Abstract

Education in the era of globalization really demands that all resources operating in the world of education, especially teachers, must quickly adapt to these conditions. This research aims to describe teachers' strategies in facing digital transformation in the era of education 4.0 considering the important role of educators. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was carried out at one of the Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SDIT) in East Jakarta using data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The research results show that teachers' strategies in dealing with digital transformation are good through effective implementation in learning. The strategy carried out is through learning technology training by bringing in IT expert resource persons from several computer tutoring centers and colleagues regarding Google Class Room, Zoom Meeting, Google Meet, Sway, Canva, and video editing. Self-motivation and self-esteem make the strategies implemented in facing digital transformation work well. School support regarding IT infrastructure is very helpful in the implementation efforts carried out by teachers. The strategies carried out, the results have been implemented in the learning process for students. The obstacle in facing this strategy is the problem of an unstable internet connection. The main strategy that must be carried out concerns the capabilities of human resources and the infrastructure that is owned must be adapted to changes in needs that occur. Digital technology as a strategy must be well prepared so that digital transformation runs smoothly.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is the Indonesian Government's policy in preparing students for learning outcomes in the implementation of the new curriculum. This research aims to find out how the implementation of the independent curriculum improves the learning outcomes of students at Development Technology Vocational School and Puja Bangsa Vocational School. The research method chosen in this research is a qualitative method in the form of data analysis (library research). Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The source of information we got was from the Deputy Head of Curriculum. The results of the research show that the independent curriculum plays an important role in improving learning outcomes where the teaching and learning process can take place in an exciting way, filled with creativity and innovation which can later motivate students to learn, and teachers are also motivated to improve their professional abilities in teaching and learning activities, so that learning outcomes achieved. So the researcher can conclude that the Merdeka curriculum is freedom in determining how to behave, process, think, act creatively for the self-development of each individual by determining his own destiny. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in improving learning outcomes is marked by the implementation of a learning process in which the teacher becomes a facilitator, mediator and motivator for students so that they are enthusiastic about learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality, location and product innovation on purchasing decisions using word of mouth. The subjects of this survey were 450 visitors. Validity and reliability tests are used to measure the validity and reliability of research tools in the form of questionnaires. Hypothesis Test analysis has been carried out using SmartPLS. In this research, researchers used Outer Model Testing and Inner Model Testing. The results of the research show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect, word of mouth as a moderating variable weakens the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, word of mouth as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions, word of mouth as a moderating variable weakens the influence of location on purchasing decisions, and word of mouth as a moderating variable weakens the influence of product innovation on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

There is always problem of change order during the implementation of the project, either in first, middle, or the last project which involves the service user and the service provider. In every construction projects, there is always changing which called as change order (Jaydeep, et al, 2015). The change order could directly increase the cost of the project because of the additional material and volume, conflict of implementation schedule, rework, increase the overhead and increase the employees’ fee (Hanna, et al, 1999). The aim of this research is to find the causative factors of change order and identify the dominant factors which cause the change order which influences the time performance of the national bridge project. The data collecting technique of this research used survey and the previous research. The analysis method that was used to find the dominant factors was Partial Least Square (PLS). There are 28 dominant factors the cause of change order which influences the time performance on national road project. From the 28 dominant factors, they will divide in to 3 factor groups.

Abstract

The Government through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN Persero) have decided to increase the basic electricity tariff as of July 1, 2022. This certainly impacts the operational costs in the provision of education at Faletehan University. With this increase in operational costs, efforts to improve the efficiency of electricity usage are needed, one of which is through the implementation of energy management in managing electricity usage at Faletehan University. Energy management itself is an integrated activity carried out by an institution to control energy consumption in order to achieve effective and efficient energy utilization to produce maximum output through structured and economical technical measures to minimize energy consumption, as stipulated in Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2012. Based on this, research related to the implementation of energy management as an effort to improve the efficiency of electricity usage is needed, with the research location at Faletehan University. This research aims to identify where and how much energy is used by Faletehan University and what steps can be taken to conserve energy as an effort to improve the efficiency of electricity usage at Faletehan University
