <![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the user’s technical ability, the effectiveness of accounting information systems, and the suitability of technology tasks on individual performance in the Regional Apparatus Organization of the Maluku Provincial Government. This study uses a purposive sampling technique, where the sample taken is a sample that has the criteria determined by the researcher, namely employees who work in the accounting and finance divisions who use information technology. This results of this study partially show that the technical ability of the user, the effectiveness of accounting information systems, and the suitability of technology tasks affect individual performance in the Regional Apparatus Organization of the Maluku Provincial Government.
