Jurnal Teknik Informatika (JUTIF) is an Indonesian national journal, publishes high-quality research papers in the broad field of Informatics, Information Systems and Computer Science, which encompasses software engineering, information system development, computer systems, computer network, algorithms and computation, and social impact of information and telecommunication technology. Jurnal Teknik Informatika (JUTIF) is published by Informatics Department, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman twice a year, in June and December. The Air Joman District Health Center is a public health service facility owned by the Asahan district government. One of the health services provided is drug supply services. The pharmacy installation is part of the Air Joman Sub-district Health Center which is specifically assigned to manage drugs for patient needs. In inventory control, the warehouse section of the Air Joman District Health Center is carried out manually, where the number of drugs ordered every month is the same as the number of drugs ordered in previous months. So this causes various kinds of problems. Medicine is one of the supplies in human life just in case someone falls ill. Everyone must have felt sick. For example, headache, cough, runny nose, or fever. To cure or reduce pain, usually immediately take medication. Medicines can be bought anywhere, one of which is at the Puskesmas, so that the puskesmas must meet the drug needs so that people can easily get the drugs they need according to the illness they are suffering from. The demand for the need for an uncertain amount of medicine in each period makes it difficult for officers to estimate the need for drugs in the future. Inaccuracy in determining the time and amount of drugs to be ordered resulted in out of stock and delays in drug orders, so that they could not fulfill patient requests at the time of ordering. Forecasting is nothing new in the industrial world. Many previous studies have been carried out because forecasting is considered to be able to maximize the cost of stocking goods. so that it can predict the stock in the future with a forecasting system using the Least Square method.

A Competition in various industries in Indonesia is getting tougher. Various companies are vying to be at the forefront of consumers' minds. One of the strategies implemented is the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) is part of a business strategy aimed at maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction. Technological advances encourage companies to make breakthroughs, one of which is combining CRM business strategies with information technology. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems, namely by building E-CRM combined with information technology, so that it is hoped that it can help monitor the product improvement process that customers complain about and find out what customers need. The problems that occur at Zahreen Store are, the sales process at Zahreen Store is still doing conventional sales, there are no facilities that help customers to get information, convey an assessment of the product and also experience difficulties in processing and storing customer data that has made transactions buy and sell. This study utilizes CRM features that aim to help the service system at Zahreen Store to attract new customers and retain old customers and expand the sales system. The research method used is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews and observations. This application is made using PHP as programming material and MySQL as database server.

The city is growing rapidly. Many agricultural lands have been turned into new buildings and structures. Space for farming is getting narrower and more expensive. However, technological developments have allowed people to cultivate crops not on land. Even a house without a yard or yard can still channel the hobby of planting. In principle, planting is an activity to provide nutrients for plants. These nutrients consist of various mineral elements needed by plants. However, the amount of this nutrient is only about 10 percent of the plant's needs. The rest of the plants need a lot of water. With this principle, planting can be done using any media other than soil. Origin, the plant's nutritional needs are met. With this principle, we too can get to know hydroponic farming. The method used in this expert system is the Certainty Factor (CF) method. This method provides a diagnosis in the form of certainty or uncertainty of the conditions in the rules used to conclude. The results of testing this method showed as many as 12 nutritional deficiencies were detected with 41 symptoms experienced. So that it can measure the level of nutritional deficiency that occurs. Expert System in Analyzing Hydroponic Plant Nutrient Deficiency Using Certainty Method. The purpose of this system is to create an expert system that is used to diagnose the symptoms of nutritional deficiencies which ultimately obtain a diagnosis and how to overcome it. Making this expert system using the PHP programming language with MySQL database. The test results show that the program still requires development in terms of its hydroponic material with similar developments to the wider domain of nutrient deficiency problems in hydroponic plants.

Expert systems can serve as consultants advising users as well as expert assistants. One way to overcome and help detect disease in oil palm is to create an expert system as a media for consultation on oil palm plantations so as to minimize the occurrence of disease attacks that result in crop failure. This research uses qualitative research methods and is included in descriptive research. The data analysis method used in this research is the Cetainty Factor method and the search method used is forward data searching to find conclusions. Data collection techniques through interviews and literature study. This research uses PHP programming language with MySQL database. With the application of an expert system with the certainty factor method, it is expected and stored as a knowledge database in an expert system, it can help farmers to identify pests/diseases of oil palm quickly so that treatment does not last long.

Diarrhea is the cause of infant death due to diarrhea which leads to dehydration. Babies who are able to digest solid foods and are experiencing diarrhea should temporarily stay away from oily, high-fiber, sweet foods such as cakes and dairy products. This is because these types of foods can worsen their diarrhea symptoms. Currently, to distinguish the type of diarrhea suffered by children is still limited to conventional diagnosis with pediatricians. it is necessary to build a system on computer applications to help diagnose children's diarrheal diseases so that they can provide information on what types of diarrheal diseases are being experienced for fast and accurate treatment. In the health sector there is an artificial intelligence called an expert system, which is a computer system that uses knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems that can usually only be solved by an expert in their field. This research uses the Forward Chaining method where the goal driven data will start searching at the initial node to the goal node until it gets results. The result of the implementation of the system is that the system provides questions in the form of symptoms that must be answered by the patient based on the symptoms experienced by the patient and the results of the process the system will provide information on what type of diarrheal disease the child is experiencing in order to get a solution with treatment.

