Abstract

This research was backgrounded by the diversity of students at SMP 1 Sasak Alam Pasisie, both from religions, tribes and languages. Plurality is a wealth in itself because with differences we will become more understanding that harmonious coexistence is a necessity, students must be accustomed to starting from the educational environment, namely school. For this reason, it is necessary to know the teacher's strategy in applying pai learning materials with a multicultural basis. The focus of his research is the implementation of Multicultural-Based PAI Learning at SMP 1 Sasak Alam Pasisie. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the evaluation of multicultural-based PAI learning at SMP 1 Sasak Alam Pasisie. This research uses observation techniques, documentation and interviews. For analysis techniques, use data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that students at SMP 1 Sasak Alam Pasisie have shown satisfactory learning results judging from written test scores that reach KKM standards and in associating with friends of different religions and tribes have a very good tolerance attitude.

Abstract

This article examines the Islamic values ​​contained in the baritan tradition in Wanarata Village. This study uses ethnographic research using qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that baritan is a form of salvation tradition which is usually carried out every month of Suro or Muharam to ask for welfare and also as a form of gratitude to God. This baritan tradition itself contains several Islamic values ​​which are directly or indirectly contained in a series of events, such as theological values, togetherness values, cultural values, aqidah values, akhlaqul karimah values, Islamic esoteric symbols, etc.

Abstract

In recent years, the issue of same-sex marriage (gay and lesbian) is spreading on the surface and has been widely discussed by various groups. In Indonesia, the number of perpetrators of same-sex marriage is increasing in the name of human rights that must be respected and upheld, so this certainly raises pros and cons. This increase occurred due to increased internet access; the world of entertainment showing LGBT dramas; unrestricted access to pornography; narcotics; and the emergence of many LGBT movement organizations. In addition to biological factors, the influence of the immediate environment, namely family, relationships, and sexual violence, is also the cause of the emergence of LGBT. Same-sex marriage is prohibited in Islam because it violates nature and is contrary to Islamic Shari'a so that it triggers the maintenance of honor, soul, lineage, and reason. In short, same-sex marriage interferes with human physical and mental health. In the view of the Samawa tribe, same-sex marriage is also a deviant behavior, so that the perpetrator will be given punishment according to the existing customs and developed in the Samawa tribe.

Abstract

Unity of science is the unification of human science, both in the ontological, epistemological, and axiological aspects of that knowledge, in one unified truth of essential knowledge, and monotheism as the main basis. As explained that science is knowledge collected by scientific methods, it is also explained that science is a systematic collection of knowledge that is built through experimentation and observation. In other words, science will only be realized if it is cultivated, built, and developed. Based on this explanation, this article aims to find out how to develop science based on Unity of Science. The method used in this study is a type of library research (library), in this study using library data as the object of study in the research, using books, articles as data sources. The results of the study concluded that Unity Of Science includes a matter that every existing science cannot stand alone. There is a connection between one science and another. Every science is multidimensional, where in writing and studying a branch of science requires the involvement and assistance of other auxiliary sciences. Research in this context is the basis for increasing scientific development. Research activity is an effort to formulate problems, ask these questions, by finding facts and providing correct interpretations.

Abstract

Management of Islamic education is a collaboration between "Management" as a governing procedure, Education is placed as a container that accommodates various treasures of knowledge. In this section, a causal law or causality effect is structured which becomes disciplined and rule-abiding children because the management process is managed effectively. And the success of this causal effect is also determined by professional and consistent workers who are progressing. Responding to science, art and profession in the world of Islamic education management. First, the purpose of management as a science is to implement programs and plans according to capacity and structured in a systematic and realistic-scientific manner. Second, the purpose of management as art is to manage and regulate a system that is built on the basis of awareness and common goals. Third, the purpose of management as a profession is to realize professional and wise human resources in managing a system and being precise in decisions.

Abstract

The existence and need to learn Arabic remains a strategic issue in the midst of the dynamics of the changing times, especially in the current era of Society 5.0. This era has a basic concept in the form of transforming a conventional way of life to a digital one. This has an impact on all aspects of human life including Arabic education and learning. Among the challenges that await the world of education in the era of Society 5.0 is how to bring science and technology together without sacrificing students. That's why, through this literature review, the author wants to conduct a theoretical and factual study of the paradigm of learning Arabic in the era of society 5.0. So it was found that there was a significant shift in the paradigm of learning Arabic in various aspects starting from the orientation of learning, demands for teacher qualifications and learning models, demands for student competence and learning character, to the need for facilities and supporting facilities. Regardless of the pluses and minuses, all parties and stakeholders involved in Arabic learning activities must be willing to improve in order to be able to maintain their existence in this digital era.

Abstract

This study focuses on the application of Abdullah Saeed's methodological proposition to deconstruct the meaning of nusyuz. Nusyuz itself in the context of classical fiqh studies is often assumed to be a wife's disobedience to her husband, and therefore, in the face of this condition, a man is allowed to beat her. Through this study, the concept of nusyuz as indoctrinated in classical fiqh is considered to be contrary to efforts to protect women from various forms of violence. Thus, the act of beating must be interpreted as a husband's indifference to his wife.
