EKOMABIS: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen Bisnis is a journal published twice a year (January and July) by LPPM Universitas Pelita Bangsa that focused on economics, management, and Business Studies. The aim of the journals is to disseminate the research in management studies that include marketing, finance, production, human resources, and strategic management. This journal did not give limitations on research methods, both of quantitative and qualitative can be accepted and the data from primary, secondary, and literature review. The decision for acceptance depends on double-blind review results.

Abstract

Ketepatan membaca informasi pasar, mengimplementasikan strategi berorientasi pada pasar, didukung dengan adanya inovasi, kreasi, dan pengambilan risiko yang terukur akan membantu perusahaan dalam beradaptasi dengan turbulensi perubahan lingkungan, yang pada akhirnya mendukung kemampuan perusahaan untuk bertahan dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini berupaya menguji peran adaptabilitas lingkungan sebagai pemediasi orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Data diperoleh dari 71 pemilik usaha mikro kecil di marketplace dengan mengisi kuisioner. Analisis menggunakan model struktural SmartPLS. Adaptabilitas lingkungan memediasi orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. The accuracy of reading market information, implementing market-oriented strategies, supported by the presence of innovation, creation, and measurable risk-taking will help companies in adapting to the turbulence of environmental changes, which ultimately supports the company's ability to survive in the long term. This study seeks to examine the role of environmental adaptability as a mediator of market orientation and entrepreneurship towards sustainable competitive advantage. Data was obtained from 71 small micro business owners in the marketplace by filling out a questionnaire. Analysis using smartpls structural model. Environmental adaptability mediates market orientation and entrepreneurship towards sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Bank DKI melakukan perubahan sistem kerja demi terjaganya produktivitas kerja selama Pandemi COVID-19 yang berpotensi mengurangi keterikatan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat peran variabel job demand, job resources, job satisfaction, terhadap work engagement. Peneliti melakukan regresi terhadap variabel job demand, job resources, job satisfaction, dan work engagement. Mediasi dilakukan antara job demand dan job resources terhadap work engagement oleh job satisfaction. Purposive sampling dilakukan dengan jumlah 181 karyawan Bank DKI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel, baik job demand, job resources, dan job satisfaction signifikan memprediksi work engagement. Efek mediasi kepuasan terjadi baik pada variabel job demand maupun job resources. Bank DKI has changed the work system in order to maintain work productivity during the COVID-19 Pandemic so that it has the potential to reduce employee attachment. This study aims to see the role of variables of job demand, job resources, job satisfaction, and employee work engagement. Researchers regression of the variables of job demand, job resources, job satisfaction, and work engagement. Mediation is carried out between job demand and job resources for work engagement mediated by job satisfaction. Purposive sampling was carried out with a total of 181 employees of Bank DKI. The results showed that all variables, both job demand, job resources, and job satisfaction significantly predicted work engagement. The satisfaction mediation effect occurs both on the job demand and job resources variables.

