Abstract

Pertumbuhan fintech yang pesat telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada perubahan lanskap ekonomi global. Dengan perubahan tersebut fintech dapat menghadirkan berbagai manfaat dan tantangan secara sekaligus. Di satu sisi, fintech meningkatkan inklusivitas dan efisiensi keuangan, sementara di sisi lain, fintech memicu munculnya risiko disebabkan lemahnya keamanan dan privasi data pengguna layanan keuangan. Namun bagi masyarakat Islam, pemanfaatan fintech tidak hanya ditinjau dari aspek manfaat dan resikonya, melainkan harus didasarkan pada penegakan prinsip-prinsip muamalah Islam untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap ajaran agama yang bermuara pada kemaslahatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini, yakni untuk menganalisis peran Financial Technology (Fintech) dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat melalui perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech dengan pengawasan pemerintah yang ketat dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam memberdayakan ekonomi umat, mendukung kesejahteraan sosial, dan memajukan inklusivitas keuangan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam yang berorientasi pada kemaslahatan.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 has fundamentally transformed the way families and schools’ function in educating children. Parents and teachers are increasingly confronted with complex challenges in guiding children amidst the influx of information, digital content, and internet-based learning. This article aims to analyze the roles of parents and teachers in responding to digital challenges, particularly in the context of Islamic education. Employing a qualitative approach through library research, the study synthesizes findings from academic literature, national surveys, and recent statistical data (2015–2024). The discussion is framed by Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory and the Islamic framework of Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah. Findings indicate a significant gap in digital literacy among parents and teachers, limited institutional readiness for digital pedagogy, and increasing exposure of children to harmful digital content. The article argues that current research often isolates the roles of parents and teachers, overlooking their synergistic potential in shaping children's character through a values-based framework. As a novelty, this study proposes a four-pillar tarbiyah model—parents, teachers, community, and the state—rooted in Islamic principles to promote digital ethics, character education, and spiritual development. This integrative approach is expected to serve as a practical and conceptual guide in constructing a holistic digital education ecosystem that aligns with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of personal data protection under Law Number 27 of 2022 and to examine the urgency of establishing an independent supervisory authority for personal data protection. The research employs a normative juridical approach by reviewing primary and secondary legal sources as well as relevant literature, then analyzed descriptively to identify regulatory and institutional weaknesses. The findings indicate that although Law Number 27 of 2022 marks a significant step in protecting personal data in Indonesia, its provisions remain partial due to the absence of an independent supervisory body. The lack of such authority may undermine law enforcement, as a body directly under the president is vulnerable to political and bureaucratic interests. This study emphasizes that an independent supervisory institution is essential to ensure legal compliance, the enforcement of sanctions, and the effective protection of citizens’ privacy rights. Therefore, the establishment of an autonomous supervisory authority is urgent to realize the objectives of the Personal Data Protection Law in ensuring justice, legal certainty, and utility.

Abstract

Spatial planning policy plays a fundamental role in directing sustainable development and ensuring balance between land use and environmental protection. This study aims to analyze the influence of spatial planning policy on the effectiveness of environmental management based on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), focusing on the integration between Regional Spatial Plans (RTRW), Detailed Spatial Plans (RDTR), and EIA within Indonesia’s legal and institutional framework. The research employed a juridical-normative approach supported by contextual analysis of institutional data and environmental planning documents in North Sulawesi Province. The analysis was conducted through legal document review, normative interpretation, and policy comparison across levels of government. The results show that integration between RTRW/RDTR and EIA remains ineffective due to regulatory disharmony, weak institutional coordination, and limited spatial data availability. The functional relationship between Approval of Spatial Utilization Conformity and Environmental Approval, which should be sequential, often operates separately in practice. The analytical model indicates that spatial data readiness and institutional capacity have a direct influence on policy integration effectiveness, while cross-sectoral coordination serves as a mediating factor that strengthens inter-agency synergy. These findings emphasize the need for regulatory harmonization, institutional strengthening, and the acceleration of the One Map Policy implementation as a foundation for evidence-based decision-making. This study contributes to the understanding of adaptive and ecologically just environmental governance within Indonesia’s spatial planning system.

Abstract

This article discusses the phenomenon of Al-Qur'an Singers (PQ) which is widely found in Makassar, South Sulawesi, especially as a functional reception of Al-Qur'an as well as a review of Islamic law on it. This article argues that reading Al-Qur'an is a performing phenomenon in order to influence others. As a consequence of the performance, reading Al-Qur'an is good or bad based on its motives and impact. In discussing PQ, this article uses a type of field research, with primary sources in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation, while secondary sources are obtained from various relevant literature on the topic of study. These data are presented using a descriptive-analytical method based on a qualitative approach. This article concludes that the PQ phenomenon cannot be separated from the socio-religious construction of Makassar Muslims towards Al-Qur'an, as their Holy Book. PQ appears and develops in spaces and contexts relevant to Al-Qur'an’s functioning to get rewards from street users. In this socio-religious construction, PQ becomes a job that cannot be judged in black and white, namely halal or haram, because PQ shows uncertain (fixed) motives and impacts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membandingkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dalam Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP), Kurikulum 2013 (K13), dan RPP Satu Lembar untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan dan persamaan serta untuk mengetahui implementasinya di sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberi pemahaman mendalam bagi guru, pembuat kebijakan, dan praktisi pendidikan mengenai perkembangan RPP di Indonesia. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dengan menelusuribeberapa referensi berupa buku dan jurnal ilmiah.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RPP KTSP cenderung berorientasi pada guru dengan komponen yang lengkap dan rinci. RPP K13 berfokus pada siswa dengan integrasi aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Adapun RPP Satu Lembar merupakan penyederhanaan K13 yang lebih menekankan efisiensi, dengan hanya memuat tujuan, kegiatan pembelajaran, dan penilaian. Secara keseluruhan, ketiga model RPP mencerminkan perubahan paradigma pendidikan dari pola yang formalistik menuju pendekatan yang lebih esensial dan fleksibel. Meski RPP Satu Lembar lebih praktis, penerapannya masih menghadapi tantangan berupa pemahaman guru yang belum merata. Penelitian merekomendasikan adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan bagi guru agar penyusunan dan penerapan RPP Satu Lembar tetap efektif. Selain itu, sekolah dan dinas pendidikan perlu menyediakan panduan implementasi yang lebih jelas dan seragam untuk menghindari kebingungan di kalangan pendidik.
