Abstract

The purpose of this PTS is to increase competency in applying authentic assessment techniques through the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) Approach to Teachers in SD Negeri 1 Perumnas Way Halim Bandar Lampung in 2018. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through observation and field data notes, interviews, and notes on the results of reflections / discussions on the application of authentic assessment techniques conducted by the teacher, in this case the researchers partner with partners and colleagues. Guidance activities on the application of the CTL approach to teachers in SD Negeri 1 Perumnas Way Halim have been well implemented and are contributing to the improvement of teachers' understanding and pedagogical competence in authentic assessment techniques. The results of Cycle I Coaching reached 36 (60%), Comprehension 32 (53%), Application of 35 (58%), Cycle II Coaching reached 49 (81%), Comprehension 52 (86%), Leading 46 (77%), Cycle III Guidance reached 55 (92%), Understanding 57 (95%), Leading 53 (88%). The conclusion of this study states that the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) approach can improve the Pedagogical Competence of Authentic Assessment Techniques in Way Halim 1 Elementary School Teachers in Bandar Lampung, 2018.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to improve the implementation of Discovery Learning by the Group Guidance method for Elementary Teachers in Palas Subdistrict, South Lampung in 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research method uses School Action Research (PTS), with research flow within the 2004 National Education Department, the research cycle starts from planning (planing), organizing, observing and reflecting and following up. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation of activities, mentoring performance, implementation of Discovery Learning in learning, partnering with partners and colleagues. The results of Cycle I Counseling Performance reached a score of 44 (65%) Good category, Workability 19 (63%), Activity 18 (60%) Active. Cycle II Counseling Performance reached a score of 52 (76%) Good categories, Workability 21 (70%), Activity 23 (73%) Active. Cycle III Counseling Performance reached a score of 66 (97%) in the category of Very Good, Workability 26 or (87%), Activity 28 (93%) Active.

Abstract

The problem raised in the study was the low competence of teachers in implementing online and offline learning according to standard processes during the Covid-19 outbreak. Meanwhile, one of the teacher's duties is to carry out meaningful learning in order to achieve maximum learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to improve competence in implementing online and offline learning through guidance with the consultation method for elementary school teachers in Teluk Betung Utara Bandar Lampung in 2020. The results showed that in cycle I teacher competence reached a score of 37 or reached 52% and cycle II reached a score of 68 or reaching 95%, which is increasing from cycle I to cycle II and achieving indicators of research success. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that the competence of implementing online and offline learning can be improved through guidance with the consultation method for elementary school teachers in Teluk Betung Utara, Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Based on the pre-research results of the implementation of social studies learning (1) learning activities are still dominated by teachers so that students are less active in learning (2) the method used in social studies learning is the lecture method, where the information/concepts being studied are notified or presented by the method. lecture only; (3) in the learning process the teacher does not provide reinforcement in the form of providing motivation to students. The problem formulation in this study is "Whether the use of demonstration methods can increase social studies learning activities in class V SD Negeri 1 Gedung Air Bandar Lampung for the 2019/2020 academic year. The purpose of this study was to improve social studies learning activities in class V SD Negeri 1 Gedung Air Bandar Lampung for the 2019/2020 academic year. The results of the research on the social studies learning process using the demonstration method in class V SD Negeri 1 Gedung Air Bandar Lampung for the 2019/2020 academic year, were as follows: In cycle 1 teacher performance reached 67% and student activity reached 63%. In the second cycle, the teacher's performance reached 78% and student activity reached 71%. In the third cycle the teacher's performance reached 88% and student activity reached 92%.

