Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di Universitas Almuslim Bireuen, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap kinerja Karyawan, 2) Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir terhadap kinerja Karyawan , dan 3) Pengaruh Penempatan jabatan terhadap kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verificatif.Analisis data dengan model analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Penelitian descriptive merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang Diklat, pengembangan karier, penempatan jabatan dan kinerja karyawan di Universitas Almuslim Bireuen. Sedangkan penelitian verifikative pada dasarnya ingin menguji kebenaran dari suatu hipotesis yang dilaksanakan melalui pengumpulan data di lapangan. Sampel yang diteliti adalah semua karyawan Universitas Almuslim sejumlah 158 aryawan. Hasil analisis, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh faktor Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja karyawan Universitas Almuslim, yakni sebesar 21,18%. Hasil analisis data juga membuktikan adanya pengaruh faktor Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja karyawan Universitas Almuslim, yakni sebesar 20,99 %. Dan dari hasil analisis selanjutnya, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh faktor Penempatan Jabatan karyawan terhadap Kinerja karyawan Universitas Almuslim, yakni sebesar 14,27 %.

Abstract

The study was conducted on the staff of the Bireuen DPRK Secretariat, with the objectives being 1). Knowing the effect of work experience on employee performance, 2). Knowing the effect of loyalty on employee performance, 3). Knowing how the influence of mutations on employee performance, and 4). Knowing work experience, loyalty and mutation to the performance of the staff of the Bireuen Regency House of Representatives (DPRK). This research is in the form of  uantitative research with a survey of 53 employees by collecting data through a questionnaire. And the method of data analysis with statistics with the path analysis approach. The results obtained that: a). There are direct and indirect effects of work experience, based on work loyalty and employee mutations on employee performance by 25.49 percent. b). There are direct and indirect effects of work loyalty, based on work experience and employee mutations on employee erformance by 24.22 percent. and c). There are direct and indirect effects of employee mutations based on work experience and work loyalty on employee performance by 27.78 percent. Based on the size of the coefficient of determination of 0.776 explains that the contribution of aspects of work experience, work loyalty and employeemutations to the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the DPRK Bireuen by 77.6%. While the rest (residual value) of the role of the variables not examined was 22.4%, showing that there are other factors that can affect performance variables, such as income, organizational climate, leadership, work facilities, and others.  Keywords: Work Experience, Loyalty, Mutation, Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted on high school teachers in Physical Education in Bireuen District, with the aim being a). To find out the magnitude of the influence of the Principal's Leadership on teacher motivation in Physical Education in high schools throughout Bireuen Regency; b). To find out the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on teacher motivation in Physical Education in high schools throughout Bireuen Regency; c). To find out the magnitude of the effect of financial compensation on the motivation of teachers in Physical Education in high schools throughout Bireuen Regency; and D). To find out the simultaneous influence of the Principal's leadership, organizational culture, and Financial Compensation on the motivation of teachers in Physical Education in the Bireuen District. This research is in the form of quantitative research with a survey of 60 high school Physical Education teachers in the Bireuen Regency, by collecting data through a questionnaire. And the method of data analysis with statistics with the path analysis approach. The results showed that 1). there is an influence of the Principal's Leadership factors on the motivation of high school Physical Education teachers in the Bireuen Regency, which is equal to 35.16%. 2). It also proves the influence of organizational culture factors, namely school culture on the motivation of high school Physical Education teachers in the Bireuen Regency, which is 18.46%. Bireuen, which is 13.81%. 4). The results of the analysis of the value of the coefficient of determination explain that the contribution of the factors of Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture and Financial Compensation to the Physical Education Motivation of 67.4%. Abstract

The study was conducted on 125 offices of SimpangMamplam District Bireuen Regency. With the aim of knowing and measuring 1) the influence of leadership on the performance of the Apparatus, 2). the influence of motivation on the performance of the Apparatus, 3). the effect of the work discipline on the performance of the Apparatus, and 4). the effect of competence on theperformance of the Apparatus. The research method used is a quantitative verification approach, with a path analysis method. Descriptively, the results of the study showed that there was support from the Camat Leadership on performance reaching 79.68 percent, this should be optimized again so that employees received clear directions and the Camat's concern for the performance of its employees. Likewise from work motivation, work discipline, and employee competency factors. It appears that the motivation of new employees reached 69.70 percent, while the level of employee discipline reached 74.65 percent. but the level of competence has only reached 70 percent. The results of the path analysis, with a 95 percent confidence level, the results showhat 1). There is an influence of aspects of the Camat Leadership to improve employee performance, both direct influence and indirect influence through work motivation, work discipline, and competency support owned by employees, by 19.98 percent. 2) there is a significant influence between motivation and performance by 21.03 percent.3). While the influence of employee discipline on employee performance, both the direct contribution of factors, as well as the relationship with motivation support, employee competence, and Camat Leadership, amounted to 16.84%. 4) And competency factor which is no less importantfactor that must be owned by employees contributes to the improvement of the performance of Simpang Mamplam District Office staff in the Bireuen Regency by 18.35 percent. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.578 explains that thecontribution of aspects of camat leadership, work motivation, work discipline and employee competence to Performance amounted to 57.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of; 1) School culture on jobsatisfaction 2) Principal leadership on job satisfaction, 3). Emotionalintelligence on job satisfaction, and 4) Job satisfaction on teacher performance.The sample of this research is 50 teachers in Public High School in SamalangaSub-District, Bireuen Regency. The method is descriptive and verification,specifically by using path analysis approach. The results show a significanteffect of 4 variables used; 1). 17.74% School Culture on Job Satisfaction, 2)18.09% Principal Leadership on Job Satisfaction 3). 15.28% Emotionalintelligence on job satisfaction 4). Job satisfaction affects teacher performanceby 30.58%.
