Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance and work effectiveness of government officials on community satisfaction in Tualang Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with multiple regression analysis technique, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population of this research is the Tualang Village community, which is 2,340 heads of families. This study took a sample using the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 96 people. The suitability test using t test and f test was carried out to test the partial and simultaneous effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable with the assumption that other variables are considered constant. The results of this study are; first, the t-value of X1 is 7.931 with a sig level of 0.000 greater than the t-table 1.986. The t-count has a positive value indicating that X1 has a unidirectional relationship with Y. So it can be concluded that the Performance variable has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction. Second, the t value of X2 is 3.727 with a sig level of 0.000 which is greater than the t table of 1.986. t count is positive indicating that X2 has a direct relationship with Y. So it can be concluded that the Work Effectiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction. Third, the calculated f value is 122,386 with a sig level of 0.000 which is greater than f table 3.09. f count is positive indicating that X1 and X2 simultaneously have a relationship in the direction of Y, so it can be concluded that the variables of Performance and Work Effectiveness simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction. The value of R square is 0.725. This means that the effect of variable X on variable Y is 72.5%, while the remaining 0.275 or 27.5% is influenced by other factors such as work discipline, atmosphere and conditions of the work environment.

Abstract

Indonesian is an agrarian country where the most of the population makes a living form agriculture, one of which is : growing rice. It is polished in the process of growing rice. Along with development of the times, the rice milling method provides maximum result in a relatively short time. You need to update the time. This business system is the production, distribution or sale of goods. Other obstacles continue to emerge, both through record keeping and manual trading. Confirm to learn the benefits of milling services. This study focuses on the evolution of e-business. It is a transaction management system for rice business, improve customer, service, shredding, selling, shopping and othe electronic transaction data management. The research phase includes: User requirements, data collection, analysis of functional and non-functional requirements for the system, system desing, development and testing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of empowering human resources and individual characteristics on employee performance (a case study at the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office). The method used in this research is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra, which is located at Jl. Williem Iskandar No.9, Memories Baru, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study amounted to 168, in determining the sample taken using the Slovin formula, and using probability sampling technique, namely proportional stratified random sampling, namely sampling that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be sampled. selected as a member of the sample, the sample in this study amounted to 118 samples. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS program. The results of the research with a partial test that HR Empowerment has a t value of 7.484 > 1.6578, so it can be concluded that the HR Empowerment variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Youth and Sports Office of North Sumatra. Individual Characteristics has a t-count value of 7.844 > 1.6578, so it can be concluded that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Youth and Sports Office of Sumatra Province. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous) that simultaneously HR Empowerment and Individual Characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that HR Empowerment and Individual Characteristics have an influence on employee performance of 62.7%, while the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is a method in which a strategy design is used to assess the strength, weaknesses, oppurtunities, threats or SWOT of project as well as a business venture. E-commerce is the implementation and management of critical business processess such as product design, material procurement, production, sales and ordering. Provide and fulfill services through the use of communication technology, computers and service provision. This research was carried out aiming to find out how the company runs its business with a solid marketing strategy through SWOT analysis.  In this study, the authors chose several analytical methods, such as data collection methods, discussion methods, conclusion methods, research types and approaches, data collection sources and methods, and data analysis methods.  The conclusion of Thompson's (2008) research is that SWOT analysis is very simple, but it uses a very powerful tool to improve skills and external threats to company resources, market opportunities, and a bright future.  Find inefficiencies.  Management of raw material supply design, manufacturing and sales), computer-aided communication, order processing, and service provision using computer technology and data.

Abstract

Moderate international marketing is better known as international trade, where activities that occur involve physical and non-physical merchandise such as services. In marketing management, one of the important things is pricing. Price can be classified as a tactical variable. This is because the price is a value that can change. If a company creates a product that has benefits for the community, then the company must determine the price related to the product that has been created. In this research, literature study method is used from journals, articles, books, and other relevant sources. The conclusion that can be drawn is that pricing strategies are important in relation to international marketing. If the pricing strategy is not properly implemented, you will get a minimum profit or worse, you will get a loss like PT. Mustika Ratu in Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, if the pricing strategy has been implemented properly and appropriately, it will certainly benefit. Pricing strategies can be done with discounts or rebates as well as promotions.

