Abstract

Era disrupsi adalah era dimana perubahan besar terjadi dalam kehidupan manusia. Perubahan tersebut terjadi lantaran terjadinya perubahan dan sumber energi yang berasal dari manusia menjadi serba mesin yang dijalankan secara otomatis lewat kekuatan yang bernama teknologi. Saat ini teknologi tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kehidupan manusia. Teknologi membantu setiap lini kehidupan. Teknologi menjadikan setiap kehidupan menjadi mudah. Perlu untuk betul-betul menggunakan teknologi kearah positif dan membangun. Salah satunya dalam kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling yang berbasis teknologi. Penggunaan teknologi dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling mampu meningkatkan keterserapan materi yang diberikan dalam layanan bimbingan serta dapat mengefektifkan peran konselor sebagai fasilitator guna memandirikan peserta didik di sekolah. Konselor perlu untuk mengembangkan diri agar dapat mengaplikasikan teknologi kedalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling guna menciptakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang inovatif, kreatif, adaptif serta fleksibel di era disrupsi ini.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a diverse culture, each region has unique and distinctive cultural characteristics. Cultural differences in each region will affect students' self-concept. The concept of self is the individual's beliefs, views and judgments on him, self-concepts that are not genetic or inherited from parents but are determined by the results of interaction with the environment both parents and the surrounding environment. Self-concept has a very important role in determining student behavior and the future, therefore education is needed as an effort to form self-concept in students in order to develop optimally. Cross-cultural counseling is one of the efforts can be made in educational efforts to shape students' self-concept, where cross-cultural counseling has a role in helping the targeting process that is consistent with the client's life experience and cultural values, recognizing the client's identity to include individual dimensions, group and universal, supporting universal use, strategies and specific roles of culture in the healing process, and balancing the importance of individualism and collectivism.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang kelompok kelas IPA-IPS terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian expost facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 380 siswa, sedangkan sampal penelitiannya diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan rumus Isaac dan Michel sehingga diperoleh sampel 180 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan skala psikologis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang kelompok kelas IPA-IPS berpengaruh 26,3% terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh 22,2% terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi dan persepsi siswa tentang kelompok kelas IPA-IPS berpengaruh 16,2% terhadap minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang kelompok kelas IPA-IPS maka minat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi juga akan meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the behavior contract technique group counseling to reduce the symptoms of smartphone addiction. This type of research is an experimental study with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data collection instrument used was the smartphone addiction scale. Validity was tested with the Product moment formula and with a reliability coefficient of 0.936. The data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon test analysis. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test (Z = -2.366, p <0.05), it showed that there was a significant decrease in the symptoms of student smartphone addiction after being given treatment, the average decrease was 18.18%. This shows that the behavior contract technique group counseling is proven to be effective in reducing the symptoms of smartphone addiction in students. Furthermore, school counselors can apply and develop group counseling with the behavior contract technique as an alternative strategy to reduce the symptoms of student smartphone addiction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cognitive restructuring techniques on students' social anxiety. The research design used in this study was one group pretest-posttest design.The population in this study was grade VII students of SMPN 5 Gerung with a total of 37 students, and the samples in this study were 9 people who were indicated to have high levels of social anxiety based on the results pre-test. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires as the main method and methods of observation, interviews and documentation as a complementary method. The results of this study indicate that cognitive restructuring techniques have an effect on minimizing students' social anxiety.

Abstract

Psychological well-being is a condition where individuals can balance their potential optimally. The purpose of this was to determine whether there was an increase in psychological well-being before and after being given treatment as a preventive to face the aging population in Mangkujayan Village, Ponorogo District, Ponorogo Regency. The research design in this study was a one-group pretest-post test. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling. This sampling is done with the aim that there is no sample selection on the subject based on things outside the data needs of the study. The data collection technique used in this research is questionnaire, which is a data collection instrument that contains statements or questions which are then filled in by the respondent. The data analysis techniques using Wilcoxon Test through the SPSS 16 application. The results through the Wilcoxon Test show significant <0.05, namely 0.005 and it can be said that the hypothesis is accepted so that cinema education services can improve psychological well-being as a preventive effort to face the aging population in Mangkujayan Village, Ponorogo District, Ponorogo Regency in 2020.
