Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIMAK) of Siliwangi University is one of the information systems developed by UPT TIK, Siliwangi University. SIMAK must be able to become a website that is easy to use, has informative value, and has a high level of usability. User experience in using and operating it can be a measure of acceptance of SIMAK. Based on previous research, it is stated that SIMAK still does not meet the expectations of users. Therefore, in this study usability evaluation was carried out based on the Heuristic Evaluation and Web Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) approaches. This study discusses the results of usability analysis based on the results of data collection from questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are active students (S1), lecturers, and staff at Siliwangi University. The results of usability measurements based on the Heuristic Evaluation method obtained usability points of 70.74% and the results of usability measurements based on the WEBUSE method obtained usability points of 67.84%. The results of usability measurements based on the Heuristic Evaluation and WEBUSE methods have consistent results which state that the SIMAK UNSIL website has a usability level of "Good". However, in some variable indicators there are still indicators that have low values, therefore it is necessary to make improvements based on the recommendations given to improve SIMAK quality.

Abstract

One of the government's efforts in equitable distribution of education is to launch the PAUD Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) program by providing financial assistance for each PAUD with underprivileged students. This Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) aims to reduce the cost of education for underprivileged children, so that they can obtain early childhood education services that can optimally foster, grow, and develop the full potential of early childhood. The problem that occurs is the Determination of Regional Operational Assistance Recipients (BOSDA) which is not optimal and not right on target. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the UPT employees of the Education Office in determining the recipients of the Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) program with the right decision results. Therefore, the UPT Department of Education requires the right technology to assist employees in determining the recipients of PAUD Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA). In achieving the research objectives, the analysis used is data analysis with quantitative methods which is a data analysis used if the conclusions obtained can be proven by numbers and also in the calculation of formulas that have to do with research analysis. The calculation process uses the WP method, so that the results of the assessment that have been carried out go through many calculation processes, ranging from weighting the values ​​of all criteria and determining the value to getting a candidate for PAUD Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) at the UPT of the Buntu Pane District Education Office.

Abstract

The government through the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Food Security provides fertilizer subsidies to coal farmers, which annually reaches 15 tons of urea, SP 36 fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, organic fertilizer. The fertilizer is used for rice, chili, onions, palm oil, eggplant and other types of agricultural crops that are cultivated in Batu Bara Regency by farmers. In the development of farmer groups in Batu Bara Regency, increasing years are increasing because Coal has become a granary, especially for rice which has greatly increased from 2018-2020 about an increase of 10% in the increase in the number of farmer groups. Problems that often occur at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Food Security in Batu Bara Regency are related to determining the distribution of subsidized fertilizer assistance that is not right on target, to farmer groups who should deserve it but do not get it, because every year the number of farmers is increasing but the availability of fertilizer is limited. . Decision Support System (DSS) or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that is able to provide problem solving and communication skills for problems with semi-structured and unstructured conditions. This system is used to help structure, where no one knows for sure how decisions should be made. This decision support system itself is intended to make decisions that are really feasible to get fertilizer assistance provided by the Indonesian government for the welfare of farmers and good results. obtained through the Distribution of Subsidized Fertilizer Aid.

Abstract

The neurologist at RSUD Dr. Tengku Mansyur Tanjungbalai City has changed working hours during the Covid 19 pandemic, making people who want to seek treatment and consult to overcome complaints of Stroke Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) into confusion and RSUD Dr. Tengku Mansyur Tanjungbalai City limits the number of patients in consulting for Stroke Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) to avoid crowds. To overcome these problems, an expert system was created using the Dempster Shafer method. The purpose of this study is to create an expert system that makes it easier to diagnose Stroke Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) disease. The research method used in this study is quantitative, namely research that uses data in the form of numbers that are processed using a formula so as to obtain results based on calculations with that formula. The purpose of this research method is to describe the object under study, namely data on Stroke Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), based on the results of the calculation of the Dempster Shafer method. An expert system that can be accessed online by patients with Stroke Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) because it is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. As a result an expert system using the Dempster Shafer method which provides a consultation feature for patients with Stroke Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) making it easier for patients to find solutions to the symptoms they are experiencing.. The more often patients do consultations, which will increase public awareness about the disease.

Abstract

PT.SawitaInter Perkasa is a private companyengaged in oilpalmand operating in 2007. The company has obstacles in selecting the best employees in the process ofentering data written and the result soft hehead of section meeting. The purposeo fthis study wasto assist the admin in selecting the best employees using the Simple Additive Weighting Method. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method, namely by finding information about the company and the problems that exist in the company and collecting data after that enter into research using employee data processing. The result of this research is a program that providesan alternative way of processing and inputting the best employee selection data. This study concluded that the application of the simpl eadditive weighting method can help carry out the process of selecting the best employees effectively and also helps the company to accelerate the processof selecting the best employee sat PT. Abstract

Music has become an important part of human life, chorus is part of the musical structure that makes some impression on music, people are generally very familiar with the chorus in music because the chorus is often repeated on music. Automatic chorus detection is a part of Music Information Retrieval which is considered important for building music analysis system with human-like patterns. Refrain Detecting Method (RefraiD) select the chorus by grouping various repeating parts of the music, evaluating the intensity level of the melody from each group, then selecting the group with the highest melodic intensity as the chorus. This paper intends to implement RefraiD in Indonesian pop and dangdut music by downloading 20 pop music videos and 20 dangdut music videos from YouTube then process it with Information retrieval using Python. The results of this paper indicate that the RefraiD method can be used to detect the chorus on Indonesian music with F measure of 91.8% for dangdut music and 91.5% for pop music.

