Abstract

The Method used in this study is quantitative research. Collection data used documentation technique and secondary data collection from financial statements of PT. Mulia Kekal Abadi in 2014 – 2016 period. The amount of sample come from 36 observation during 3 years research. The analisys model in this study uses multiple linear Regression with soft program named SPSS. The data testing performed with classical assumption test, F test and t test. The conclusion of this study partially Cash Turn Over had positive influence and significant to Profitability, meanwhile Working Capital Turn Over and Inventory Turn Over had no influences to Profitability. In the other hands, Working Capital Turn Over, Cash Turn Over and Inventory Turn Over simultanouesly had significatnt influence to Profitability on PT. Mulia Kekal Abadi in period 2014-2016. The testing result shows that coefisien determation (R square) R2 is 38,1%. The value of R2 is 38,1% means in every profitability variable variation, 38,1% caused by changing variable variation of Working Capital Turn Over, Cash Turn Over and Inventory Turn Over. The residual value 61,9% caused by other variable like working capital; sales; account receivable; debt which is not explained in this study.

Abstract

Human resources are very opposed to companies, both small companies and large companies because of human resources in this case the workforce is a planner, requires and determines the realization of organizational goals. A very tight source of human competition requires an increase in the quality of human resources that will determine the success of the company in an effort to achieve success. To get employees who are disciplined, qualified, reliable, dynamic and full of dedication must go through the right employee recruitment procedure. Recruitment is the process of finding, finding, inviting and assigning people as prospective workers with certain characteristics that have been determined in human resource planning to work in an organization. In order to be able to recruit and eventually produce good and qualified employees, the procedure for hiring employees is very important in recruiting. Employee recruitment procedures are the steps used to recruit employees, by involving good recruitment procedures used in recruitment it will produce good prospective employees.

Abstract

Determination of capital structure can be influenced by profitability, liquidity, asset structure, and sales growth. The theories used in this study are theories of profitability, liquidity, asset structure, and sales growth related to capital structure. The method used in this study is quantitative and the nature of research is explanatory. The data collection technique used is the study of documentation. Types and sources of data are secondary data in the form of financial statements of retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The conclusion of this study is that simultaneously profitability, liquidity, asset structure and sales growth affect the capital structure of the retail trade subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016, partially liquidity and asset structure have a significant negative effect on capital structure, while profitability and sales growth has no significant effect on the capital structure of the retail trade subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016.

Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus hereinafter abbreviated (ASN) is the profession of Civil Servants who are subsequently written (PNS), Provisions regarding the dismissal of Civil Servants are regulated in Law Number 5 Year 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus, then Law No. 5/2014 is written. Matters that are reasons for dismissal of civil servants in article 87 paragraph 1 (one), paragraph 2 (two) and paragraph 4 (four) are civil servants dismissed with respect because: a. Dies; b. at own request; c. reaching retirement age; d. organizational downsizing or government policies that result in early retirement or e. incompetent physically and / spiritually so that they cannot carry out their duties and obligations, paragraph 2 (two) civil servants can be dismissed because they are sentenced to imprisonment based on court paragraph 4 (four) commit fraud against Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, b. sentenced to imprisonment or confinement based on a court decision that has permanent legal force because of committing a crime of occupational crime or a criminal offense related to position and / or general criminal offenses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER), collateralizable assets (COLLAS), sales growth (SG), free cash flow (FCF) and company size (SIZE) on dividend policy (DPR) in companies in the Industrial sector of Consumer Goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The data used in this study was obtained from financial report data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is the consumption goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was perposive sampling and obtained 13 companies with a research period of 5 years, so that 65 sample data were obtained. The method of data analysis in this study is panel data regression analysis using software eviews 9.0. The results of the study show that simultaneously the debt to equity ratio (DER), collateralizable assets (COLLAS), sales growth (SG), free cash flow (FCF) and company size (SIZE) has a significant effect on dividend policy (DPR). While partially the debt to equity ratio (DER) and collateralizable assets (COLLAS) have a significant effect on the negative direction of dividend policy (DPR). Company size (SIZE) has a significant effect on the positive direction of dividend policy (DPR). Sales growth (SG) and free cash flow (FCF) variables have no significant effect on dividend policy with a positive direction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that can affect stock returns. In this study, the variables of profitability, dividend policy, sales growth, operating cash flow, and volume of stock trading were used. This study intends to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, sales growth, operating cash flow, and stock trading volume on stock returns simultaneously and partially. This research is a study using quantitative research methods with the purpose of descriptive-causative nature. The unit of analysis that is the focus of this study is the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017 with a purposive sampling technique. This study used 12 research samples for three years of research and used panel data regression analysis with EViews 9. The results showed that profitability, dividend policy, sales growth, operating cash flow, and stock trading volume had an effect on simultaneous stock returns. Partially, the variable sales growth affects stock returns, while profitability, dividend policy, operating cash flow, and stock trading volume do not affect stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leader behavior and employee commitment to employee performance at PT Motorindo Perkasa Raya. This research use the 71 employees who come from PT Motorindo Perkasa Kingdom as research samples. Data collection conducted in research using questionnaire techniques with questionnaires, and interviews using interview sheets. Questionnaires are given to employees to find out perceptions about variable leader behavior, employee commitment and work performance of employees. Interviews were conducted on 3 employees and 1 leader to find out more symptoms related to leader behavior, employee commitment and employee performance variables. The data analysis model used in the study is a multiple linear regression analysis model. Based on the results of the study partially showed that the leader behavior variable and employee commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at PT. Motorindo Perkasa Raya. While the results of testing simultaneously show that leader behavior and employee commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Motorindo Perkasa Raya.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technology is growing rapidly and is a demand for companies requiring accounting systems that can produce financial statement information. CV. Optik Bonie is a company engaged in trading and still uses the system manually in the process of making financial reports starting from recording cash receipts, cash disbursements, sales, purchases and receipt of repayment of accounts receivable to financial statements making. This makes it possible at the time of the process to occur an error in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in searching for the required data. The application of accounting applications using Myob Premier V.16 is a solution to solve problems that exist in the company and with a computerized system that can make activities effective and efficient compared to manual methods.

Abstract

The research objective is to test and analyze the effect of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of Toyota Avanza cars at PT Astra International Tbk; Auto 2000 Medan Krakatau Branch. The approach of this research is quantitative research. The results of the study which conclude is that service quality partially has a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Toyota Avanza car at the Auto 2000 Medan Krakatau Branch. Partial promotion has a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Toyota Avanza car at the Auto 2000 Medan Krakatau Branch. Service Quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Toyota Avanza cars in Auto 2000 Medan Krakatau Branch with adjusted R Square of 61.3% and the remaining 38.7% are varied by other factors not examined such as price, product and quality product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to formulate a form of cash flow statement sharia intact. The benefits of research with formulated cash flow statement sharia expected were: first, accounting sharia which until recently remained at the level of philosophical theoretical can be implemented in the field. Second, to contribute to the practical accountant do his practice according to Islamic values and goals syariah; the third gives empirical evidence that actual Muslims still do accounting activity appropriate syariah that can serve as a source of financial reports developing syariah; all four contributed constructively in the preparation of the financial accounting standards for companies outside of Sharia Banking. The results in this research is in the operating activities of PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah,Tbk if seen from the receipt of the cash flow ketundukkan is in compliance with Sharia cash flow statement the cash flow out yet for ketundukkan is still not listed. While the cash flow from investments rather than cash flow comes from the acceptance of the transaction but rather of ketundukkan creativity. Whereas the funding of the activity is in compliance with Sharia cash flow statement but still need for conformity. And for great deals in substance may have already done but in its cash flow statement is not in the list. Because of its form of Sharia cash flow statement for Banking still need further elaboration. Also realized that the financial statements of the above sharia still has many limitations. Conceptually the financial statements still have constraints to the depth of the substance.
