Abstract

The flourishing land makes Indonesia to be an agricultural country. Majority of the population in Indonesia works in the agricultural sector. This sector is one of the sectors that supports the country's economy. One of the areas in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) Province that has quite large agricultural potential is Gunungkidul Regency. This research aimed to analyze the agriculture sector role in economic growth in Gunungkidul Regency. This research method used data analysis techniques consisting of the Klassen Typology Method and Location Quotient analysis. Based on the results of the Klassen Typology Method analysis, the agricultural sector in Gunungkidul Regency is in quadrant 2, namely the advanced but emphasized sector. Meanwhile, the results of the Typology Method analysis show the agricultural sector as one of the sectors in Gunungkidul Regency with a base or source of growth. This means that it was able to meet agricultural needs for its own region and the excess can be sold to other regions.

Abstract

Abstract The problem of public satisfaction with civil population registration administration agencies has the impact of inefficiency in making KTP, Family Cards, Birth Certificates and updating data on civil registration in the city of Bandar Lampung. There is an online service program to provide convenience and efficiency from the presence of a third party in civil registration administration, Researcher want to know the purpose of the program, namely the chocolate program, namely. online system without queues, and get the order of community management and candysweet programs, namely. an online management program that can be managed anywhere online via websites and applications. Population and Civil Registration Service as an administrative service agency for population registration. This research using SEM-PLS is quantitative research with a sample size of 100 people using the structural equation model method. The empirical conclusions obtained show that the chocolate program's online service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, the Permenmanis program's online service quality has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction. People who do not understand technology well will have an impact of dissatisfaction, while there are often problems with website maintenance and management, giving rise to public complaints demanding better system improvements, so that the efficiency of updating data in the population system is easier, and the data available to the public is up to date. .. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of GRDP per capita, expenditure on health expenditure on social protection and the human development index on poverty in regency/city in South Sumatra Province in 2015-2021.The type of research is descriptive quantitative with panel data regression analysis method. The results showed that GRDP per capita and the human development index had a significant negative effect on the poverty rate. Expenditure on health and expenditure on social protection has a positive but insignificant effect on poverty rate in districts / cities in South Sumatra Province in 2015-2021.

Abstract

Fertility is the ability of a woman to give birth to a child alive during her reproductive years, the baby born shows signs of life, including heartbeat, moving, breathing, crying and others. This study was conducted to identify Factors affecting Fertility in Orang Rimba in Jambi Province. The research design used was an Observational Analysis Study, with research locations in Jelutih Village, Batin XXIV District, Batanghari Regency and in Bukit Suban Village, Air Hitam District, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. Sample determination using the Proportional Simple Random Sampling method, with data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model with the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis showed that demographic, conception and environmental variables (programs) proved to have a real and significant effect with fertility variables (p-value< 0.05). Specifically, there is a structural relationship (p-value 0.062) between Intercourse-> Conception-> Fertility. Increasing the intercourse variables (first HUS age, first marriage age) will reduce conception variables (use of birth control devices, the length of vulnerable HUS time after childbirth and increasing the first age of childbirth) thus having an impact on decreasing fertility rates in SAD in Jambi Province. Abstract

Changes in the criteria for Human Rights Care based on Permenkumham number 22 of 2021 have caused many districts/cities to not get the status of Regency/City Caring for Human Rights, the number of regions that care about human rights decreased from 2020 and 2022. This evaluation aims to provide an overview of the implementation of Permenkum HAM Number 22 of 2021 in Jambi Province and what are the obstacles faced in its implementation as well as the relevance, sustainability and effectiveness of MMAF HAM programs/activities, in Jambi Province. Evaluation using an evaluative research approach using the Goal-freeevaluation model, descriptive analysis, evaluation carried out in Jambi Province with samples of Legal Bureaus and Legal Sections of Province/District/City Setda. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the process/mechanism for implementing the fulfillment of the Human Rights KKP Criteria in Jambi Province has run well, and is in accordance with the scheme that has been stipulated in the guidelines for the implementation of the Human Rights MMAF. However, there are several obstacles in its implementation such as a long and costly reporting mechanism; supporting data that is difficult to meet; the officer's lack of understanding of the form and supporting data; still not optimal socialization and technical guidance; and MMAF HAM activities have not become regional priority activities, which have an impact on budget availability in their implementation, from the results of the analysis also obtained several notes on the relevance, sustainability and effectiveness of MMAF HAM programs / activities in Jambi Province in the future, namely on the fulfillment of data supporting the right to legal aid and the right to diversity and pluralism these two aspects are partly difficult to fulfill in Jambi Province because they are hit by the availability of regulations. However, this does not significantly affect the sustainability and effectiveness of KKPHAM activity programs in Jambi province in the future. Keywords: Human Rights, Human Rights Care Criteria, Jambi

