Abstract

This study aims to assess the Financial Performance of the Maluku Provincial Government in 2008 - 2018 viewed from: (1) Regional Financial Independence Ratio, (2) PAD Effectiveness Ratio, (3) Dependency Ratio, (4) Fiscal Effort Ratio, and (5) Fiscal Decentralization Ratio. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, by calculating the values in the realization report of the Maluku Province Regional Budget 2008 - 2018. The results of the study during the study period showed that the financial performance of Maluku Province based on the Independence Ratio was in the Poor Criteria, Based on the PAD Effectiveness Ratio Ineffective Criteria, Regional Finance Dependency Ratio is very high dependency on funds originating from the central government, Fiscal Efforts Ratio has Poor Criteria because it has not been able to reach the PAD target, and the Fiscal Decentralization Ratio has a poor criterion. Keywords: Regional Financial Performance, Regional Financial Independence Ratio, PAD Effectiveness Ratio, Dependency Ratio, Fiscal Effort Ratio, and Fiscal Decentralization Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Promotion and Price Influence on Iron Iron Purchase Decision In Ambon City (Empirical Study On The Original White Iron Store (Typical) Maluku In Ambon City) ". Population in this research is Population in this research is consumer of Original White Iron Store (Typical) Maluku In Ambon City. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with sample of 100 people. While the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Promotion Variables based on the test results showed significant influence to the purchase decision of 4.953 with a significance of 0.000. Variable Price based on the test results showed a significant influence on the Purchase Decision of 4.680 with a significance of 0.000. From the results of statistical tests of Promotion and Price variables to purchase decisions, it is known that Promotion variables have a greater influence on purchasing decisions that amounted to 4.953 with a significance of 0.000, compared to the variable price of 4.680 with a significance value of0.000.Keywords: Promotion, Price and Purchase Decision

Abstract

The rise of competition in the culinary field today, makes entrepreneurs to innovate and be creative in order to continue to increase their selling value and positioning among other competitors. One important factor that needs to be considered by culinary entrepreneurs is the atmosphere of the cafe. It is inevitable that the cafe atmosphere is one of the factors of visitors when choosing a place to gather because the cafe atmosphere is a physical characteristic that is very important in creating a comfortable atmosphere for consumers who are in the cafe and can indirectly affect the consumer picture and buying behavior. This study aims to determine customer loyalty based on the influence of the café atmosphere and customer satisfaction so that customers make transactions on an ongoing basis. The population in this study were all customers of the White Sand Cafe. From this population 100 customers were selected to be the sample in this study. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis process uses IBM SPSS ver. 23 and PLS-SEM approach with XLSTAT. As a result, the café's atmosphere has an effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty of the Pasir Putih Cafe in Ambon City. Keywords: Cafe Atmosphere, Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to see the development of exports in the country, to know how the exchange rate (exchange rate) and economic growth (GDP) affect the export conducted and to know how much time it will take to get back to the initial balance if the economy experiences shocks.The method used in this research was Cointegration Test and Error Correction Model Engle-Granger. The results showed that there was a long-term relationship (cointegration) between independent variables and dependent variables. Taken together through the F test and the partial test through t test, independent variables significantly affected Indonesian exports.Keywords: Exchange, Export, Growth, Cointegration, Error Correction Models

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of active billing (Rebuke, Forced Letter and Sita) actions partially and simultaneously on the disbursement of tax arrears. The population in this study are taxpayers who have businesses registered in the Ambon Primary KPP area. The sample in this study are corporate taxpayers and private business people who have a NPWP. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods carried out are interview and documentation methods. Analysis of the data used in this study through data obtained in the field and library data. The results showed that the active collection action in the form of Reprimand and Forced Letter partially did not have a significant effect on the disbursement of tax arrears, while the Order to Conduct Foreclosure partially had a significant effect on the disbursement of tax arrears. This means that efforts are still needed to increase the awareness of taxpayers in fulfilling their obligations. Abstract

Companies must have a competitive advantage in the products they offer in order to maintain customer loyalty. To achieve the competitive advantage is by experiential marketing and customer satisfaction. This study aims to test: (1) The influence of experiential marketing on the creation of customer loyalty. (2) The influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. (3) The influence of experiential marketing and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The population of this research is Imperial Resto Restaurant customers and samples taken as many as 115 respondents, selected by using accidental sampling technique.Collection data using questionnaire and using likert scale. Analyze using descriptive analysis method percentage and multiple regression analysis. The result of research shows that partial of experiential marketing (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) have significant influence on customer loyalty (Y) because it has tcount value greater than ttable value and has significance value 0,000 < 0,05. Test results by using the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the number of Adjusted R2 of 0.439 or 43.9%. This means that the independent variables of experiential marketing (X1) and customer satisfaction (X2) together or simultaneously can explain the dependent variable that is customer loyalty (Y) of 43.9%, while the remaining 56.1% is explained by other variables not covered in this research.Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital adequacy, liquidity and credit risk on financial performance measured using ROA and lending.The population in this study is the Maluku Maluku bank in the period 2008-2015. The number of samples used is 10-year quarterly data. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, T test, F test using SPSS program.This shows that the CAR variable has no effect on ROA, the LDR variable has no effect on ROA, the NPL variable has no effect on ROA, the CAR variable has no effect on total credit, the LDR variable has an effect on total credit, the NPL variable has no effect on total credit. Keywords: CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA, TOTAL CREDIT

Abstract

This paper aims to assess the prospects for the development of tuna fishing RTNP in Central Maluku regency through the analysis of business profitability. Variables used in this analysis is the variable Return on Assets (ROA) as dependent variable and independent variables are the investment, the experience of fishing and fishing fees.The sampling method used is a simple method of sample Ransom (Simple Random Sample Method) by using regression analysis utilize computer software as a data processor.It turned out that the investment is positive but not significant effect on profitability business RTNP tuna catch, while the fishing experience of a positive effect on profitability of the business expenses otherwise negatively affect the profitability of fishing effort RTNP Tuna fishing in Central Maluku regency. This means that a major requirement for business development RTNP tuna catch is that apparently control the cost of fishing has a negative effect on profitability. Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy to increase sales of mineral water (gallon water) in the Green Park View apartment of three types of brands that are favored by consumers, Aqua, Cleo, Vit. This research is a qualitative study using a SWOT analysis tool. The data collection method is conducting interviews and observations. Based on the results of the research, the strategy taken is to strengthen the salesman team, strengthen brand identity, door-to-door, and set extreme strategies by raising selling prices and providing leeway for some time in paying off his first order. Abstract

This study aimed at determining the position of Sumber Hidup Hospital, Maluku Protestant Church according to the financial distress analysis. In this study, the hypothesis being tested was how is the position of Sumber Hidup Hospital, Maluku Protestant Church in accordance with financial distress analysis? The data used in this study were 19 months of monthly financial reports on Sumber Hidup Hospital, Maluku Protestant Church from 2019-2020. The independent variables were the liquidity ratio, leverage ratio and profitability ratio. The dependent variable in this study was financial distress. The analysis technique used was the comparative method. This study used the Altman Z-Score model to determine financial distress. The results of this study was categorized as being in financial distress for two consecutive years, namely from the year 2019 to 2020 where this condition showed the potential for bankruptcy of the company.  Keywords: Altman Score, Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Profitability Ratio, Financial Distress
