Abstract

One uses the labor migration in various sectors of the economy. A high degree of stress on the health ofshift workers leads to rapid fatigue and the development of irreversible pathology. Within the observationof two groups during the 52-day shift, the 1st group-before the start of shift work, the 2nd group - after thecompletion of shift labor organization, one put the labor activity under study, and there was time study ofkey functions performed by workers. The body of shift workers functions with a constant level of stress inregard to regulatory adaptation mechanisms to the circumstances of the industrial and climatic environment. In the study of employees ‘ health, there was a decrease in performance at the end of the 1st month of shiftwork with confirmed Vascular and autonomic dysfunctions within the cardiointervalography. In accordancewith the cardiointervalography and measured physical strength by the method of dynamometry, there weredynamic indicators in groups at the stage of warming-up and during the completion of works. The studyof cardiointervalography revealed a negative impact of labour conditions on the cardiovascular system. Inaccordance with the results of the study, the proposals may increase the workforce productivity.

Abstract

Freezing embryos of excellent and good quality allows you to maintain reproductive potential for patientsin the future and achieve pregnancy using one stimulation cycle. Cryopreservation of embryos can becarried out at any stage of development. Vitrification as a method of cryopreservation combines the use ofhighly concentrated solutions of cryoprotectants and rapid (almost instantaneous) cooling by immersingsamples directly in liquid nitrogen. Due to this, the main goal of vitrification is achieved - the absence of theformation of ice crystals, which can damage the cell structure. The advantages of vitrification are as follows:a high concentration of cryoprotectants and a high cooling/thawing rate eliminate the damage caused by theformation of intracellular ice, as well as the undesirable osmotic effects of dehydration and rehydration dueto extracellular crystal formation.

Abstract

Chronic atrophic rhinitis among all ENT organ diseases happens in 10% of cases. This process is very rarelydiffuse and mainly from an ailment, the nasal cavity and nasopharynx are sometimes tracheal membranes. The aim of the study was to study the indicators of a general analysis of blood, iron and ferritin in the blood.A study was conducted of 20 people with a diagnosis of atrophic rhinitis. After the initial reaction, expressedin the form of increased bone marrow production, a significant predominance of lymphocytes sets in again.Based on this, it can be concluded that a degenerative shift with an increase in the number of lymphocytesshould apparently indicate a chronic infectious irritant.

Abstract

The rapid changes in medical theory and practice require physicians to undertake continuing medicaleducation. The low level of qualifications of physicians can eventually lead to medical errors. There is aspecial currency to measure and evaluate the obsolescence of knowledge, the so-called half-life of knowledge.Materials and Method: Analysis of results and evaluations using various forms of training method onone topic between 2nd year master’s degree students (masters) of Tashkent pediatric medical institute andphysicians. Training was conducted traditionally (face-to-face form for periods of each time 1 hundred 10minutes) and distance-based (internet point of-care learning and journal-based continual medical education). The results of tests among 72 masters and 84 physicians were retrospectively analyzed. Results: According to the study, it was found that the average rating in the group of Masters via traditionalmethod with an “unsatisfactory” evaluation was 2 (4%) while in the group of physicians with the sametest the number with an unsatisfactory evaluation was 9 (21%), (which is four times more). The number ofMasters who received a satisfactory evaluation was 12 (23%) (18 physicians received the same evaluation, representing 43%). The number of Masters who got a good evaluation was 23 (43%) and only 10 or 24 %of the physicians got the same score (which is twice less than the result of masters) and 16 (30%) Mastersreceived an excellent rating (5 physicians received the same mark or this was 3 times less).Discussion: More than half of the physicians (being 27 or 64%) responded to the test with an evaluationof “satisfactory” and “unsatisfactory”, while only 14 (26% or 2.5 times less) Masters received such marks.Only 15 (35%) physicians received “good” or “excellent” rating, whereas among the masters, this result was39 (60% or 2 times higher than the responses of physicians). However, among the participant soft the onlineprogram unsatisfactory response was not observed. 8 (42%) participants answered satisfactorily, 11 (58%)of the participants responded with good or excellent marks. Conclusions: Following the results of the analysis, the study showed that the increase in theoreticalknowledge has been identified in a larger number of masters. The knowledge gained through traditionalteaching or distance (online and journal form of training) learning, seems virtually identical, and the studyseems to indicate that they even surpass the traditional method of training.

Abstract

Hemiparesis of various severity is a common type of motor disorder resulting from an experience of astroke. It is motor disorders that lead to the disruption of such categories of activity as the ability to move andself-care, which entails a limited patient mobility. The study has included 35 patients with motor disordersresulting from acute cerebrovascular accidents (CA), and the patients have undergone medical rehabilitation.Clinical research method (Ashworth and Rivermead scales) and mathematical statistics have helped assessthe positive effects of robotic mechanotherapy, which was used in the rehabilitation of stroke patients. As a result of rehabilitation measures with the use of robotic mechanotherapy, 68.2% of the examined subjectshave developed significant strength in the hand, and 45.5% - in the leg (p?0.005). In the remaining subjects,no significant improvement in the motor function has been observed, although mobility has improved in allexamined patients and the average Rivermead mobility index has been 11.4±2.1 out of 15 (p <0.001).

Abstract

Nowadays herbal medicines are widely used in official medical practice in Uzbekistan. At the same time, the most common among both imported and domestic plant-based preparations are liquid dosage forms. The modern stage of application of these medicines is based on the rational use not only of the accumulatedexperience, but also on the achievements of scientific medicine in the study of the composition and featuresof biological activity of medicinal plants and isolated from them active compounds. Studies have shown thatthese drugs contain unique in composition combinations of biologically active substances, providing a widerange of therapeutic and preventive action. To solve the problem developed the composition and obtainedon its basis a liquid extract for the treatment of diseases of the oral cavity of the mixture of plants such aschamomile drug, sage drug, St. John’s wort, calendula drug in the ratio of raw materials - extraction fluid1:1, established the most optimal extraction fluid - 70% ethyl alcohol and obtained alcohol extraction. The resulting liquid extract was conditionally called “Parodonfit” and analyzed according to therequirements of regulatory documentation. Each of the plants has its own quality standard. Qualitativeand quantitative analyses of biologically active substances of liquid extract “Parodonfit” with the use ofphysical and chemical method, such as thin layer chromatography, chromatography spectrophotometry, gasliquidchromatography was carried out. Biologically active substances in the liquid extract - flavonoidsand tannins - were determined during the research. The sum of flavonoids was determined by TLC, wherecompounds of routine, quercetin, cinarozid were isolated. Qualitative analysis of tannins and determinationof heavy metals were conducted by pharmacopoeia method. Quantitative determination of active substancesof cinarozid by chromatospectrophotometry was carried out. The tannins in recalculation for tannin - 3,2% and in recalculation for proanthocyanides - 6,38 % were found out by chemical reactions according tothe GD (governing documents). Quality indicators for liquid extract “Parodonfit” have been developedaccording to the requirements of the normative document: physical and chemical indicators, ethyl alcoholconcentration, heavy metals, microbiological purity. The received results have shown perspective andexpediency of development of highly effective multicomponent medical products on the basis of medicinalvegetative raw materials.