Abstract

One of the important tasks of the teacher is conducting research. The research developed at this time is the Class Research Model. But the reality on the ground, the assessment of learning outcomes is still very poorly adjusted. This is due to research conducted by teachers currently not using the assessment rubric. Therefore, it is necessary to have an effort to improve teacher competency in compiling assessment rubrics so that research meets the expected requirements. The problem in this study is how to improve the competence of teachers in grades IV, V, VI teaching Indonesian North Lampung in compiling assessment rubrics. To improve teacher competency in compiling the rubric of assessment, there needs to be structured coaching. Structured coaching is coaching that is carried out in a planned and ongoing manner, this research is a school action research. In this action research using repetitive cycles. Each cycle there are four stages, namely planning, implementing action, observation-evaluation, and reflection. The results showed that increasing teacher competency in compiling assessment rubrics could be improved through structured coaching. Structured guidance referred to in this study, is guidance (MGMP/KKG) activities. Based on the results of observations and evaluations of the cycle, it can be obtained that the assessment rubric prepared by the teacher is increasing. This is indicated by the average value of the results of the assessment rubric.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe techniques to improve students' abilities in reading learning, especially reading comprehension through the clos technique. As for the background of this writing because the ability to understand the content of reading in grade 6 SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya is very low, while reading has a very important role in the world of education. The ability to understand reading will determine the quality and success of a student as a student in his studies, because all subjects are closely related to reading. By having the ability to understand quality readings, a person can master science, so that poor reading habits have a negative impact on a student. To overcome this, the teacher's effort and creativity are needed. The application of the Clozure technique in learning to read is an effort to train students' comprehension and ability in reading comprehension. The application of the klos technique is carried out by giving students the task of reading silently a discourse in full concentration, with the specified time, after the specified time the reading is taken by the teacher, then students are given another text with the same text but certain parts have been removed to be completed by students so that it becomes read as before.

Abstract

Based on observations and experiences during teaching at SD Negreri 3 Labuhan Dalam, it is known that the average score of grade VI student examinations conducted in the even semester of science subjects is low, namely 54. This score indicates that student learning outcomes are low and have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria. (KKM), namely 60. The learning carried out so far is still conventional. This is due to the limitations of teachers in applying the learning model. Based on the problem, one of the learning models that are thought to be able to overcome this problem is learning using a guided inquiry model. In inquiry learning, students are more directly involved during the learning process to solve problems given by the teacher. This classroom action research was conducted in 3 cycles. The factors observed were student activity and learning outcomes. The research objective was to describe the increase in activity and student learning outcomes after guided inquiry learning. Based on the research results, it is known that guided inquiry learning can improve student activity and learning outcomes from cycle to cycle. There is an increase in student learning activities in each cycle. In the first cycle the student learning activity was 1.80 in the category of "moderate activity", in the second cycle it increased from 0.22 to 2.02 in the "moderate activity" category, and in the third cycle the student activity increased again by 0.19 to 2, 21 with the category "Medium Activity". Student learning outcomes in each cycle. In the first cycle the average student learning outcomes was 58.84 in the "Not Complete" category, then in the second cycle it increased by 2.41 to 61.25 in the "Completed" category, and in the third cycle the average learning outcomes increased again. amounted to 6.88 to 68.13 with the category "Completed".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical data on the effectiveness of the learning model of circuit learning on the ability to write poetry of students in terms of the creativity of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Gunung Terang Bandarlampung. The research method used is experiment. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Gunung Terang, Bandarlampung. The research sample was taken using multistage randomg sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study include: (1) descriptive data analysis; (2) Test requirements; (3) inferential data analysis. The data analysis technique used is the one-way ANAVA technique. The results showed that from the Anova one-way calculation, the significance value (Sig.) Of 0.000 <0.05 was known. So, it can be concluded that the average value of writing poetry from the three categories of creativity (high-medium-low) is "significantly different".

Abstract

The problem of this research is motivated by the lack of optimal thematic learning outcomes of class IV students of Negeri 3 Talang Elementary School. The purpose of this study was to know the improvement of student learning outcomes through the application of the inquiry learning model. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The technique of collecting data is done by observation and test questions. The analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study show that through the application of the inquiry model can improve the thematic learning outcomes of students. This can be seen from the percentage of classical completeness in student learning outcomes in the first cycle is (67%) obtained by the category "Medium" and in the second cycle (88%) increased the increase to the category "High".
