Abstract

This media development aims to produce a valid and effective learning media product as one of the learning resources for social science learning in grade 4 elementary school. The development of multimedia learning using ASSURE model which has 6 stages, namely: (1) student analysis, (2) determining learning objectives, (3) choosing methods, media and materials, (4) using media and materials, (5) encouraging student participation, (6) evaluation and improvement. The subject of this multimedia development of social studies is grade 4 elementary school students. The development of multimedia learning is declared valid for use in class IV IPS learning. This is obtained from the validation of media experts, material experts, individual students, small groups, large groups / klasikal. After the expert test and trial to students then conducted posttest that aims to find out the effectiveness of the use of this learning media. The test results obtained in the use of multimedia learning ips showed that the students managed to obtain grades above the established KKM. By demikan can be concluded that the development of multimedia learning ips is very effective to be used in conducting the learning process.

Abstract

Learning media is a part that really determines the effectiveness and reduces the limits of learning objectives. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the title SD Learning Multimedia Development on Natural Events Material Theme 8 Sub-theme 1 Learning 1 Class 1 SD. The object of this research is how the Development of Elementary School Learning Multimedia in Material Natural Events Theme 8 Sub-theme 1 Learning 1 Class 1 SD. The data technique in this research uses the method of observation, documentation, and interviews. This learning media is also made so that students do not get bored when studying at home with their parents. Multimedia-based learning media is a learning media that uses the combination of images, sound or audio and video.

Abstract

This multimedia development aims to produce a multimedia product in the form of a valid and effective learning video as a source of learning in elementary schools. This study uses the ADDIE development research method developed by Dick and Carry to design a learning system. The ADDIE development model consists of five stages which include: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. The results of this study are in the form of learning videos for class III Theme 1 material to recognize the meaning of the image on the Garuda Pancasila symbol. The development of elementary school multimedia learning on the material to recognize the meaning of symbols in Pancasia is very important for learning because the position of the media fully serves the learning needs of students, clarifies messages so that they are not too verbalistic, overcomes the limitations of space, time, energy and sensory power, creates a passion for learning, and can interact directly between students and learning resources.

Abstract

Based on the initial research conducted, the researcher found the problem that the teacher was not maximal in using learning media, so this study aims to determine the development of interactive learning media that utilizes a technological development in the form of multimedia. To find out the feasibility of the media, and to find out the effectiveness of the interactive learning media based on the material on the diversity of ethnic groups in the theme of 7 grade IV elementary schools. utilizing a technological development in the form of multimedia Product design, making this learning media utilizes network-based digital technology by using a video maker application to combine various images that contain learning material, the selected images are also images that suit students, namely in the form of animated image. Where an interesting animation creates a sense of interest for the students themselves. The results of this study obtained an expert assessment of the media developed by researchers, namely interactive learning media that utilizes a technological development in the form of multimedia to obtain appropriate and very feasible criteria for differences in the results of social studies material on ethnic diversity theme 7 class IV before and after using interactive learning media a technological development in the form of multimedia. The conclusion of this study is that this interactive learning media gives students the success of learning through the media of a video accompanied by written learning material as an explanation for students and also uses a sound background so that students who watch are more interested and find learning more enjoyable. In addition, schools are also advised to facilitate educators to participate in media development training in order to broaden their horizons.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of discovery learning model to critical thinking skill and students’ result study on interactions between living things and environment subject matter. The design of this research was control group pretest-posttest. The qualitative data were critical thinking skill which obtained through perceptions of students and worksheet were analyzed by descriptive. The quantitative data were obtained pretest posttest were analyzed by t test with signification level of 5%. The result showed average of percentage critical thinking skill on experiment class (80,5%) was higher than control class (61,9%). Then, students’ result study were obtained from N-Gain score on experiment class (65) was higher than control class (50). Based on this research, it can be concluded that discovery learning model gave influence to critical thinking skill and students’ result study on interactions between living things and environment subject matter.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to improve learning outcomes about rights, obligations and responsibilities as citizens by using learning videos for students, and whether the use of learning video media can increase students' understanding of rights, obligations and responsibilities as citizens. used is classroom action research (CAR). This method is carried out through 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that the average value obtained from classical data was 83.4 students completed as many as 29 people, 10 students did not complete with a predetermined KKM of 82, with a percentage of completeness reaching 74.4% while students who did not complete by 25.6%. In Cycle II it was found that the classical average reached 87.2 students completed as many as 32 people, students did not complete and 7 students with a predetermined KKM were 82, with a percentage of completeness reaching 82.05% while students who did not complete were 17, 95%. The percentage of teacher activity in Cycle I has increased by 81.25%, of the 16 indicator items observed, teachers in Cycle I were able to implement 13 indicators, while the remaining 3 indicators were not implemented, in Cycle II teacher activity reached the highest score between Cycle I and Cycle I and Cycle II. Cycle II with an activity percentage of 93.75%, from 16 observed indicator items. Thus it can be concluded that the use of learning video media can improve student learning outcomes about rights, obligations and responsibilities as citizens.