Abstract

Nilai suatu perusahaan penting karena merupakan faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan investor dalam menanamkan modalnya. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan deviden dan hutang, serta keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan data keuangan seluruh perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2019 yang berjumlah 175 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 27 perusahaan atau 81 data. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk analisis diolah dengan SPSS versi 22. Kebijakan deviden dan hutang tidak mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Keputusan investasi secara positif mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. The value of a company is important because it is a factor that investors consider in investing their capital. The study aims to analyze the influence of dividend and debt policies, as well as investment decisions on the value of the company. The study used financial data of all manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period, totaling 175 companies. Sample determination used purposive sampling and obtained 27 companies or 81 data. Multiple linear regression is used for analysis treated with SPSS version 22. The results of the study, dividend and debt policies do not affect the value of the company while investment decisions have a positive effect.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Promosi Penjualan Dan Kualitas Layanan dalam Mempengaruhi Minat Beli Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen RH-Mart. Penelitian akan dilakukan di RH-Mart berlokasi di Jl. Babakan Indah RT02 RW15 Des. Ciangsana, Kec. Gunung Putri Bogor, Jawa Barat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 konsumen ditentukan dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Penelitian menghasilkan; 1) Promosi penjualan memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap minat beli; 2) Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Minat Beli; 3) Minat beli memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Loyalitas; 4) Promosi penjualan melalui minat beli tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas; 5) Kualitas Layanan melalui Minat Beli berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Loyalitas. The purpose of the study was to determine Sales Promotion and Service Quality in Influencing Buying Interest and Its Impact on Consumer Loyalty. The research will be conducted at RH-Mart located on Jl. Babakan Indah RT02 RW15 Dec. Ciangsana, Gunung Putri District, Bogor. A study sample of 50 consumers was determined by the Simple Random Sampling method. The questionnaire result data was analyzed using Smart PLS software. The research data was analyzed using Smart PLS software. Research produces; 1) Sales Promotion has a positive influence on Buying Interest; 2) Service Quality has a positive influence on Buying Interest; 3) Buying Interest has a positive influence on Loyalty; 4) Sales promotion through buying Iinterest has no effect on Loyalty; 5) Quality of Service through Buying Interest has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kinerja Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Bogor menggunakan metode balanced scorecard. Analisis dilakukan terhadap data hasil wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumen/laporan. Penilaian kinerja meliputi empat perspektif balanced scorecard. Perspektif keuangan menunjukkan daya serap anggaran yang baik. Perspektif pelanggan menunjukan kinerja yang baik. Perspektif bisnis internal terdapat beberapa indikator kinerja utama yang dirubah dan perspektif pembelajaran & pertumbuhan menunjukkan nilai yang baik. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Bogor Regency Food Security Office using the balanced scorecard method. Analysis was carried out on data from interviews, observations and documents/reports. Performance appraisal includes four balanced scorecard perspectives. The financial perspective shows good budget absorption. The customer's perspective shows good performance. The internal business perspective has several key performance indicators revamped and the learning & growth perspective shows good value.

Abstract

Kenerja pegawai ditentukan oleh aspek perilaku kerja diantaranya komitmen dan disiplin diri serta iklim organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian inferensial yang berupaya menguji pengaruh komitmen dan disiplin diri serta iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di kantor Bappedalitbang Kabupaten Bogor dengan menyebarkan kuesiner kepada 70 pegawai sebagai responden penelitian. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan regresi liner berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Penelitian menghasilkan model yang layak dimana komitmen diri tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin diri positif pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Iklim organisasi positif pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Employee performance is determined by aspects of work behavior including self-commitment; self-discipline and organizational climate. This research is inferential research which seeks to examine the influence of commitment and self-discipline as well as organizational climate on employee performance. The research was conducted at the Bogor Regency Bappedalitbang office by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees as research respondents. Quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression are used as analytical tools. The research produces a feasible model where self-commitment is not significant to employee performance. Self-discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational climate has a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap makanan olahan ayam yaitu fried chicken. Fried chicken merupakan makanan yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat, ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan usaha fried chicken setelah peneliti melakukan pengamatan selama 4 tahun terakhir di Cikarang Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada fried chicken yang berada di Cikarang Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu metode sampling jenuh dengan semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel, Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 pengusaha fried chicken di Cikarang Usaha. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan observasi yang kemudian hasilnya akan di uji melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, kreativitas dan inovasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada fried chicken di Cikarang Utara. This research was motivated by the high public interest in processed chicken food, namely fried chicken. Fried chicken is a food that is in great demand by the public, this is evidenced by the increasing growth of fried chicken business after researchers made observations for the last 4 years in North Cikarang. This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, creativity and innovation on the business success of fried chicken in Cikarang Utara. This research is a quantitative study. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling method in which all populations were used as samples. The samples used in this study were 80 fried chicken entrepreneurs in Cikarang Utara. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and observation, then the results would be tested through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted showed that the variables of motivation, creativity and innovation had a positive and significant effect on the success of fried chicken in North Cikarang.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada produktivitas di unit usaha koperasi, Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya,Norma dan jaringan terhadap Kepercayaan Anggota pada unit usaha koperasi. Penelitiaan ini menggunakan sampel yang dipilih secara acak yang terdiri dari 30 Anggota pada unit usaha koperasi di daerah kecamatan jati asih,Bekasi,Jawa Barat. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 M3, setelah melalui proses penyebaran kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Budaya dan Norma memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan anggota di masa krisis. Kedua faktor ini sangat penting karena Budaya dan Norma memberikan kemampuan bagi pelaku usaha untuk tetap bertahan di masa krisis. Selain itu, pelaku usaha juga sebaiknya melakukan improvisasi atas produknya di masa krisis untuk menjaga kelancaran arus kas keuangan. The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on productivity in cooperative business units, this research aims to analyze the influence of Culture, Norms and networks on membersTrust in cooperative business units. This research uses a randomly selected sample consisting of 30 members at cooperative business units in jati asih sub-district, Bekasi, West Java. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 M3, after going through the process of spreading questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results of the study found that the influence of Culture and Norms has a significant influence on members trust in times of crisis. Both of these factors are very important because Culture and Norms provide the ability for business actors to stay afloat in times of crisis. In addition, business actors should also improvise their products in times of crisis to maintain smooth financial cash flow.

