Abstract

Financial  management  is  the process  of  how  to  manage financial  resources  are structured and systematic way to meet the needs of human life. In financial management, one often thinks partially. So that led to the use of money is not logical. This occurs because the individual financial decision making is heavily influenced by factors that are less well known in the financial models, ie psychological factors and social, one of which is the mental aspect of accounting.Mental accounting focuses on how one should respond and evaluate a situation when there are two or more possible outcomes, particularly how to combine the possibilities of these results. In mental accounting, individuals determine utility rates are different in each account wealth thus affecting their consumption decisions.The results of chi-square analysis shows that there is a relationship between demographic factors sex with mental accounting. Sedengkan other demographic variables such as age and income is not linked to mental accounting.Keywords: mental accounting, demographics, use of credit cards

Abstract

Pottery industry has existed in Ouw village since long time ago, and the people of this community work as sempe – belanga (clay pot) craftsmen. It is a traditional business inherited from their ancestors and has been passed down from generation.This business is the only home industry growing in the District of Saparua in the Central Molluccas Regency and is one of the sources for the locals’ income.This research, conducted in the District of Saparua especially in Ouw village in Central Moluccas, this reseach aim to describe the effect of job skills and work experience on the performance of craftsmen. To find the answer, some craftsmen, totaling 50 people, Primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is the technique of multiple regression analysis. The results of the regression used that job skills and work experience have a positive and significant influence of the performance of craftsmen. Keywords: Skills, Work experience and Performance

Abstract

The research was to find and analyze the determinants and the effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth and Economic Growth in 6 (six) Big Island in Indonesia by using: (i) Expansion of the Solow-Swan model and endogenous growth models, adding a factor of Education (PDDK), Sector Utilization Potential (PSP), (ii) as well as some factors that become sources of economic growth in Indonesia, the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Political Stability and Security (STAB). In contrast to previous studies that use a lot of cross section data or time series data covering several countries including Indonesia, in this study all data using the data per province to measure its impact on economic growth in each major island, with the approach of General Least Square (GLS ), during the period 2002-2008. Abstract

Research was implemented with objective to know Compensation and Spirit at Work empirically to employee Turnover Intention. Data resources from this research were taken from books references, journal, electronic media and interview. Research was implemented to 44 research subjects of operational employee and used probability sampling technique and distribute questionnaire of Compensation, Spirit at Work and Turnover Intention to Employee of PT. Jaya Samudra Bersama, in Ambon. Data analyses had been used regression analyses technique and used SPSS Statistical 16 for windows program. Results of the research are shows that hypothesis use in this research could be accepted. First hypothesis shows that there is a negative influence between Compensation to Turnover Intention with value of correlation are -0,568; it means that if compensation is more higher, employee Turnover Intention will lower. Second hypothesis shows that there is an influence of loyalty to Turnover Intention with correlation value of -0,345 which means that if loyalty higher then employee Turnover Intention will get lower. Third hypothesis shows that there is an influence between Compensation and Spirit at Work to Turnover Intention with value of r = -0,463 which mean that more higher Employee Compensation and Spirit at Work then will lower employee Turnover Intention. While effective contribution of this research to compensation and Spirit at Work to Turnover Intention of employee in PT. Jaya Samudra Bersama are 46,3%. Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant effect of motivation, work discipline on employee performance at the Ambon City Manpower Office. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. And the sample used in this study were 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is found that the most dominant factor influencing employee performance. This motivation is evidenced by the largest standardized coefficient value, which is 0.650, compared to the standardized coefficient of Work Discipline, which is 0.472. Thus, motivation has a very positive and significant effect on employee performance. The better the motivation, the employee performance will increase. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that if the motivation system provided is better, employee performance will increase. Kata Kunci :Motivasi , Disiplin Kerja , Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of machiavellian, locus of control, and to examine the effect of locus of control on the relationship of machiavellian properties with auditor dysfunctional behavior. Respondent is the auditor of BPK RI representative of Maluku Province 42 people and all of them are used as sample in this research. Number of Auditors in BPK RI Representatives of Maluku Province amounted to 42 people but from questionnaires distributed as many as 42 questionnaires, only 35 questionnaires were returned. The method used is Partial Least Squares Method (PLS).The result obtained is that Machiavellian properties have a positive effect on auditor dysfunctional behavior. Locus of control positively affects auditor dysfunctional behavior. Locus of control affects the relationship of machiavellian properties and auditor dysfunctional behavior. This is indicated by the influence of time budget pressure on the relationship between machiavellian properties and auditor dysfunctional behavior is negative

