Abstract

Stock splitting is a company strategy carried out in the capital market to attract potential investors. The more investors who make legal transactions, the trading volume of shares will increase. The population and sample in this study were companies that did split the sample listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. Using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used was descriptive statistical test, normality, and hypothesis. The result of the research is that the first hypothesis, stock split, there is no significant difference to Trading Volume Activity in the second hypothesis, there is no significant difference to the Abnormal Return.

Abstract

One of the company's financial policies is dividend payment to investors who have invested their funds in the company in the form of shares. This policy is known as the Dividend Payout Ratio. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2012-2016. While the sample in this study is to use purposive sampling technique. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical tests, normality, and hypotheses. The results of this study are of the 6 variables studied (operating cash flow, turn on assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity and Asset Growth), the most dominant in the mean value is DER. Partially only the Asset Gowth variable has a negative value on the dividend payout ratio, the other variables are positive. Simultaneously, the 6 variables studied (Operating Cash Flow, Turn On Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Asset Growth) have a positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio

Abstract

The image of the cooperative influences the participation of cooperative members through satisfaction. In other words, a cooperative that has a good image is shown by a positive perception of cooperative members as customers and will feel satisfied thereby increasing the participation of members. The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of the image of the cooperative on the satisfaction of the members of the Koperasi Sawit Harapan Makmur Unit II Sungai Ipuh. This study consists of 2 types of variables, namely, the independent variable (free) which includes the image of the cooperative (X1) and the quality of service (X2), as well as the dependent variable (dependent), namely member satisfaction (Y). The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire or questionnaire that was made by the researcher. Based on the data obtained from this study and the results of the analysis that has been carried out, there is a positive and significant influence of the cooperative image variable on the satisfaction variable of the members of the Sawit Harapan Makmur Unit II Sungai Ipuh Cooperative.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in increasing national economic growth. So it is very important to do research to analyze the factors that can affect the income of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the effect of the level of education, capital and labor on the income of SMEs in the snack industry sector in the North Padang District and can provide policy-related analysis in improving the development of MSMEs. In this study, there were 39 MSME palaku units engaged in the snack industry sector in the North Padang District, Padang City, West Sumatra Province, which became the research sample of 210 populations of MSMEs registered in the North Padang district. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The analysis method used for testing the truth of the hypothesis is regression analysis processed with SPPS 16.0. The results of hypothesis testing that have been carried out show that the education level of MSME actors has a significant effect on the income of the SME sector in the snack industry sector in North Padang District. Likewise, capital and labor have a significant influence on the income of SMEs in the snack industry sector in North Padang District.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the phenomenon of Audit Report Lag that occurs in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. This type of research is descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all companies with the status of BUMN on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of 16 companies. The data used in this study is data on state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest that companies should pay attention to the audit report lag reporting period so that they are not subject to sanctions and violate the regulations set by BAPEPAM for delays. For investors, before making a decision to invest not only rely on data regarding changes in the company's stock price, but also need to pay attention to other factors related to the timeliness of submitting the company's financial statements to BAPEPAM and the completeness of the elements of the financial statements in it.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the extent to which the influence of motivation, environment, and knowledge simultaneously and partially on student entrepreneurial interest. Data Analysis Techniques with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Correlation Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Multiple Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis Multiple linear. motivation, environment, knowledge together have a positive effect on student entrepreneurial interest based on the Summary model above that the R coefficient is (0.931) and the Adjusted R Square coefficient is 0.862 which means that there is an influence of motivation, environment, knowledge of (86.2 %) and the rest (13.8%) is influenced by other variables not examined. To see whether motivation, environment, knowledge have a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial interest, it can be seen that the fcount value of 160.871 is greater than ftable of 2.73, namely 160.871 > 2.73 with a significance level of 0.000. Motivation, environment, and knowledge have a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial interest as shown in the coefficient table, the value of 3.787 is greater than 1.665 with a significant level less than alpha (0.000). then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract Jeffrey Junianto (1702021018). Decision Support System for the Prevention of Crime Cases at the Koto Baru Police, Dharmasraya Regency Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method. Thesis : Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Dharmas Indonesia, 2021. Dharmasraya Regency is one of the regencies in West Sumatra. As a large district, Dharmasraya has a large population, this causes various social problems in the community such as poverty, unemployment, and others. The existence of social problems encourages some people to commit crimes. Koto Baru Police as one of the existing Polsek in Dharmasraya Regency handles what often happens in the Koto Baru area is the crime of theft, and persecution. This study is intended to explore policing strategies in crime prevention. Therefore, the author collaborates with the Koto Baru Police to create a criminal case prevention system with a decision support system. With this system, it aims to help police officers find data on crime prevention and find out crimes that often occur in the past month. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and analyze the impact of Service Quality and Lecturer Performance Quality on Student Satisfaction at Undhari.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze "Analysis of Service Quality and Lecturer Performance Quality on Student Satisfaction at Undhari (Case Study of Students at Undhari in 2021)"This research method uses quantitative analysis techniques using questionnaires. This research is about analyzing the quality of academic services and the quality of lecturers on student satisfaction in Undhari. The sample respondents were 309 students, consisting of 33 FIKES students, 80 FILKOM students, 162 FKIP students, and 34 FHEB students.From the results of the study, it can be seen that simultaneously / together there can be a positive and significant influence between the Quality of Academic Service and the Quality of Lecturer Performance on Student Satisfaction at Undhari, with an R coefficient value of 0.760 and an Adjusted R Square coefficient of 0.644. The simultaneous contribution between the variables of Academic Service Quality and Lecturer Performance Quality on Student Satisfaction is 64.4%, and the other 35.6% is influenced by other variables not examined such as climate, location, work discipline, motivation, work organizational structure, rules and regulations. work, leadership style, and others.Academic Service Quality has a big effect on Student Satisfaction. the more the quality of academic services is improved, the better it will have on student satisfaction at Undhari.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan dalam jurnal ini adalah Bagaimana Jaminan dalam Transaksi Jual Beli Kredit Versi Toko Masri-M Syariah . Tujuan pembahasan ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan transaksi jual beli kredit versi toko Masri-M Syariah , bagaimana proses barang jaminan dalam transaksi jual beli kredit versi toko Masri-M Syariah , dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tinjauan fiqihmuamalahterhadap jaminan dalam transaksi jual beli tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research), untuk mendapatkan data-data dari permasalahan yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan di lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwatransaksi jual beli kredit dengan adanya jaminan yaitu barang yang diperjualbelikan pada toko Masri-M Syariah mirip dengan akad gadai, namun tidak bisa dikatakan gadai karena ada rukun dan syarat gadai yang tidak terpenuhi, transaksi jual beli kredit ini merupakan suatu kegiatan tolong menolong yaitu tolong menolong yang bersifat jual beli. Jaminan akan diambil dan dijual kembali oleh pihak toko Masri-M Syariah apabila pembeli tidak mampu untuk melunasi kewajibannya, hal ini dilakukan setelah diberikan peringatan sebanyak tiga kali, hasil dari penjualan akan dijadikan sebagai pelunasan kewajiban pembeli yang tidak terbayarkan, jika hasil penjualan melebihi kewajiban pembeli maka kelebihan tersebut akan dikembalikan kepada pembeli.
