Abstract

In this study, the author uses an expansive research type, with a qualitative approach. The research method used is the method of collecting data from various literature sources, then connecting these sources into one. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the foreseeable future readiness of computers. Information technology makes it easier to create creativity and innovation in business. Businesses must see new opportunities. Microsoft provides solutions that "break" as many businesses as possible in the implementation, management, and operation of information technology. Information technology is now affordable and easy to use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy for the Sale of UMKM In Petisah Market In The Covid 19. The research methodology used is qualitative approach qualitative research is research that serves as the data based on the results of the documentation which can give you a clear picture of the object under study, and then in the process and in the analysis to then draw conclusions. Methods of data analysis used is qualitative data that is used in research to explain an object or phenomenon based on the things that generally can not be calculated using the data documentation, literature studies, and secondary data.As the development of the business world, UMKM need to pay more attention to the competition in the business world, both in domestic and abroad. If UMKM want to remain competitive with other companies, UMKM need to pay attention to the main problems, namely marketing. Strategy pemasaranproduk when The Pandemic Covid-19 Effective that :offers a service or product to customers who need help, use the right tools, maximized can be either old features or new features that suit the needs of the community or customers, avoid all the negative impressions that can damage the business.

Abstract

The results of the study partially show that training (x1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (y) at PT. Cahaya Kawi Ultrapolyintraco Medan with a t-count value of 2.002 > ttable 1.660. Work motivation (x2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Kawi Ultrapolyintraco Medan with a t value of 16,229 > t table 1,660. Simultaneously, the training variables (x1) and work motivation (x2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Kawi Ultrapolyintransco Medan with a calculated F value of 144.47 > F table 3.09. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination R2, the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance has a value of 0.735 or 73.5%, while the remaining 26.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of price perception on purchase decisions, the quality of service on purchasing decisions and social media advertising on purchase decision of the product Sippin in Tanjungbalai. The research strategy used is the strategy is associative. The population in this research is the consumer not the only one in the City of Tanjungbalai. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents who are consumers who buy the product Sippin while visiting outlate. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with the instrument of data collection in the form of a list of questions. This research method using qualitative descriptive. The results of the research concluded price perception has a positive effect on the purchase decision. Service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and social media advertising also has a positive effect on the purchase decision. Therefore the price perception, service quality and social media advertising has a positive effect on the purchase decision of the product not the only one in the City of Tanjungbalai.

Abstract

A business that is built and developed in accordance with the current digital era will be able to succeed because of the encouragement of technology that can simplify all activities in business. Starting from marketing, sales, purchases, payments, and so on. In this study, we as authors aim to analyze and find out how the development of small and medium enterprises built by the people of the Medan area, how they develop business in technological advances like this, and what transformations have been made by UMKM in E-business. This type of research uses an approach with a literature study method to analyze and observe the condition of UMKM undergoing a transformation process into E-Business more specifically according to the official data sources collected. The data used are sourced from secondary data. The data collection method uses textbooks, journals and the official website of the Medan UMKM Region. The results of this study indicate that many of the UMKM entrepreneurs are turning their businesses into e-businesses.

Abstract

The quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties under the responsibilities given to him are referred to as performance. Many factors affect performance including work placement and competence. To determine the effect of work placement and competence on the performance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi at Kualanamu International Airport partially or simultaneously is the purpose of this research. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive method. The object of research in this study were employees of the Aviation Security Division of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi totaling 336 people. A sample of 183 people was obtained using the Slovin formula. Multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and determination test were used as data analysis tools. The results of this study are partially and simultaneously work placement and competence affect employee performance. In terms of job placement, it should be based on academic achievement and employee experience. Determining these criteria, the company needs to get employees who fit the job description. To competence, the company is advised to select and prepare prospective workers who have advantages in the form of knowledge, specific skills, potential, talent values that are per the character and goals of the company

Abstract

International business occurs one of them because of the inability of a country in meeting all the needs of its country, therefore came the idea of establishing cooperation between one country and another country. This research aims to find out the role of ethics and social responsibility in international business. This research uses a qualitative approach that describes and outlines the role of ethics and social responsibility in international business. The data collection technique used in this research is a literature study, where the study is conducted by collecting data related to research derived from books, scientific journals and other publications that deserve to be a source of research. The results of this study show that ethics and social business responsibility have the same role that aims to improve the company's image and develop the company. A business will not be able to develop without the role of consumers, because the main purpose of the company besides benefiting is to be able to attract consumer interest and gain the trust of consumers and business partners.

Abstract

 In Murabahah Financing, the execution of the guarantee can be carried out by fulfilling the conditions. The method used is a qualitative method by means of interviews, observations, and literature studies. Based on the results of the analysis, it is stated that if there is no ability and good intention of the customer in returning the financing, it has gone through restructuring. However, from these efforts, customers have not been able to fulfill their obligations. The guarantee execution procedure is through the Non-Litigation stage, namely the sale under the hands (Offsetting) in accordance with Article 20 paragraph (2) and (3) of the UUHT and through the Litigation stage (Legal/Court Line). The practice of auctioning the execution of Mortgage Guarantees is carried out in two ways, namely: First, the Bank submits a fiat application for Mortgage execution to the Religious Courts based on Article 14 paragraph (2) of the UUHT. Second, the Bank may also submit a request for an execution auction of the Mortgage object directly (parate execution) to the State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) in accordance with Article 6 of the UUHT. Through the Mashalihul Mursalah theory by taking the philosophy of benefit for the people and the 'Urf theory in accordance with the qaidah "Al-'adatu muhakkamah" (customs are shari'ah stipulated as law) it is found that Mortgage in its application is in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

This study will discuss the strategy of the Islamic financial industry in particular Shariah Pawnshop in increasing customers. Adjustment of appropriate strategies and techniques will greatly determine the sustainability of Shariah Pawnshop     .Practice In industry Shariah pthere are actually many other financial services products that are developed in Shariah Pawnshop. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze strategies of Shariah Pawnshop in dealing with the challenges of the industry at the present time. The method used is to use a literature study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy of gold pawn products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Marelan Raya. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method while the data collection technique is by conducting interviews and observation. to make Sharia Gold Pawn product at KCP Medan Marelan Raya, a strategy is needed so that the sales objectives of the product can be successful and meet the company’s targets. Then do a SWOT analysis first so that the strategy used is right on target. This research uses SWOT analysis with marketing mix theory. The results of this study indicate that the Sharia Gold Pawn at KCP Medan Marelan Raya has developed quite well, which means that customers are interested or interested in the Sharia Gold Pawn with evidence of ank increase in the number of gold pawn customers from 2021-2022. Therefore, the marketing strategy plays a role very important in increasing the number of customers on the Sharia Gold Pawn at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Marelan Raya.