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to determine the indirect effects of local income on economic growth with local expenditure as a mediator variable. In more detail, the objectives of this study are to determine the effect of local income on economic growth with local expenditure as a mediator. The study are is Jambi Province with 11 regencies/cities as the unit of analysis, covering the period 2017-2022. The analytical tool used is path analysis. Local income in this study is translated into four variables, local taxes, provincial tax revenue sharing funds, central tax revenue sharing funds, and general allocation funds. Meanwhile, local expenditure is translated into two variables, personnel expenditure and goods/services and capital expenditure. This study did non find local revenue variables that had an indirect impact on economic growth.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to understand the socio-economic characteristics of motor vehicle taxpayers (PKB) in Jambi Province and analyze the influence of education level, type of work, and income level on PKB taxpayer compliance. This research uses primary data collected from 141 respondents in 11 districts/cities in Jambi Province during the 2018-2022 period. Data analysis was carried out using logistic regression. The results of the research show that the level of education has a negative influence, this is because the level of education for some people, especially those with high education and just starting their careers, can influence the cost of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). be a significant financial burden, while the type of work has a positive effect. This is because taxpayers with stable and secure employment have a more stable income, this also allows them to more easily allocate funds to pay motor vehicle taxes and this income level has a positive effect. This is because taxpayers with high levels of income generally have greater financial capacity to fulfill their obligations to pay motor vehicle tax, thereby minimizing the potential for delays or arrears in tax payments. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze legal protection related to wages for domestic workers in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. This research uses an analytical descriptive method with a normative juridical approach, then the data obtained is analyzed qualitatively. The results obtained are that the wages of workers regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower are only intended for formal sector workers and have excluded domestic workers from the regulation. Regulation of the Minister of Manpower No. 2/2015 on the Protection of Domestic Workers (Permenaker PPRT) as one of the regulations protecting domestic workers has not provided optimal protection for domestic workers due to the option to make verbal agreements. Work agreements that are only made verbally with a basic understanding of each other's roles cause clarity regarding domestic workers' rights, such as the wages they receive, to be unclear. A step that can be taken considering the peculiarities of the domestic work sector is the formalization of the employment relationship, by requiring the requirement of a written employment contract or written statement of information, including normal working hours, overtime requirements, wages, including payment in kind if any, agreed deductions, and wage periods and payment methods. Abstract

This research was conducted at Raden Mattaher Hospital Jambi aims to determine the role of knowledge management on innovation performance mediated by employee engagement. This research is a quantitative study, with a sample of 94 respondents who are office administration personnel. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that knowledge management has a significant positive effect on innovation performance, knowledge management has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a significant positive effect on innovation performance, and knowledge management through employee engagement has a significant effect in improving innovation performance. Abstract

The rapid development of the internet has resulted in an increasing demand for internet services. Consequently, there has been a rise in the usage of e-commerce in Indonesia. Apart from serving as a source of information, the internet is now predominantly used for online shopping. Currently, there are numerous online shopping applications such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli, Bukalapak, and others. This trend can lead to impulsive buying behavior among consumers. Impulsive buying is characterized by sudden, unplanned purchases without prior consideration or product evaluation. The objective of this study is to determine the prevalence of impulsive buying among students at one of the public universities in Jakarta. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach to provide a deeper understanding of issues, events, and occurrences. The study uses purposive sampling involving three female students aged 18-24 years who have experience with online shopping. Data collection is carried out through semi-structured interviews conducted face-to-face.The findings indicate that students at one of the public universities in Jakarta exhibit impulsive buying behavior. Among the three subjects in this study, several types of impulsive buying behavior were identified, namely pure impulse buying, suggestion impulse buying, reminder impulse buying, and planned impulse buying. Each subject reported engaging in online shopping activities 3 to 5 times per month.
