EKOMABIS: Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen Bisnis is a journal published twice a year (January and July) by LPPM Universitas Pelita Bangsa that focused on economics, management, and Business Studies. The aim of the journals is to disseminate the research in management studies that include marketing, finance, production, human resources, and strategic management. This journal did not give limitations on research methods, both of quantitative and qualitative can be accepted and the data from primary, secondary, and literature review. The decision for acceptance depends on double-blind review results.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji daya tarik konten, gratis ongkos kirim dan harga flash sale sebagai pemicu keputusan pembelian pengguna e-commerce di Tiktok Shop. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna Tiktok Shop di Klapanunggal Bogor. Pengambilan sampel secara startified sampling dengan jumlah 100 sampel sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier ganda diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa daya tarik konten dan harga flash sale yang tinggi menjadi pemicu tingginya keputusan pembelian. Gratis ongkos kirim yang semakin besar justru menurunkan keputusan pembelian pengguna e-commerce Tiktok Shop. The study aims to test the attractiveness of content, free shipping and flash sale prices as a trigger for purchasing decisions of e-commerce users on Tiktok Shop. The population in this study is Tiktok Shop users in Klapanunggal Bogor. Startified sampling with 100 samples as respondents. Data collection using a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS software. The research found that the attractiveness of content and high flash sale prices are the triggers for high purchase decisions. The increasing free shipping actually reduces the purchase decisions of Tiktok Shop e-commerce users

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bukti fisik, daya tanggap dan empati dalam mempengaruhi kepuasaan konsumen studio Shutterkeep Photography Cileungsi. Penelitian di Shutterkeep Photography yang berlokasi di Jl. Cileungsi-Setu Pasir Angin, Kec Cileungsi, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 83 konsumen sebagai sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensi diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.0 for windows. Bukti fisik tidak mempengaruhi kepuasaan konsumen sedangkan daya tanggap dan empati positi dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. This study aims to determine physical evidence, responsiveness and empathy in influencing consumer satisfaction of Shutterkeep Photography Cileungsi studio. Research at Shutterkeep Photography located on Jl. Cileungsi-Setu Pasir Angin, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency, West Java by distributing questionnaires to 83 consumers as samples. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inference analysis processed using SPSS program version 22.0 for windows. Physical evidence does not affect consumer satisfaction while responsiveness and empathy affect consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelayanan Online dan Fasilitas Pembelajaran online Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan di Gunung Puteri, Bogor selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan jalan meneybar kuesioner kepada 83 mahasiswa dari total populasi 465. Data penelitian merupakan hasil kuesioner online yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 16 dengan metode analisis regresilinier ganda. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa pelayanan online dan fasilitas pembelajaran online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. This study is to determine the Effect of Online Services and Online Learning Facilities on Student Satisfaction. The study was conducted in Gunung Puteri, Bogor during the COVID-19 pandemic by distributing questionnaires to 83 students from a total population of 465. The research data was the result of an online questionnaire which was then processed using SPSS version 16 with multiple regression analysis methods. This research resulted in findings that online services and online learning facilities have a significant effect on student satisfaction.

Abstract

Demand Forecasting (peramalan) merupakan isu yang krusial untuk menjalankan management operasi yang efisien, hal ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan stok, mengurangi biaya, meningkatkan penjualan, laba, dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Berikut merupakan studi kasus pada perusahaan bergerak di bidang manufaktur khususnya di komponen suku cadang (spareparts) yang mana kebutuhan pasar tidak menentu dan tingginya nilai inventory di perusahaan tersebut. Metode forecast yang digunakan oleh perusahaan manufaktur adalah metode likelihood function dengan perhitungan yang sudah dijalankan sejak lama, penulis membandingkan dengan 2 metode yang lain yaitu metode moving average dan metode naif, hasilnya nilai Deviasi Rata-Rata Absolut (MAD) yang paling kecil adalah hasil dengan menggunakan metode moving average forecast. Demand Forecasting (Prediction) is a crucial issue to run efficient operations management, it aims to optimize stock, reduce costs, increase sales, profit, and increase customer loyalty. The following is a case study on manufacturing company, especially in spare parts components where market needs are uncertain and high inventory value in the manufacturing company. The forecast method used by manufacturing companya is the likelihood function method with calculations that have been carried out for a long time, the author compares with 2 other methods, namely the moving average method and the naive method, the result is that the smallest Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) value is the result with using the moving average forecast method.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis variabel komitmen afektif dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, metode yang digunakan esplanatory research, variabel komitmen afektif dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan produktivitas kerja sebagai variabel terikat, data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji regresi secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial komitmen afektif tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables of affective commitment and work discipline on work productivity, the method used was explanatory research, the variables of affective commitment and work discipline as independent variable and work productivity as the dependent variable, the data was obtained through a questionnaire, then statistically analyzed using a partial regression test, and simultaneously, the results showed that partially affective commitment did not affect work productivity. Work discipline affected productivity

