Abstract

Customer loyalty is the expectation of every banking company. This study aims to analyze the effect of service, advertising, and corporate image variables on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, to analyze the effect of service variables, advertising, and company image on customer loyalty and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction variables on customer loyalty. This type of research is a quantitative research using path analysis techniques using SPSS software with path analysis techniques whose data is obtained from distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents who are people's business credit service customers. The results of the study found that service quality is always maintained, attractive advertising activities and the company's image is continuously maintained will have an impact on growing customer satisfaction so that loyalty can also be created among customers of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch.

Abstract

Objectively, this study was conducted to analyze the impact of the Coastal Community Development Project in collaboration with the International Fund for Agriculture Development (CCDP-IFAD) on education, business experience, involvement of women and men in the program, economic improvement of recipient communities, and program effectiveness. In improving the welfare of society. Literature studies and field studies carried out data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Using a stratified random sampling method, samples were taken with 88 respondents consisting of 34 processors, eight farmers, 23 marketers, and 23 fishers. The results showed that the coastal communities who were assisted by the CCDP-IFAD program had a sufficient level of education and experience so that they were able to receive the program well. In addition, the level of women's involvement in the project of 50% has met the project requirements that require the involvement of women at 20%. The results also show that the CCDP-IFAD program is effective for the processing group with a value of 2.5 or 63.12%, the cultivation group 2.1 or 54.86%, and less effective for the marketer group of 1.98 or 45.75%, and the fishing group with a value of 1 .93 or 40.36%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada skripsi ini yaitu penyebaran kuesioner secara online (Google form) dan offline kepada 51 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Strategi pengelolaan stress kerja yang berfokus pada penyelesaian masalah mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat rumah sakit ibnu sina makassar. 2) Strategi Pengelolaan stress kerja yang berfokus pada perbaikan mental dan emosi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat rumah sakit ibnu sina makassar. 3) Pengaruh strategi pengelolaan stress kerja perawat rumah sakit ibnu sina makassar terhadap kinerja di era pandemi covid-19 berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Media Social Media Marketing Melalui Platform Whatsapp terhadap Minat Beli Masyarakat pada group Wamena Foods Goods Meals. metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Adapun populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 256 orang. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dilakukansehingga diperoleh 72 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif, analsisi regresi linier Sederhana, Pengujian hipotesi uji T dan Koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel media social marketing secara positif tetapi tidak signifikan mempengaruhi minat beli masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the analysis of the Capital Adequacy Ratio on profitability performance, to find out how the analysis of operating costs of operating income ( BOPO ) on profitability performance, to find out how the analysis of the Capital Adequacy Ratio and the Bopo to profitability performance. The method used in this research is to collect data from financial statements. This study uses data from 2015-2019. The type of data collected is secondary data. The results of this study explain that the Capital Adequacy Ratio in 2015 was 146.1%, in 2016 it was 62.3%, in 2017 it was 62.1%, in 2018 it was 46.4%, in 2019 it was 59. 4%, the ratio of operating expenses to operating income in 2015 was 46.8%, in 2016 it was 46.5%, in 2017 it was 46.1%, in 2018 it was 44.7%, in 2019 it was 45, 5%., Return On Assets in 2015 was 2.25%, in 2016 it was 2.37%, in 2017 it was 2.42%, in 2018 it was 2.45%, in 2019 it was 2.29%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai kejaksaan tinggi sulawesi selatan dan Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai kejaksaan tinggi sulawesi selatan. Pengambilan Sampel dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebanyak 42 responden. teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. adapun Variabel penelitian adalah Kompensasi (X1), Kompetensi (X2), dan kinerja Pegawai (Y). penelitian ini menggunakan analisis validitas dan kuantitatif,untuk menguji tingkat realibilitasnya dengan menggunakan cronbach Alpha dan kemudian data di olah dengan Analisis Regresi Liniear Berganda. Pengujuan Hipotesis menggnakan Uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 25. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai di pengaruhi oleh variable Kompensasi dan Kompetensi. Hasil dari Determinasi (R2) satu variable terikat. Yaitu sebesar 0.970, yang artinya variable kinerja mampu menjelaskan kinerja pegawai sebesar 97% sementara sisanya 3% dipengaruhi oleh factor variable lain yang tidak diteliti. dari hasil perhitungan Uji t dapat dilihat bahwa variable Kompensasi dan Kompetensi secara parsial Berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Cabang Lion Air di Jakarta . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Lion Air di Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 21 orang. Yang diisi oleh seluruh karyawan Lion Air di Jakarta . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sedangkan jenis dan sumber data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Cabang Lion Air sudah menerapkan dimensi untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan Adapun indikator dari dimensi tersebut masih ada yang belum berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan para pengguna jasa seperti pelayanan yang diberikan , pegawai yang kesulitan karena akses jalanan macet, dan sarana prasarana yang tidak memadai. Faktor pendukung Kantor Cabang Lion Air di Jakarta yaitu fasilitas berupa alat bantu pelayanan, (komputer dan perangkatnya beserta dengan kamera , dan kendaraan) sudah memadai sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu kurang sumber daya manusia (pegawai pelayanan). Kualitas pelayanan Kantor Cabang Lion Air secara keseluruhan dapat dinilai bahwa sudah mengalami peningkatan dan rata-rata pelayanan yang diberikan sudah maksimal meskipun ada beberapa indikator yang kurang mendukung.

