Abstract

Based on the map of the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia, Kalimantan Island is the second island with the number of COVID-19 distributions after Java Island. The purpose of this study is to provide information to the entire community and government, especially the Kalimantan region regarding the clustering of the spread of COVID-19. The K-Means algorithm method used in the grouping is based on data on positive, recovered, and deceased people collected by each province on the island of Kalimantan, then a geographic information system (GIS) is applied in mapping to display the clustered distribution area of each district on the island of Kalimantan. The result of this research is that the k-means algorithm is able to classify data with low, medium, and high distribution levels so that later the distribution area can be mapped using GIS based on the results of the clustering. With the results of this application, it is hoped that it can be used as information for the government and also the public to think about what efforts should be made if bad things happen later, based on the level of spread to be used as a priority scale in controlling the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country has problems related to poverty. The government tries to overcome the problem of poverty from year to year by launching various aid programs, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The distribution of PKH social assistance (bansos) can actually help millions of beneficiaries every year, but there are also obstacles related to the lack of precise targeting of beneficiaries, which often occurs because there is no definite standard in the hierarchy of criteria for beneficiaries. Using the Decision Making System (SPK) with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) - Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) method can provide an alternative to prioritizing aid recipients to assist decisions made by officers and related office holders. The AHP method is used to weight the poverty criteria, while the PROMETHEE method is used to rank the priority of social assistance recipients. Using 45 data on prospective PKH social assistance recipients in Karanganyar Gunung Village who were selected based on 14 poverty criteria, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) resulted in a priority ranking of social assistance recipients. The ranking is based on the netflow value, the higher the value, the higher the priority level. The ranking using this method gives results in the form of residents with the first priority of receiving social assistance with a net flow value of 0.342 owned by Sumirah followed by Meliyani Kusrini with a net flow value of 0.325.

Abstract

Papua is the largest island in Indonesia; several animals are included in the endemic group. These animals are only found in certain areas and not in other areas. To study the endemic animals of Papua, children can explore them through books that display pictures of endemic animals in Papua. Children often experience difficulties learning from books taught by teachers and parents caused by children who are less enthusiastic about participating in learning. Another problem is that learning about Papua's endemic animals through books is impractical and inefficient because thick books provide a heavy burden for children to carry. Hence, children are reluctant to study them. With educational games, media is a medium that can be used by children so that it is easy to give lessons about the endemic animals of Papua. This educational game increases efficiency and effectiveness in terms of the learning process at home and school. Learning this educational game can be done anywhere at any time so that children can learn about Papua's endemic animals innovatively and efficiently. The method used in making this educational game introducing Papua's endemic animals uses the Agile Development method. Based on testing the educational game application using the black box method, it was found that this educational game was following what was expected because there were no errors found in the menu on the system, so it worked properly.

Abstract

The English Premier League is the top division league in England, the most popular football league for football fans. The competition date for the 2021/2022 season was announced on March 25, 2021 and the schedule was released on June 16, 2021. Manchester City won last season (2020/2021). The purpose of this study is to find out the results of Naive Bayes' accuracy in determining which team deserves to win in the English Premier League 2021/2022 season and which team does not deserve to win in the final standings. The method used for prediction is Naïve Bayes, which is to predict an opportunity in the future based on events in the past which is then called the Bayes theorem. Combined with Naïve's theorem, it can be said that a condition between attributes can be independent. Naïve Bayes is an arrangement of a system that calculates a collection of opportunities that are summed at a frequency and a combination of values from the existing data set. Based on the research conducted, it was generated from predictions to determine the winning team quickly and accurately and from the test results it was necessary to process training data and test data with the Naïve Bayes method, it was obtained an accuracy of 32.7% for the chances of Manchester City winning and Liverpool with 42.06% accuracy to be able to win the English Premier League season 2021/2022.

Abstract

In rural areas, it is very often found that fragile and uninhabitable houses are due to poverty and do not receive housing assistance from the local government. As in Ngablak village, Magelang, there are many people's residences that need to be repaired. The Ngablak village government has created a Home Renovation Assistance program which is one way to protect and prosper residents. To solve the problem in determining the feasibility of receiving home surgery assistance, a Decision Support System was designed using the Weight Product method. The Weight Product method applies a multiplication technique to link the attribute rating and performs the rank first with the weight of the attribute in question. The weighted value for each criterion is used to generate a ranking value in order to make a decision on the candidate for home surgery assistance. Based on calculations using the Weight Product method, the results are in the form of citizen data that has been calculated with the output from the highest to the lowest value. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of a decision support system is very helpful for the Ngablak village government in selecting residents who really deserve assistance in a fast and appropriate way.

Abstract

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a form of technology to automate tasks and routines performed by humans, which can be instructed to machine. Along with the rapid development of technology, the time that can be used to maintain the quality of a technology is becoming increasingly narrow. Therefore, RPA will imitate activities or tasks performed by humans on a computer with a much faster processing time and 100% accuracy without "human error". The agile method was chosen in this study because of its focus on flexibility and more responsiveness to required changes. The system developed in this paper uses the Selenium library with the Python programming language and retrieves task data from the MNC IT team, especially the QC division for the RCTI+ website Quality Assessment process. From the results of testing this system, it shows that the testing process using this system and testing from a tester / examiner get the same results. However, because this system is programmed, it will have more stable and efficient results.