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that: 1) In terms of capital, the quality of capital for the 2016-2018 Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative for the Period of 2016-2018 is categorized as quite healthy. 2) In terms of earning asset quality aspects, the quality of earning assets of the Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative in the 2016-2018 Period is categorized as being less healthy. 3) In terms of management, the quality of management of the Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative for the 2016-2018 Period was categorized as quite healthy. 4) In terms of efficiency, the quality of efficiency of the 2016-2018 Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative is categorized as healthy. 5) Judging from the level of liquidity, the quality of the liquidity of the Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative for the 2016-2018 Period is categorized as less healthy. 6) From the aspect of independence and growth, the quality of independence and growth of the 2016-2018 Multipurpose Cooperative of Nailaka Business is categorized as being less healthy. 7) From the aspect of identity, the quality of the Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative in the 2016-2018 Period is categorized as healthy. 8) The results of the assessment of the health level of the Nailaka Multipurpose Cooperative for the 2016-2018 Period are quite healthy. Keywords: Capital, Productive Asset Quality, Management, Efficiency, Liquidity, Independence and Growth, Identity, and Cooperative Health

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the Influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Public Accountability on the Performance of Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in the Ambon City Government Environment. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire, in which questionnaires are given directly to SKPD employees in several departments in the Ambon City Government Environment. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the Organizational Culture variable had a positive effect on SKPD performance. The variable Organizational Commitment has no influence on the SKPD Performance and the Public Accountability variable also has no influence on SKPD Performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-motivation and empowerment of human resources (down line) on the effectiveness of transformational leadership (study at PT.Ratu Nusantara in Ambon City), using the several technical analysis model / tool. There are several techniques / approaches to collecting data, namely through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature. Indicators used to measure the effect of self motivation and downline empowerment on the effectiveness of transformational leadership are motivation, namely the need for achievement, affiliation needs, power needs. Whereas for empowerment that builds strengths and resources by encouraging, motivating and raising employee awareness of their authority and striving for their development. While the effectiveness of transformational leadership is a leader with integrity according to words and actions, which shows the attitude of trustworthiness / honesty as the foundation of a trusting relationship between leaders and employees. The results showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.563 or 56.3%. This means that the two independent variables (self-motivation variables and empowerment variables) in this study were only able to explain 56.3% of the variation that occurred in the dependent variable (the effectiveness of transformational leadership). While other variations of 100% - 56.3% = 43.7% are explained by other variables not explained in this research model. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous Quality Human Resources and Organizational Flexibility on Employee Performance (Paramedic Care) in Hospital Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon    The study was carried out on RSUD dr. M. Haulussy at Kota Ambon Ambon, Maluku Province, starting in January until February 2014. Employees in the unit of analysis is the study of nursing paramedical district general hospital dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. The population of this study is the paramedical nursing at RSU dr. M. Haulussy Ambon totaling 420 people, while the samples used in this study as large as 81 people were taken using cluster sampling method.A survey of data collection through dissemination of nursing paramedic who formed the sample. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis method to measure the influence of large contributions or independent variables on the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneous influence of the quality of human resources and flexibility to the performance.The results showed that the variable quality of Human Resources (HR) partially positive and significant effect on hospital performance of Paramadis at dr.M.Haulussy Ambon, this means that the first hypothesis proposed in this study received. Further flexibility is partially variable positive and significant impact on the performance Paramedic, this means the second hypothesis proposed in this study received. Furthermore, the variable quality of Human Resources and Flesksibilitas simultaneously positive and significant impact on the performance dr.M. Hospital Paramedic Haulussy Ambon, this means that the third hypothesis proposed in this study received.Keywords: Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Fleksibilitas Organisasi, Kinerja karyawan.