Abstract

Optimal employee performance is the expectation of every State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN). The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Work-life Balance, motivation and work environment on the performance of PT Semen Tonasa employees both directly and when moderated by AKHLAK culture. This study uses a quantitative approach which intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. This study will explain the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analytical method used is moderating analysis (MRA) using the SPSS program. Based on the descriptions in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that Work-life Balance, Work Motivation and Work Environment partially have a significant positive effect on the performance of PT Semen Tonasa employees. Furthermore, moral culture has not been proven to be able to significantly mediate the relationship between Work-life Balance, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance. Abstract

Skincare is one of the primary needs that is currently a trend among the community, especially in Makassar City. As more and more beauty clinics in Indonesia offer similar products and treatments, the competition between these beauty brands increases, so Ms Glow must create something good in the eyes of the public. This research needs to be done to analyze and find out how the influence of the use of celebrity endorsers, brand image and price on purchasing decisions of Ms Glow products. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is the consumer product of Ms.Glow's basic facial package in Makassar City. The sampling method uses a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 50 people (women). Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely the coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The results of the study found that celebrity endorser, brand image and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ms.Glow products in the people of Makassar City, either partially or simultaneously.

Setiap Lembaga Pendidikan membutuhkan tenaga pengajar berupa dosen yang berkualitas. Sebaliknya setiap tenaga pengajar memerlukan umpan balik atas kinerja mereka, karena itu penilaian yang dilakukan seharusnya menggambarkan kinerja mereka dan menggunakan media yang tepat sesuai dengan tuntutan kemajuan teknologi, Namun Politeknik LP31 Makassar sistem informasi penilaian dosen hanya menggunakan Sistem oprasi MS.EXCEL sehingga dampaknya terlihat pada bagian akademik yang mengalami keterlambatan dalam menyampaikan hasil evaluasi tenaga pengajar tersebut, Tujuan penelitian ini merancangan dan menginplementasikan system informasi penilaian dosen berbasis android dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Analisis masalah sistem dan Pengembangan sistem model Prototype, Desain Rekayasa perangkat lunak model UML, database sistem Menggunakan MSQL, Coding Android, pengujian logika program dengan model White box Testing dan pengujian pengoperasian aplikasi dengan model black box testing. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan sistem informasi Kinerja Dosen Berbasis Mobile Android Pada Kampus Politeknik LP3I Makassar telah Membantu meminimalisir biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk proses evaluasi dosen, memberikan kemudahan para mahasiswa dan kaprodi dalam melakukan penilaian, Memberikan kemudahan bagian akademik dalam mengolah data penilaian dosen