Diseases or disorders in the womb can cause death, especially in pregnant women. This will also affect the infant mortality rate that is being conceived. Diseases that attack a woman's womb cannot be considered trivial and require the intervention of an expert, while an expert for this disease is still rare and certainly requires no small cost. Not only the age factor, but also the lack of knowledge about the health of the womb which is the cause. In the health sector, there is an artificial intelligence called an expert system, which is a computer system that uses knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems that usually can only be solved by an expert in their field. This study uses the Dempster Shafer method which will perform an in-depth probability-based data analysis based on the facts that will be provided by the user. The purpose of this study is to help pregnant women to diagnose diseases during pregnancy without having to see an expert. The data used are in the form of data on symptoms, diseases, and solutions. The results of this study are an expert system for diagnosing pregnancy diseases.

During this pandemic, the need for mobile phones is increasing, especially in education. However, social circles are also increasing because all activities are mostly on cellphones. The many types of cellphones at this time have resulted in many consumers who are confused about buying a cellphone according to what they want. In addition, there are also consumers who want a cellphone with high / good specifications but at an affordable price. In the sale of cellphones, it was found that consumers had difficulties with the desired product, namely the many types of cellphones with the latest specifications, consumers wanted cellphones with good specifications and low prices. Then a decision-making system was made at the Joint Celluler store to assist in determining the best cellphone according to consumer needs. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method by applying the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method of SPK, which is a multi-attribute decision-making method. This multi-attribute decision-making technique is used to support decision-makers in choosing between several alternatives. Therefore, a Decision Support System was built to determine the best cellphone so that the process of selecting a cellphone is more effective and makes it easier for consumers to get the cellphone they want. So that the application of the SMART method is able to produce decisions that are free from leadership interference in the selection of the best cellphone and will be more objective.

Respiration or commonly referred to as breathing is the process of inhaling free air containing O2 (oxygen) and expelling air containing CO2 (carbon dioxide) as the rest of the oxidation out of the body. In detecting diseases of the respiratory system, it takes the role of a doctor as an expert in the field of health to detect it. To consult a doctor, one must come to the hospital and undergo a series of procedures, so that it takes time to queue and is not effective if the patient has to get treatment quickly. To overcome this problem, an expert system is needed that can be accessed easily, provides accurate, fast and accurate information on detection results and provides education on early treatment of disease detection results. The method used to detect respiratory system diseases is the certaity factor method. From the calculations that have been inputted by the patient, the results obtained are 93% confidence in Pneumonia. The application of an expert system with the Certaint Factor method in early detection of web-based respiratory system diseases based on the patient's symptom history provides convenience for patients and provides education about respiratory system diseases and how to treat them.

The system of borrowing and returning medical records is an important activity in the medical record unit in supporting hospital services, an important part of a hospital is the medical record section. The purpose of this study is to design a program application for a computerized loan and return of hospitalization medical records that can facilitate officers at RsAU Dr.M Salamun, lending and return systems at RSAU Dr.M Salamun there are still some obstacles that occur, where the system is still recorded in the eskpedisi book, does not use tracer in taking medical record files and using Microsoft Excel software. The purpose of this study is to create and design applications for a computerized lending and return of inpatient medical records that can facilitate medical record officers at RSAU Dr.M Salamun. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method that includes interviews, data collection, and documentation. The method used uses the waterfall method with stages of obstacle analysis, needs analysis, system design design, program coding and program testing. The design of this system using Flowmap, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) was then implemented in a programming language using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010. The result of this study is the application of lending information systems and electronic or computerized return of medical records. The conclusion of this study to develop a loan and return system to minimize loss, duplicate medical records, facilitate officers, know the last track record of borrowing medical records, and know when medical records are returned by internal or external parties.

In current’s digital era, people can take advantage of the ease and effectiveness of interacting with each other. The most popular online activity in Indonesia is the use of sosial media. Twitter is a social media that allows people to build communication between users and get the latest information or news. Information obtained from twitter can be processed to get the characteristics of a person using the DISC method, DISC is a behavioral model that helps every human being why someone does. To classify the tweet into the DISC method using algorithms naïve bayes classifier, k-nearest neighbor and support vector machine with the TF-IDF weighting. The results is compare the accuracy of the naïve bayes classifier algorithm has an accuracy rate of 31.5%, k-nearest neighbor has an accuracy rate of 23.8%, while the support vector machine has an accuracy rate of 28.4%.