Abstract

Researchers want to see how much the level of brand equity is influenced by price, brand awareness, and perceived quality. The method of data collection is through a questionnaire with a population of 98 people. Validity and reliability will be analyzed further from the results of the questionnaire as many as 98 respondents using quantitative analysis so as to produce feasibility for further testing. Data processing to determine the effect of variables using partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (f test) and coefficient of determination (R²). In the F test together, fcount is 18.960 > ttable is 2.47 and at (R²) is 0.444 (44.4%), the results of the t-test are significant values where the comparison of tcount with ttable of the three X variables is greater than 1.986 or tcount is greater than ttable at a significant level of 95%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the work environment, competence and compensation jointly and partially on job satisfaction at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Environment Unsyiah. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Environment, Unsyiah. The population in this study were employees in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences with 72 respondents.This research was conducted using the census method in which the entire population was used as the object of research. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS 20 analysis tool. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results show that the work environment, competence and compensation have an effect on job satisfaction. The results of data analysis obtained an R square value of 0.619, which means that the job satisfaction variable can be explained by the work environment, competence and compensation of 61.9%, while 38.1.0% of the effect is explained by other variables. For hypothesis testing (t count> t table), the t test results in this study amounted to (3.554> 1.666) with a significant 0.001 for work environment variables, (3.702> 1.666) and 0.000 significant for competency variables and (2.024> 1.666) and a significance of 0.002 for the compensation variable, the results state that the work environment, competence and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Whereas for testing the hypothesis together (F count> F table), the results of the F test in this study are (36,884> 3,12) for work environment variables, competence and compensation with a significant 0,000, these results explain that the work environment, competence and compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Unsyiah.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology today requires a business strategy in sales as the spearhead of a business that is increasingly leading to the mastery and use of technology. In order to survive the Covid-19 pandemic, SMEs making kitchen knives Hadipolo Kudus Regency as partners must be able to take advantage of technological developments by doing online business (e-business). Today, many business practitioners and academics believe that a new economic paradigm has been born. some call it e-economy, while others prefer to use terms such as internet economy, digital economy, new economy, and so on. The development of e-business and the use of internet technology significantly improve the way companies interact with customers and suppliers. Well-developed and used e-business strategies and tools have a positive impact on business success.

Abstract

The Internet thAt is growing day by day has a significant impact in all fields, both in the world of education and also in the business world. with the internet, it can change business patterns from traditional or conventional businesses to electronic technology businesses or e-business. gojek is one example of the application of electronic systems into the operations of a business, just by accessing the application, gojek can easily blend into the indonesian market where people depend on it. smartphones. the purpose of doing this research is so that we can find out and analyze the future of e- business in indonesia, especially the future at pt gojek indonesia. the approach taken in this research is to use a qualitative approach by using the literature study method. the data of this research were obtained by collecting writings from several articles, several books and all forms of sources related to the object of research. the results of this study indicate that the future of PT Gojek Indonesia will be bright because they continue to innovate to remain competitive in the future.

Abstract

This Study entitiled “The Role Influence of Herba Penawar Al Wahida Indonesia (HPAI) Products of Public Awareness in Choosing Herbal Products of Villagers At Desa Bangun Rejo”. This study aims to determine the role influence of HPAI products of people awareness in choosing herbal product of villagers at Desa Bangun Rejo. The populations of this study are 283 families. Then the sampling of this study using Slovin where presentation is using 10% of populations is 74 reponden. The techniques of collecting data are using in the field (structured interview) and literatures (library research). The result of product moment correlation between the role influence of HPAI products of people awareness in choosing herbal product of villagers at Desa Bangun Rejo rxy= 0,944 that’s means very strong relation. The result of simple regression Y=4,23+0,849 X that’s means constanta (a)= 4,238. If there are no value of the role influence of HPAI products it means the value of villagers welfare is 4,238 and regression coefficient (b)= 0,849 is every increase of thitung(partial)=24,354 with value of significant is 0,000<0,05 it means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted there is The Role Influence (HPAI) Products of People Awareness. The result of determinant D=89,2% that means The Role Influence of Herba Penawar Al Wahida Indonesia (HPAI) Products of People Awareness in Choosing Herbal Products of Villagers At Desa Bangun Rejo 10,8% is affected of another variable.
