Abstract

The results of diagnostics and treatment of patients with liver echinococcosis were analyzed for the periodfrom 2010 to 2018. The follow-up amounted to 59 patients with recurrent liver echinococcosis. The acidformingfunction of the stomach was analyzed in 34 patients who were on inpatient treatment for liverechinococcosis. Indicators of secretion were reliably biased towards hypoacidity. We examined 31 familiesof patients. The total number of examined was 93. In 66,7% of family members who had previously beenoperated on for echinococcosis, reduced acidity was found. This indicates that the risk of infection withechinococcosis is much higher in a hypoacid state than in normoacidic or hyperacidic gastric juice. Amethod of using drugs based on albendazole in the preoperative period, as well as to prevent relapses in thepostoperative period, has been developed and proposed. The analysis of the incidence of liver echinococcosisin all districts of the Khorezm region was carried out. In all areas, especially in the most endemic ones, sanitary and educational activities are carried out both among the population and among the medical staffof regional clinics. Conducted interconnection with the veterinary service of the region, as well as with thesanitary and epidemiological bodies. The proposed method for applying Decasan residual cavity treatmentand ultrasonic cavitation has shown impressive efficiency due to the lower number of relapses

Abstract

The Purpose: To examine the state of thrombocytic and coagulation hemostasis among patients withimmune microthrombovasculitis.Materials and Method: The study included 75 patients with immune microthrombovasculitis. Amongthem, rmen - 24 (32%), women - 51 (68%), the average age is 42.4±1.3 years. The control group consistedof 15 practically healthy persons. Results and Discussion: A study of coagulation hemostasis among patients with immunemicrothrombovasculitis showed the presence of hypercoagulation shift with the increase of fibrinogenconcentration, prothrombin index, shortening of the active partial thromboplastin time and blood clottingtime, the appearance of hybrid monolith complexes - level increase of D-dimer positive ethanol test. Conclusions: The most common clinical form of IMTV is the skin-joint form of the disease (62.2%),89.3% of patients were admitted with an acute form of the disease. Women get sick twice as often (67.3%)than men (32.7%), the highest incidence is in the young age group from 18 to 49 years (87.3%). There ishypercoagulability in case of immune microthrombovasculitis.

Abstract

Hip dysplasia is still the most common pathology in the structure of orthopedic pathology in children, andits diagnosis is difficult, and even with timely diagnosis, treatment does not always bring success, we werefaced with the task of optimizing radiation diagnosis of this pathology based on assumptions about themultiple etiological nature of dysplasia. To solve this problem, we selected 75 children from our ultrasound clinic. There were 52 girls and 23 boyswith an average age of 14 weeks.. Based on the ultrasound study, a technique has been developed to assessthe degree of maturity of the skeleton. Ultrasonic standards for the structure of the hip joints for childrenliving in the iodine-deficient region have been developed. Ultrasound signs of somatic, orthopedic andneurogenic forms of hip dysplasia were revealed.

Abstract

The problem of clinical and instrumental evaluation of the surgical treatment effectiveness of chronicgeneralized periodontitis using RANK-RANKL-OPG biomarkers is discussed in the article. Currently, the important role of Pro - and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the regulation of the immune-inflammatoryresponse has been established 2. Progressive destruction of bone tissue in patients with periodontal diseases isassociated with a combination of cytokines IL-1?, IL-6, TNF and prostaglandins E2. The use of Alhadaya incomplex therapy with surgical treatment will allow to control the level of biomarkers of bone inflammation, which will allow to use this method for the diagnosis of periodontal diseases and as the outcome of treatment,in addition to traditional research method (clinical, functional, x-ray, densitometric).

Abstract

Cryptococcal meningoencephalitis is an opportunistic mycosis. Earlier in medical practice single cases ofthe disease were encountered, now the problem becomes more and more urgent due to the increase in theHIV infection spread, as persons with impaired immune systems are affected. In most cases, cryptococcosisrefers to HIV-associated diseases. However, today there are unexplored clinical, virologic immunologicalaspects of HIV-associated cryptococcosis. The comparative rarity of the multi-organ nature of the lesion, the lack of objective clinical and laboratory data that allow to timely suspect and confirm a cryptococcalinfection, lead to errors in the diagnosis and treatment of this pathology. The main goal of our work is tostudy the prevalence of HIV-associated cryptococcosis, the clinical and laboratory features of HIV-associatedcryptococcosis in patients associated with inflammatory immune restoration syndrome to increase thediagnosis and treatment efficiency in Uzbekistan