Abstract

Currently, education is required to be better related to student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are strongly influenced by how the teacher chooses the delivery model of learning material in the classroom. Therefore, this article was created with the aim of providing references related to learning models which in their application have been proven to improve student learning outcomes in elementary schools. In Indonesia, there are various types of learning models, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages. On this occasion the researcher only chose one learning model, namely discovery learning. So the researchers conducted research using the meta-analysis method, which is an effort to summarize various research results by studying 5 data documents related to the use of published discovery learning models. From the research conducted, it is proven that the discovery learning model is able to help increase student activity in the learning process with students finding their own information so that it shows an increase in student learning outcomes both in elementary school.

Abstract

Based on pre-study activities and student achievement of SD Negeri 3 Gedong Tataan, Pesawaran Regency in learning Mathematics is low. The purpose of this research is to increase the activity and learning achievement of Addition Using Realia teaching aids in grade 2 students of SD Negeri 3 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method uses CAR through the research cycle, data is obtained from tests to obtain achievement data and observation sheets to observe student learning activities and is also supported by observations by observers. The results of the research on learning activities in the first cycle an average of 68.5%, the second cycle an average of 86.5%, the third cycle an average of 99.5% (cycle I to cycle II increased 18%, cycle II to cycle III increased 13 %, student activity increased by an average of 15.5%.The average learning achievement (complete) Cycle I was 22 (completed 73%), Cycle II averaged 25 (completed 83%), Cycle III averaged 30 ( completed 100%). That is, from cycle I to Cycle II increased 10%, Cycle II to cycle III increased 13%, or student learning outcomes increased by an average of 11.5%. Thus, the use of realia teaching aids can increase activity and Learning achievement Summing for Grade 2 students of SD Negeri 3 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase activities and learning outcomes of Physical Education through the course review method for Class VI students of SD Negeri 2 Natar, Natar District, South Lampung, for the 2019/2020 academic year. CAR research method in 3 learning cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Natar, South Lampung, in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The research data was taken from observing the activities and learning outcomes of students and colleagues. Cycle I learning outcomes 61%, learning activities 62%, cycle II learning outcomes increased to 73% and Activities 81%, cycle III learning outcomes increased to 82%, learning activities 85%. Conclusion The use of the Course Review Horay (CRH) model can improve activities and learning outcomes of Physical Education in Class VI students of SD Negeri 2 Natar South Lampung 2019/2020.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that students' learning outcomes are not yet maximal. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in social studies learning outcomes after following the scramble learning model for the fourth grade students of SDN 1 Penawar Jaya Tulang Bawang. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques using test questions, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the percentage of student activity in the first cycle of meeting 1 obtained a percentage of 57.14% (less) and at the second meeting a percentage of 67.86% (enough). In the second cycle at the first meeting the percentage was 82.14% (good) and at the second meeting the percentage was 92.86% (very good). While the aspect of learning outcomes at the pre-cycle stage obtained a percentage of 47.06%, increased in the first cycle to 64.71% and increased again to 88.24% in the second cycle. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the application of the scramble learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SDN 1 Penawar Jaya Tulang Bawang.