Abstract

Industri Skincare berkembang dengan sangat pesat, hal ini menyebabkan persaingan antar pasar menjadi semakin kompetitif terbukti dengan hadirnya berbagai macam merek kosmetik baru. Penelitian ini akan mendalami mengenai Kualitas Produk dalam mempengaruhi pembelian ulang dengan variabel penghubung yaitu kepuasan fungsional dan kepercayaan. Studi ini melibatkan 80 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian dan memakai produk scarlett. Data yang sudah terkumpul diolah menggunakan SmartPLS dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis struktural menggunakan pendekatan partial least square. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa kepuasan fungsional dan kepercayaan memediasi kualitas produk terhadap pembelian ulang. Kualitas produk yang semakin tinggi akan meningkatkan kepuasan fungsional dan kepercayaan yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan pembelian ulang produk. The skincare industry is growing very rapidly, this causes competition between markets to become more competitive as evidenced by the presence of various new cosmetic brands. This study will explore Product Quality in influencing repeat purchases with connecting variables, namely functional satisfaction and trust. This study involved 80 respondents who had made purchases and used scarlett products. The collected data is processed using SmartPLS and analyzed using structural analysis using a partial least square approach. The study resulted in findings that functional satisfaction and trust mediate product quality against repeat purchases. Higher product quality will increase functional satisfaction and trust which will ultimately increase product repeat purchases.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menemukan bukti empiris pengaruh nilai utilitaria, harga dan promosi terhadap pembelian impulsif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Populasi penelitian bersifat infinite atau tidak diketahui jumlahnya yaitu konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di Butik Kenzie Mall Mandonga Kendari Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai utilitarian tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsif, harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsif dan promotion memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsif di Butik Kenzie Mall Mandonga Kendari. This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of utilitarian value, price and promotion on impulse buying. This type of research is quantitative research and the analysis tool of this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The population in this study is infinite, that is, the number is unknown, the sample in this study were consumers who had shopped at the Kenzie Boutique Mall Mandonga Kendari. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling with a total sample of 66 respondents. The results of this study indicate that utilitarian value does not have a direct influence on impulse buying, price has a direct influence on impulse buying and promotion has a direct influence on impulse buying at Kenzie Boutique Mall Mandonga Kendari.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh ambiguitas peran dan keadilan organisasi terhadap stres kerja dan cyberloafing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pegawai aparatur sipil Negara (ASN) yang bekerja di Kota Salatiga. Jumlah responden berjumlah 104 orang yang dipilih menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Ambiguitas peran dan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Selanjutnya, ambiguitas peran dan keadilan organisasi juga ditemukan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Namun hipotesis bahwa stres kerja memediasi pengaruh ambiguitas peran dan keadilan organisasi terhadap cyberloafing tidak terdukung dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of role ambiguity and organizational justice on job stress and cyberloafing. The research method used is quantitative by using a questionnaire for data collection. The population in this study is civil servants (ASN) who work in Salatiga City. The number of respondents was 104 people who were selected using accidental sampling. The data analysis technique uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with the SmartPLS application. The variables of role ambiguity and organizational justice have an effect on work stress. Furthermore, role ambiguity and organizational justice were also found to have an effect on cyberloafing behavior. However, the research hypothesis that job stress mediates the effect of role ambiguity and organizational justice on cyberloafing is not supported in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh content marketing terhadap brand awareness yang dimediasi customer engagement dengan online travel agent sebagai objek. Sebanyak 399 responden berkontribusi dalam pengisian kuesioner secara online melalui google form yang selanjutnya diolah menggunakan aplikasi partial least square (PLS). Sehingga penelitian ini dapat digolongkan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh content marketing terhadap brand awareness melalui customer engagament secara langsung positif dan signifikan. Demikian pula terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara content marketing terhadap brand awareness serta customer engagement dan juga ada pengaruh customer engagement terhadap brand awareness positif dan signifikan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dapat menyempurnakan penelitian sebelumnya yang sangat jarang menunjukkan hubungan ketiga variabel tersebut utamanya peran customer engagement sebagai mediator. This study aims to analyze the effect of content marketing on brand awareness mediated by customer engagement with online travel agents as the object of research. A total of 399 respondents contributed in filling out the online questionnaire through the google form which processed using the partial least squares (PLS). This research can be classified as quantitative research. From the analysis results indicate that there is a direct positive and significant effect of content marketing on brand awareness mediated by customer engagement. Likewise, there is a significant influence between content marketing on brand awareness and customer engagement. There is also a positive and significant effect of customer engagement on brand awareness. This study can improve previous research which rarely shows the relationship between the three variables, especially the role of customer engagement as a mediator.

Abstract

Disiplin preventif, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan penting dalam mendorong kinerja. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh disiplin preventif, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan Bumi Perkemahan dan Graha Wisata Pramuka. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 68 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket dianalisis dengan regresi linier ganda pada taraf uji 5%. Hasil penelitian disiplin preventif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan; motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan arah positif. Preventive discipline, work motivation, and leadership are important in driving performance. This study examines the effect of preventive discipline, work motivation, and leadership on employee performance. The population in this study was the employees of the Campground and Graha Wisata Pramuka. Sampling using accidental sampling with a research sample of 68 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires or questionnaires was analyzed by multiple linear regression at the 5% test level. The result of this study is that preventive discipline has no effect on employee performance; Work motivation has no effect on employee performance. Leadership influences employee performance in a positive direction