Abstract

During the examination and treatment of 465 patients with acute lung abscesses on the background ofdiabetes mellitus, a preoperative preparation program was developed that takes into account the phase of theprocess (group 1 - septic course of the process, group 2 - stabilization, group 3 - remission), the severity ofendotoxemia and non-respiratory lung function. Patients of the 1st group against the background of basiclong-term intra-arterial catheter therapy used the scheme of correction of non-respiratory function of thelungs that we developed, sanitized purulent foci with an electrolyzed solution of sodium hypochlorite. In202 (79.9%) of 254 patients of the 1st group, it was effective that allowed to refuse the operation, while only52 (40.6%) were not operated on in the 2nd, and 26 in the 3rd (31.3%) patients. In parallel, a pronouncednormalizing effect was achieved in correcting the degree of violation of non-respiratory lung functionagainst the background of delimitation and stabilization of the process. This allowed in 109 (60.9%) of 179operated patients to confine themselves to lung resection with 8.7% of postoperative complications in the 1stgroup versus 18.4% in the 2nd and 24.6% in the 3rd, which emphasizes the effectiveness of our preoperativepreparation.

Abstract

The past 5-year data from 222 randomiy selected outpatient cards of hypertensive patients who werefollowed up at a family polyclinic (n=54) and in a number of rural ambulances (n=168) of the Republik ofUzbekistan were retrospectively analyzed. The physicians from the Tashkent family polyclinic and ruralambulances of a number of the Republic’s regions, who had taken 10-month retraining courses for generalpractitioners, were questioned. Questionnaires were used to study 156 and 119 physicians before and afterretraining, respectively. Two hundred and fifty-six hypertensive patients followed up at the family hospitaland rural ambulances were interviewed using questionnaires and examined. Then some of them (a studygroup) took a course of training at a school for the hypertensive patient and the others (a comparison group)did not participate in the education program. All the patients were followed up for 2 years with a subsequentreexamination and study. Most outpatient cards give recommendations for non-drug treatment incompletely. In a number of cases, the physicians who attach importance to the detection and correction of risk factorshas substantially increased after education. The patients who had taken training courses were found to besignificantly (?<0,001) more aware of their having hypertension and the major risk factors of hypertensivedisease, to be more adherent to treatment, and to know its adequacy.

Abstract

During pregnancy, there is a significant restructuring of various organs and systems, including liverfunctions. Due to the increase in circulating blood volume, most indicators of liver function may differ fromtheir level in non-pregnant women. In the liver of pregnant women, the synthesis of a large class of proteins(excluding immunoglobulins), fibrinogen, prothrombin, blood coagulation factors (V, VII, X, XI, XII, XIII),fibrinolytic factors (antithrombin III, proteins C and S) increases. Hepatic enzymes (serum transaminases,?-glutamyltranspeptidase), as well as the bilirubin content do not change during the physiological course ofpregnancy1.

Abstract

Background: Achilles tendinopathy (AT) describes an overuse condition which common experienced bydancers. The reason is because dance is a physical activity involving short explosive runs, turns, jumps, leaps and weight bear on metatarsal heads which forcefully contract the calf muscles and this causes morepressure on Achilles tendon. However, lack of studies on AT in dancers has been reported. Objectives: To find out the prevalence and risk factors of Achilles tendinopathy among recreational balletdancers.Method: Quantitative approach, non- experimental and descriptive research design was conduct on a sampleof 53 female and male recreational ballet dancers. Ages varied from 15- 30 and at least with 2 years ofballet dancing experiences were selected by purposive sampling from the ballet dance company or studios.Screening tools and prevalence sheet priority given to the subjects to fill in to select appropriate populationwho passed the study’s inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then researcher required to palpate the Achillestendon area to confirm the problem before distribute the questionnaire form to ballet dancers. All the datawere using percentage and mode to analyze. Results: Our findings show 28.3% of the recreational balletdancers had AT and footwear is the highest average risk factors among training duration, limited warm upand cool down, and muscle strength. Besides that, our findings also show BMI, unfamiliar choreography, training surface, medication, flexibility and lower limb abnormalities are not the risk factors that cause themto have AT.Conclusion: AT is common among recreational ballet dancers and footwear is the highest average of riskfactors among the four risk factors. These findings provide clearlyInformation for dancers, teachers, sport therapists, health professionals and parents to prevent or treat theinjuries more effectively and help to develop strategies aimed at reducing the prevalence of ballet injuries.
