Abstract

This study discusses the effect of individual capacity, organizational commitment and locus of control on budgetary slack to provide evidence of whether individual, organizational commitment and locus of control affect the budgetary slack. This study is a type of survey research by distributing questionnaires to financial managers and finance staff to financial managers and financial staff to State-Owned Enterprises and Regional Owned Enterprises in Ambon City. Questionnaires were distributed to 80 respondents questionnaires.The results of this study provide evidence that individual capacity has no effect on budgetary slack and is not significant, organizational commitment has an effect on budgetary slack and locus of control has no effect on budgetary slack but significant.Keywords: Individual Capacity, organizational commitment, locus of control and budgetary slack.

Abstract

Quality costs are costs associated with preventing, identifying, repairing and correcting low quality products and with the opportunity costs of lost production and sales time as a result of poor quality. Quality costs are evaluated by comparing actual costs with budgeted costs. Comparison of quality costs still uses the absolute amount of costs actually spent with those budgeted.This study aims to calculate and analyze the costs of quality (prevention costs, valuation costs, failure costs) and profit achievement, so it can be seen that the variable costs have a significant relationship to the profit achievement of the Sumber Sumber Ambon Hospital. This type of research uses a quantitative methodology, by calculating the values in the financial statements of Sumber Hidup Hospital Ambon in 2015 - 2017.The results showed that the cost of quality has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of profits simultaneously. Partially, prevention costs have a positive and significant effect on the achievement of earnings, valuation costs have no significant effect on the achievement of profits, while the cost of failure has a negative and significant impact on the achievement of profits at the Ambon Sumber Hidup Hospital in 2015 - 2017. Keywords: Quality Cost, Achievement of Profit

Abstract

The study was conducted with a view to determining the value chain activities of the smallest on the contract costs and operating costs, such that the company's profit margin in the pearl industry in the province of Maluku became larger above the industry average.By using the analysis of the concept of value chain or value chain in the primary activity and the activity of middle-class pearl cultivation companies analyzed the level of the industry value chain activities in Maluku province through the analysis of the concept of value chains (value chains). Costs associated with the primary activities and support activities are divided into two types of contract costs and operating costs.Population of middle-class pearl cultivation companies in the province of Maluku that as many as 9 units wholly used as the study sample (sample saturated) so that the contract revenue, contract costs, gross profit, operating expenses, operating profit can be determined.The results showed that the efficiency cost of the contract by 9:01% lead to gross operating profit margin increased from 79% to 88.01%. Furthermore, operating expenses decreased by 2.0% causing the operating profit margin industry average increase of 52% to 54%. Keywords: Company of the middle class cultured pearls, pearl industry, contract costs, operating costs, operating gross margin, operating profit margin

Abstract

The bath soap market is constantly changing and competition is getting tougher with the emergence of bath soaps that have a clearer positioning, such as beauty soap, whitening soap, family soap to health soap. Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This   study   aimed   to   analyze   the   influence   of   working   capital management to the level of liquidity in UD. Cahaya Mandiri in the city of Ambon from years 2014-2016. Variables used in this study is the management  of  working  capital  and  liquidity  as  the  independent variable as the dependent variable. Statistical methods used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis in ad vance of working capital management with measurement tools that turnover of working capital and liquidity analysis measuring devices are used, among others Curren Ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio. The result showed that the management  of  working  capital  have  a  negative  impact  and  no significant effect on the level of liquidity in the company UD. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of service dimensions (comfort and on time) on maternity patient satisfaction at RSUD Dr. Haulussy. The population of this study were all maternity patients who were or had used services at Dr. Haulussy Ambon. Sampling uses a purposive sampling method so that the final sample size is 42 respondents. Analysis of research data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that comfort and on time proved to have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the RSUD Dr. Haulussy. This can be proven through the regression coefficient which shows that if comfort and on time increase, then the increase will be followed by an increase in maternal patient satisfaction at RSUD Dr. Haulussy. Thus it can be said that increasing comfort and on time will increase the satisfaction of maternity patients in Dr. Haulussy. Keywords: Comfort, Timely, Satisfaction of Maternity Patients.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is an important factor that can support the success of an organization, to achieve the goal to achieve. Want a pullback of an organization depend largely on the quality of human resources, to improve the performance of existing employees in the instani. To raise the achievements of the work of employees, there are factors that are necessary in instances, these factors include the increased discipline employees and provides an opportunity to develop a career employee, thus passing all that any employee accomplishments can ditigkatkan. This research aims to examine and analyze the pegaruh quality of human resources, career development and Discipline against the achievements of the work of employees. The research method used is the quantitative methods of research i.e. research survey to describe the relationships between variables and explanatory research is to explain the relationship between variables through testing The hypothesis. Analysis of the test tools used in this enelitian that is by using multiple regression.The hypothesis was tested with the test method F, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2), research results show that (1) the quality of HR positive effect towards the Accomplishment of work, (2) the work of influential positive Discipline against the work achievement, (3) career development a positive effect against Department Employees work achievement of transportation Province of Maluku. Keywords: Quality Of Human Resources, Career Development, Work Discipline, Work Achievement.