Abstract

Di situasi saat ini dimana era pandemic operasional perusahaan berjalan dengan kekuatan organisasi dengan para pelaku manajemen yang berpikir keras bagaimana mengelola permintaan serta kebutuhan dan memasok kebutuhan kepada para pelanggannya. Penulisan artikel ini membahas tentang pengelolaan manajemen perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode peramalan permintaan dalam memenuhi permintaan para intermiten produk suku cadang pada sebuah perusahaan otomotif, dengan sebuah penelitian permintaan intermiten perusahaan yang menunjukkan pola fluktuatif, adanya permintaan dalam jangka waktu tertentu, dan penelitian ini menguji 2 metode peramalan dalam memprediksi permintaan suku cadang yaitu metode Metode ABC, Simple Exponential Smoothing (SES) dan Moving Average Exponential Smoothing dengan menggunakan data permintaan 2017-2020 untuk meramalkan permintaan pada tahun 2021. Kinerja metode peramalan ditentukan berdasarkan mean squared error, dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Simple Exponential Smoothing memiliki performansi yang paling baik. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan dan memilih metode peramalan terbaik untuk memprediksi kebutuhan dan permintaan kebutuhan suku cadang perusahaan. In the current situation where the pandemic era has caused many companies to experience crises, the company's operational activities are carried out with organizational strength that makes management actors think hard in managing the needs and supplying the needs of their customers. This study discusses the management of the company by using the demand forecasting method in meeting the demand for intermittent spare parts products in an automotive company. In this study, the company's intermittent demand trend shows a fluctuating pattern with demand within a certain period of time. This study examines 2 forecasting methods in predicting the demand for spare parts, namely ABC analysis, the Simple Exponential Smoothing (SES) method and the Moving Average Exponential Smoothing using 2017-2020 demand data to forecast demand in 2021. The performance of the forecasting method is determined based on the mean squared error, and the research results This shows that the use of the Simple Exponential Smoothing method has the best performance. The main purpose of this study is to compare and choose the best forecasting method to predict the needs and demands of the company's spare parts needs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh mediasi Nilai Perusahaan pada Return On Asset dan Earning Per Share terhadap Harga Saham. Populasi penelitian ini Perusahaan Sektor Pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2016-2021. Pemilihan sample secara purpusive menndapatkan lima belas perusahaan. Earning per Share berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan tetapi Return on asset tidak berpengaruh. Nilai perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Nilai Perusahaan tidak memediasi Return On Asset dan Earning Per Share terhadap Harga Saham. This study aims to determine the effect of Company Value mediation on Return On Assets and Earnings Per Share on Share Price. The population of this study is Agricultural Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016-2021. Purpusive sample selection got fifteen companies. Earnings per Share affect Company Value but Return on assets has no effect. Company value affects Share Price. Company Value does not mediate Return On Assets and Earnings Per Share against Share Price.