Abstract

Technology has been used by all ages, including children, because technology can be applied in many fields, including education. In education, there is learning about the human digestive organs, which is still taught in the conventional way because they use learning media such as books, but it is still lacking for students to visualize the organs. Efforts are needed to solve this problem by developing learning media that apply augmented reality technology in the form of learning applications. The learning application developed is called ORCEMAR, which has two menus, namely the learning and evaluation menu. The learning menu uses augmented reality technology with a multimarker, and the evaluation menu is a quick quiz that has a score calculation feature using the fuzzy tsukamoto algorithm. Based on alpha testing, the multimarker method was successfully implemented, and the features and components of the application worked well. The application is compatible with Android 5.1 to Android 10, with a minimum camera resolution of 13 MP and 2GB RAM. Based on beta testing collected through questionnaires, the percentage of 40 respondents who are 5th grade elementary school students who answered that the components and features of the application work well above 50%, and also more than 50% of the respondents answered "yes" to the question asking if the application can increase interest, understanding, and also The application can be a complement to conventional learning media to study human digestive organs. Based on this research, the ORCEMAR application was successfully developed and the multimarker method was successfully implemented, as well as features and components that functioned well and received a good response from the target audience.

Abstract

Grocery store BSR is an SME engaged in the sale of goods for basic daily needs. Today's business processes are still done manually. It has in-store sales services and a mobile sales team to reach a wider rural area in Central Java province of Indonesia. The competition in the grocery store SME business is tighter and increasingly competitive, so shop owners consider increasing the efficiency of business processes by creating web and mobile android of sales information system applications, which are the objectives of this study. We use the waterfall method to develop the sales information system. The development of A web application for in-store use and an android mobile application for mobile sales teams. From the business process analysis, three processes can be streamlined with the use of this application. Also, another uniqueness is the minimum and maximum selling price feature for each sales item to give the sales team flexibility in determining the selling price to the customers. User acceptance test has been carried out by the research team with black-box method as per use-case diagram with the shop owner. The testing results showed that the developed information system increase the process business efficiency in the grocery store BSR. Hence, the objective to develop sales information system has been achieved.

Abstract

Bahana Sukses Sejahtera is a travel company whose one goal is to serve Umrah activities to the holy land of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The company has been carrying out travel activities for 15 years. Interest from travel activities, especially with the aim of Umrah to the holy land of Mecca from year to year is increasing because the economic conditions of prospective pilgrims are getting better. More and more Umrah travel enthusiasts certainly create abundant data but of course if not processed properly the data will not produce good information. How to get good information with good data processing so that information can be used as knowledge for company decision making. The activity of utilizing big data into information is to use information technology and databases and then design a data warehouse. Data warehouse design and data mining is the most effective technique to produce information that has knowledge for corporate decision making. The knowledge generated from the data warehouse is that one of them can produce information to predict prospective Umrah travel pilgrims who may be canceled due to something that makes it impossible to leave. One of the algorithms used for the predicting process can use the nearest neighbor algorithm. The results of the algorithm can produce predictive information about factors that are very influential on the cancellation of the departure of prospective Umrah pilgrims, for example due to family reasons. Based on this explanation, this research was developed by utilizing information technology and software to make predictive analysis based on existing data regarding the cancellation of the departure of Umrah pilgrims at the travel company PT. Bahana Sukses Sejahtera.

Abstract

Indonesia as one of the countries endowed with abundant natural resources drives the development of the mining, plantation and construction industries that contribute to economic growth and state revenue. In practice, both the mining and plantation and construction industries require heavy equipment to conduct their business operations where heavy equipment dealers supply this need. Heavy equipment dealers in addition to selling heavy equipment units, also provide after-sales services such as supplying spare parts and maintenance services ranging from routine maintenance to total maintenance services. In line with the development of technology, heavy equipment dealers need to conduct digital transformation to maximize business opportunities and optimize their business operations. For this, it is necessary to plan a business model by creating a comprehensive enterprise architecture, starting from the business aspects, application, the information, the technology, and core business processes. The paper will explain the process to develop the enterprise architecture using business model and further detailed with the three main revenues using the ArchiMate diagram to show the interaction between the business processes with the applications, databases, technology, and business actors who play a role in the process.
