Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan pemanfaatan kecerdasan artifisial (Artificial Intelligence/AI) terhadap kualitas penulisan akademik mahasiswa pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam. Penelitian menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Penelitian ini melibatkan 34 responden yang valid dari Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di UIN Palangkaraya yang telah menggunakan AI dalam kegiatan penulisan akademik. Data dihimpun melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan uji reliabilitas, korelasi Pearson, serta regresi linear sederhana. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,897 untuk variabel pemanfaatan AI dan 0,905 untuk kualitas penulisan ilmiah, yang menandakan tingkat reliabilitas yang tinggi. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan (r = 0,648; p < 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) yang mencapai 0,420 mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan AI memberikan kontribusi sebesar 42% terhadap peningkatan kualitas penulisan akademik. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa AI dapat meningkatkan aspek teknis dalam penulisan akademik apabila digunakan secara etis dan bertanggung jawab. Namun demikian, AI sebaiknya berfungsi sebagai alat pendukung dan tidak menggantikan proses pemikiran kritis mahasiwa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the differences in guidance and counseling (GC) service needs at each stage of developmental age as a basis for designing effective and inclusive programs. This study aims to analyze the differences in guidance and counseling (GC) service needs across various developmental stages and their implications for the development of inclusive GC programs. Employing a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this research reviews primary and secondary sources, including books, national and international journal articles, and relevant educational policies. Data were collected through literature review, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) conclusion drawing and verification. The validity of the data was ensured through source triangulation. The findings indicate that GC service needs evolve according to developmental stages: elementary school-aged children require support in emotional regulation, social adaptation, and learning readiness; adolescents need services related to identity development, social relationships, and career planning; while young adults require assistance in career counseling, decision-making, and interpersonal skills development.

Abstract

After the proclamation of Indonesian independence in 1945, Islamic education played a significant role in the formation of national identity and the development of Indonesian society. This research aims to provide insight into the development of Islamic education in post- independence Indonesia and the relevance of policy in maintaining the existence of Islamic education within the national education framework. The research method used is qualitative with library research. Data analysis uses content analysis content. The main findings include the goals of Islamic education to shape religious and national character, improve the quality of Islamic education, encourage tolerance between religious communities, produce a generation that makes positive contributions, and develop research in the Islamic context. The policies implemented after independence recognized the importance of Islamic education in forming the character of citizens in accordance with the values of Pancasila. During the Old Order, the government focused on regulating nationalist values and the ideology of national and state life through education.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to examine the quality of school management and its relationship to teacher performance in building an environment that supports effective learning. Teacher performance is not only determined by individual competency but is also influenced by the school management system, principal leadership, educational policies, organisational culture, and available professional support. This research used a literature review method by examining various journal articles, academic books, research reports, and scientific publications relevant to educational management, school leadership, teacher work environments, and learning effectiveness. The results of the study indicate that managerial aspects that influence teacher performance include educational planning, organisational communication, human resource management, academic supervision, professional development, work support and learning facilities, reward systems, and performance evaluation. Furthermore, school leadership and policies play a crucial role in creating a conducive, collaborative, humanistic work environment oriented toward improving the quality of learning. Teachers will be better able to teach professionally, reflectively, and innovatively if the school provides clear direction, adequate support, space for participation, recognition, and attention to teachers' pedagogical and psychological needs. Therefore, improving teacher performance should be understood as the result of the interaction between teacher competency and the quality of school management. Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji kualitas manajerial sekolah dan hubungannya dengan kinerja guru dalam membangun lingkungan yang mendukung pembelajaran efektif. Kinerja guru tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kompetensi individual, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh sistem pengelolaan sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kebijakan pendidikan, budaya organisasi, serta dukungan profesional yang tersedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan menelaah berbagai artikel jurnal, buku akademik, laporan penelitian, dan publikasi ilmiah yang relevan dengan manajemen pendidikan, kepemimpinan sekolah, lingkungan kerja guru, dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aspek manajerial yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru meliputi perencanaan pendidikan, komunikasi organisasi, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, supervisi akademik, pengembangan profesional, dukungan kerja dan fasilitas pembelajaran, sistem penghargaan, serta evaluasi kinerja. Selain itu, kepemimpinan dan kebijakan sekolah berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, kolaboratif, humanis, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Guru akan lebih mampu mengajar secara profesional, reflektif, dan inovatif apabila sekolah memberikan arah yang jelas, dukungan yang memadai, ruang partisipasi, penghargaan, serta perhatian terhadap kebutuhan pedagogis dan psikologis guru. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kinerja guru perlu dipahami sebagai hasil interaksi antara kompetensi guru dan kualitas manajemen sekolah. Kata kunci: kualitas manajerial, kinerja guru, kepemimpinan sekolah, lingkungan pembelajaran, pembelajaran efektif.
