Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work communication and work professionalism on the performance of Bali Province Forestry and Environment Service employees. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a sample size of 76 respondents. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that first, work communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bali Province Forestry and Environment Service employees. Second, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bali Province Forestry and Environment Service employees. Third, work communication and work professionalism simultaneously influence the performance of Bali Province Forestry and Environment Service employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, among others, is to describe organizational citizenship behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees at the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency. To analyze the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on work engagement, the effect of organizational support and quality of work life and work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior, the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of Bojonegoro Regency with the status of PNS with a total of 52 people. The sample in this study were 52 people with the sampling technique used in this study was census sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing of this study using analytical techniques using SEM with the alternative method of PLS. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees at the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning in Bojonegoro Regency were in the high category. Organizational support for work engagement has a positive and insignificant effect, quality of work life on work engagement has a significant effect, organizational support for OCB has a significant influence. Quality of work life on OCB has a significant effect, work engagement on OCB has a significant effect. Organizational support for OCB through work engagement has an insignificant effect. Abstract

Financial distress is a condition or condition of a company that is experiencing financial difficulties, is insecure and is threatened with bankruptcy. The purpose of this study is to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the implications of the roles of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, board of directors, liquidity, leverage and profitability in the financial distress of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019 period. There were 24 manufacturing companies that were sampled in this study with a total observation time of 3 years so that the total sample for this study was 72 which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The logistic regression analysis technique became a hypothesis testing technique in this study. From the test results it was found that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, board of directors, liquidity, leverage have no effect on financial distress, profitability has a negative effect on financial distress. The implication of this research is to clarify the need for procurement of evaluation and analysis for a company in implementing a strategy that will affect the emergence of potential financial difficulties or financial distress. This will prevent the company from going bankrupt in the future

Abstract

The purpose of this study, among others, is to describe work motivation, organizational commitment, Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication of employees at the Pusda Office of Bojonegoro Regency. To analyze the influence between Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. To analyze the effect of Servant Leadership Style, interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on employee work motivation. To analyze the influence between Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on employee work motivation through organizational commitment. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this research is quantitative. The population of this study were all employees of the Pusda Office of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 52 people. The right technique in this research is using total sampling or saturated sampling, so the sample used is 52 people. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed Servant Leadership Style, interpersonal communication, organizational commitment and work motivation in the high category. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment to work motivation. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation through organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation through organizational commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and empirically prove the influence of company internal factors / Bank specific (capital and performance) and company external factors / macroeconomics (economic growth and inflation) on Loan at Risk (LAR), including mitigation and management models in state-owned banks. The research period is 2012 – 2021, the sampling technique is saturated sampling, all members of the population are used as samples. The results of the study show that the Loan at Risk of state-owned banks is influenced by performance, economic growth and inflation. Loan at Risk to be properly mitigated and controlled. The handling must be carried out in an integrated and sustainable manner by the business line (RM) and risk line (CRM), starting from current loans to bad loans, and assisted by technology (digitalization) so that the settlement or recovery can be faster and optimal

Abstract

The growth of the stock price index is one way to see the condition of the capital market. The Russia Ukraine conflict had a huge impact on global markets. This study aims to determine the difference in stock prices before and during the heating up of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in mining sector. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study are mining sector companies listed on (IDX). The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling technique. With sample of 59 mining companies. Based on the normality test of different tests for the hypothesis used is the Wilcoxon signed rank test, significance value of .000, which means the hypothesis in this study is accepted. This study concludes that there is a significant difference in stock prices 3 months before and 3 months after the Russia-Ukraine conflict occurred in mining companies listed on the IDX.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the collapse of the tourism sector. The implementation of health protocols (CHSE) and vaccinations made the situation even better. Tourist loyalty to tourist destinations is the ultimate goal for every destination manager. At this time trust and experience are the most important variables in determining loyalty. This study aims to determine: i) the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty, ii) the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty, iii) the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty, iv) the role of brand trust in mediating the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty, v) the role of the application of health protocols (CHSE) as a moderating variable. This study used a sample of 200 tourists visiting Bali. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS. The results of the research are: i) brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, ii) brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, iii) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty iv) brand trust partially mediates the influence of brand experience on brand loyalty, v) CHSE moderates the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty, but does not moderate the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty.