Abstract

Civil Servants as government servants and public servants are required to show performance and provide an optimal role in national development. Good employee performance with a high work ethic will help agencies to be able to meet the agency's targets, whereas if employee performance decreases and is bad it will harm the agency. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of discipline on employee work performance at the Balai Great Conservation of Natural Resources (KSDA) of West Papua. This research method is a quantitative method. The population used is employees to find out and analyze the effect of discipline on employee work performance at the West Papua Natural Resources Conservation Center (KSDA). The sample used was employees to find out and analyze the effect of discipline on the work performance of employees at the West Papua Natural Resources Conservation Center (KSDA) with 42 people. The result of this research is that there is a significant influence between discipline and employee performance in knowing and analyzing the influence of discipline on the work performance of employees at the West Papua Natural Resources Conservation Center (KSDA), it can be seen from the partial test results (t test), resulting t - count 5,290> t-table 1,683, meaning that it is significant (df1 = 2 - 1 = 1 and df2 = 42 - 2 = 40). Significant here means that the Hypothesis is accepted. That is, because t-count> t-table. Keywords: Discipline and Work Performance

Abstract

Marketing is one of the main activities carried out by entrepreneurs in their efforts to maintain their survival, to develop and to get profits as expected so that the company's business runs smoothly and get a positive character from consumers, then marketing activities must be able to fulfill the desires from consumers, then marketing activities must be able to fulfill the desires of consumers. Thus the task of a marketer is to examine the needs of consumers who are always changing and affect the company to adjust the combination of production in the form of goods and services to the needs needed.The consumer behavior model can be seen from the decision making process, where in the process of decision making this is influenced by external factors and internal factors in the process input stage. Through this research, it is expected that it can provide a clear picture of the process of product purchasing decisions through the needs recognition stage, information retrieval, evaluation of alternatives, purchasing decisions and post-purchase behavior towards Yamaha Mio products, especially in Ambon City. This can also be used as material for consideration to determine the next marketing strategy for the company concerned.The process of making consumer purchasing decisions on Yamaha Mio products through five stages, namely: introduction of needs, information retrieval, evaluation of alternatives, purchases and post-purchase behavior. The majority of respondents bought Yamaha Mio products because of work requirements. The majority of information sources in purchasing Yamaha Mio products are TV advertisements. In the alternative evaluation phase the main criteria for purchasing Yamaha Mio products are brands. Abstract

This study has a purpose to determine the effect of cash turnover, receivables turnover, inventory turnover on profitability. Population in this research is manufacture company listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia as many as 15 companies sub sector of food and beverage industry and 6 sub industry sector cosmetics and household goods period of year 2004-2014. With Purposive Sampling technique, 10 samples were obtained. Data analysis technique used is ratio analysis and multiple linier regression analysis method, F test, and T test that is test of influence between independent variable and dependent variable. The main goal of the company is to maximize prosperity for its shareholders. One way to achieve that goal is to increase the profitability of the company. All company resources must be driven to gain profitability.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Cash turnover has a positive and significant impact on profitability; 2) Involvement Turnover has a positive and significant impact on profitability; 3) Inventory turnover has a positive and significant impact on profitability; 4) cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Profitability shows the company's superiority in business competition. The higher the level of profitability then the company's performance the better.Keywords: cash turnover, receivable turnover, inventory turnover and profitability
