Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove and analyze the influence of the culture of power, job satisfaction and interpersonal communication on the work spirit of Padang Civil Registry Office employees. In this study, the sample was 61 respondents who were selected using the census method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing hypotheses that have been carried out found that the culture of power does not have a significant effect on the morale of the Civil Registry Office employees while job satisfaction and interpersonal communication individually have a significant effect on the work morale of Padang Civil Registry Office employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya yang mungkin dilakukan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja di Kantor Catatan Sipil Kota Padang dengan menganalisi secara empiris pengaruh budaya kekuasaan, kepuasan kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Kantor Catatan Sipil di Kota Padang. Prosedur pengurusan administasi kependudukan di kelola oleh satu instansi yang berada di bawah naungan pemerintah daerah yaitu Kantor Catatan Sipil. Kantor Catatan Sipil memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar dalam proses pencatatan administrasi masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu Kantor Catatan Sipil didukung oleh banyak personil yang ditempatkan pada berbagai bidang pelayanan. Akan tetapi ketika personil bagian pelayanan pada Kantor Catatan Sipil telah diperbanyak muncul banyak keluhan dari masyarakat. Keluhan yang muncul berhubungan dengan pelayanan, seperti prosedur dan proses administrasi pelayanan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Budaya kekuasaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap semagat kerja pegawai Kantor Catatan Sipil Kota Padang;2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap semagat kerja pegawai Kantor Catatan Sipil Kota Padang; 3) Komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif terhadap semagat kerja pegawai Kantor Catatan Sipil Kota Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine financial performance based on profitability ratios and liquidity ratios which are calculated using the current ratio and quick ratio in the hotel sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This research is a quantitative research, where this research is a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation with secondary data sources, namely financial reports from from 2018 to 2022 which includes a balance sheet and income statement. The ratio analysis technique used is the Profitability Ratio, namely Net Profit Margin and Return On Assets. While the Liquidity ratio uses the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the financial performance of hotel sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period is measured using profitability ratios on Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Assets (ROA) indicating that the majority of the average NPM and ROA have not reached industry average standards. Meanwhile, in terms of liquidity ratios, as measured using the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, it shows that the majority of CR and QR averages have exceeded industry average standards

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, location, people, process, physical evidence, public relations, and power) on revisit intention at the Mapaddegat Beach tourist attraction, Mentawai Islands Regency. The population in this study were people who visited Mapaddegat Beach, Mentawai Islands Regency, totaling 96 people. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research are that products, promotions, physical items and public relations have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention at the Mapaddegat tourist attraction in the Mentawai Islands. Price has a positive and insignificant effect on revisit intention at the Mapaddegat tourist attraction in the Mentawai Islands. Places and people have a negative and significant effect on revisit intention at the Mapaddegat tourist attraction in the Mentawai Islands. Process and power have an insignificant negative effect on revisit intention at the Mapaddegat tourist attraction in the Mentawai Islands.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality and TV advertising on purchasing decisions for Pepsodent Sensitive Expert in Padang Panjang City. The number of respondents used as a sample size is 100 respondents. This type of research is associative research. The results of this study indicate that product quality and TV advertising partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Pepsodent Sensitive Expert in Padang Panjang City. Simultaneously, product quality and television advertising positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions for Pepsodent Sensitive Expert in Padang Panjang City, with an R2 value of 86.1%..

Pemberdayaan sentra usaha SMK yang berorientasi pada bisnis ritel diharapkan mampu melahirkan gerakan bagi pelaku usaha ritel skala kecil dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan unit produksi sentra bisnis, yang bukan merupakan hal baru di dunia. lingkungan SMK. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah pengembangan aplikasi penjualan berbasis desktop untuk pusat bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan. Aplikasi penjualan pusat bisnis berbasis desktop telah diuji kesesuaiannya oleh ahli media memperoleh rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,56 dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”, sedangkan hasil pengujian oleh ahli sistem informasi memperoleh rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,30 dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”. kriteria yang baik. . Hasil uji kelayakan yang dilakukan admin sebesar 4,33 dengan kriteria ‘Sangat Baik’, untuk siswa kelayakannya sebesar 4,20 dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”. Jadi secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi penjualan yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk digunakan. Peneliti merancang aplikasi penjualan berdasarkan hasil tahapan analisis.

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is a crucial factor in the success of a country's tax system. In Indonesia, the level of taxpayer compliance still needs to be improved. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence individual taxpayer compliance with a focus on the role of tax morale as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collected from questionnaires distributed to individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the effectiveness of the tax system and tax sanctions had a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Interestingly, although trust in government has no direct effect on compliance, the effectiveness of the tax system is proven to be able to mediate the relationship between trust and compliance. Tax morale is also proven to mediate the positive effect of tax system effectiveness on taxpayer compliance. Increasing the effectiveness of the tax system and enforcing strict and consistent sanctions are key strategies in improving taxpayer compliance. In addition, efforts to build public trust in the government and improve tax morale through education and socialization also need to be a priority.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how much influence brand equity and price have on the decision to purchase Sedaap noodles among students in Padang City. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 96 people. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, using hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. The results of the research show that Brand Equity has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Sedaap Noodles among Students in Padang City. Price has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Sedaap noodles among students in the city of Padang. Based on the F Test, Brand Equity and Price simultaneously influence the Purchasing Decision of Sedaap Noodles among Students in Padang City. The R Square value is 97.7% which means that Brand Equity and Price are able to influence the Purchasing Decision of Sedaap Noodles among Padang City Students by 97.7%. The remaining 2.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research such as product quality, promotion.

Abstract

The development of the business developments have evolved from being just an ordinary business to becoming a global business. The company provides various variations in terms of attractive services to customers, the services provided to customers are vehicle repair services providing new services to retain customers. Dedi Motor Bawan Workshop, Ampek Nagari District must be able to provide quality service facilities compared to competitors, so that service innovation occurs which is needed, one of which is is by utilizing information system technology which every customer's wishes are recorded in the information system. Then, using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, the data was collected and analyzed using SPSS. The results obtained are that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction which is revealed using the F test results where the f table value of 1.98 is smaller than the t value of 175.2636 and the significance value is smaller than 0.005. This causes Ho to be rejected and Ha to be accepted.
