Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing the increase in civics learning activity and achievement through the method of giving assignments to fourth grade students of SDN 3 Penengah, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung. The problem in this study is the low activity and achievement of Civics learning in grade IV students. The research objective was to increase civics learning activities and achievement in grade IV SDN 3 Penengah Bandar Lampung. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted by using 3 cycles. Collecting data in this study using observation and test guidelines. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of the data analysis showed that there was an increase in student learning activities in cycle I was obtained 23%, cycle II was obtained 43%, and cycle III was obtained 86%. The increase in student activity in the first cycle increased 23%, and the third cycle increased 44%. The learning achievement of students in the first cycle increased 20%, the second cycle obtained 47%, and the third cycle obtained 87%. The increase in student activity in the first cycle increased 20%, the second cycle was 43%, and the third cycle increased 44%, it was 87%. The conclusion of the research is that learning using the assignment method can increase Civics learning activity and achievement in grade IV SDN 3 Penengah.

Abstract

Efforts to recognize character education programs (PPK), there are five main values ​​in the character of PPK, namely religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and integrity. Education is a very important element in the development of the Indonesian nation. Especially school is the basic foundation in forming the mental and character of the nation's generation. Through PPK in the classroom by integrating the core character values ​​in the learning process. The teacher is one of the character forms of students in school. The purpose of this research is to instill the values ​​forming the character of students to effectively prioritize certain values, so that the education of students has characters that can change behavior, ways of thinking, and ways of acting. The research subject was a class teacher at SDN 002 Nongsa in the 2018/2019 academic year. Researchers used school action research (School Action Research). Data collection techniques using observation and instrument sheets. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in class supervision in recognizing the character of students. cycle II 90%, but there are still teachers who are below average in conducting classroom supervision.

Abstract

Regarding the problems in SDN 001 Nongsa, there is a need for adequate handling assistance. In this case, the effort made is to carry out In House Training (IHT) activities, which aim at improving teacher professionalism through a systematic cycle. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. The research was conducted in cyclic stages, each cycle consisting of 4 (four) steps including: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The results of this study, 6 teachers from the schools who were the research subjects, all showed an increase in competence according to the predetermined success indicators. The suggestions put forward are: (1) it is necessary to intensify the professional improvement of teachers in making HOTS questions through IHT activities or the like (2) to improve the professionalism of teachers, schools, there needs to be IHT activities carried out not only in the school environment but also at the KKG level, so that they can exchange experiences through academic dialogue.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of multimedia on student learning outcomes. The problem in this research is the decline in student learning outcomes during the implementation of the online mode or distance learning (PJJ) established by the government. This study used purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study was a test. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant impact of the use of multimedia on the learning outcomes of class V SDN 02 Sumur Putri Bandar Lampung. This is shown by the Wilcoxon pretest and posttest results showing the sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so that the use of multimedia can be an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in online mode learning.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this study was the ability to write descriptions of the Odd Semester Class of SD Negeri 1 Gulak Galik in Bandar Lampung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research sample of 30 students was taken using a stratified proportional random sampling technique from the existing population. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a performance test, which assigned students a description of the object in the school environment. Data analysis used quantitative analysis using a simple percentage formula. The results showed that the ability to write descriptions of class V Odd Semester SD Negeri 1 Gulak galik Bandar Lampung with a sufficient category with a score of 67. Of the 5 aspects that were assessed there was 1 aspect of content suitability with a score of 87.5 declared very good, 3 aspects were sufficient, namely aspects of spelling writing, written form and sentence effectiveness, and 1 aspect which is stated to be lacking in the aspect of word choice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of mathematics learning in determining FPB and KPK through the application of the NHT type cooperative learning model to grade VI students of SDN 1 Sukarame, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung. This type of research is a classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. In each cycle, two meetings were held. The research subjects were 22 students of class VI SDN 1 Sukarame, consisting of 16 boys and 6 girls. Data collection techniques using tests, observations / observations, field notes, and documentation. The results of the research is that through the application of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning method in mathematics learning, the material determines FPB and KPK to improve teacher skills, student activities, and student learning outcomes of Class VI SDN Sukarame for the 2018/2019 academic year. Suggestions are given that teachers should use innovative models and varied media in learning.

Abstract

Opening in learning is a definite activity, the mention of opening learning is a pre-learning activity or also called pre-instructional. The main function of pre-learning activities is to start learning in order to be effective which allows students to follow the learning process well. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This method is used because in this study describing or describing the implementation of pre-learning activities. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. From the series of observations of the pre-learning activities that have been carried out at SD Negeri 3 Simpang Katis, the results of the pre-learning activities and the pre-learning habituation carried out systematically in the implementation by the class teacher, among others, before entering the class, students are advised to line up in front of the class, then shake hands with class teachers, and carry out examination of the neatness and hygiene of students. After entering the class they do literacy first, such as praying, attend students, sing Indonesian Raya songs, other national songs, memorize short chapters, and memorize multiplication. Then the class teacher can start with small games like ice breaking about movements and songs so that they can increase the enthusiasm of students to learn.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) on student learning outcomes. The problem in this study is the low student learning outcomes. This research uses purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study used non-tests and tests. The results of data analysis showed that there was an influence on the use of the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) on the learning outcomes of Grade IV students of SDN 1 Gisting. This is indicated by the average value of student learning outcomes who follow learning using the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) in the experimental class is higher than the average value of student learning outcomes who do not use the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) in the control class.

Abstract

The selection of the title of this study is due to the problem of the low activity and achievement of mathematics learning especially integer count operations in Mathematics class IV students. The purpose of this study is to describe the increase in activity and learning achievement of integers in Mathematics in Elementary School Class IV Semester 1, using the PAKEM approach. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of SDN 8 Air Bandar Bandar Building Semester 1 2018/2019 Academic Year. which numbered 34 students. Data obtained from observers observation sheet notes on the learning process planned by researchers, observation sheets of learning activities and test sheets to determine learning achievement. Data were analyzed with simple statistics, namely percentages. Based on the findings and results of the discussion for 3 cycles, the increase in students' learning activities in Cycle I reached 56%, Cycle II reached 76%, Cycle III reached 85%. Learning achievement Cycle I Completed 52%, Cycle II Completed 86% Cycle III 100% and observers observing in partnership with researchers showed good average criteria. The conclusion of the study is that the use of the PAKEM approach can increase the activity and learning achievement of integer mathematics in fourth grade students of SDN 8 Gedong Air Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low capacity of teachers write lesson plans that conform to the standard process mdengan ketetan. While the task of one teacher is to plan learning well in order to achieve maximum learning goals. The aim of the study is to improve the ability to draw up a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through ongoing guidance to the MIN MIN 1 Pesisir Barat TP 2019/2020. The results showed in the first cycle the ability of teachers to reach a score of 37 or reached 52% and cycle II reached a score of 68 or reached 95%. Increasing from cycle to cycle reaches indicators of research success. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that the ability to draw up a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) could be improved through ongoing guidance to Teachers MIN 1 West Coast TP 2019/2020.
