Abstract

This study examined the influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction of organizational commitment of PT.Global JET Express. This study involve 100 respondents as a sample, all of them are permanent employees of PT. Global JET Express. The number of respondents was determined using the nonprobability sampling technique, by purposive sampling method. Multiple regression is used as a data analysis technique and processed using SPSS 25 program. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, while of transformational leadership and job satisfaction has no effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis obtained in this study, the management of PT. Global JET Express is expected to pays more attention to motivation experienced by employees, so that the level of organizational commitment felt by employees can increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service, cleanliness, organization, and healthiness to quality of sushi tei restaurant in DKI Jakarta. The design of this study using descriptive research and causality research, the measurement of each variable using 5 points Likert scale. This study uses primary data and data collection through questionnaires. The research sample was obtained through a purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 145 respondents. The results of this study show that Organization has no effect to Quality, while Service, Cleanliness, and Healthiness have an influence to Quality.

Abstract

Intellectual capitalmerupakan aset pengetahuan yang dimiliki perusahaan sebagai sumber daya yang kompetitif yang akan meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam bersaing dengan memberikan value addedbagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris atas pengaruhintellectual capitalterhadap kinerja dan nilai perusahaan pada industri property and real estateyang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016 - 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan konstruk laten formatif dengan indikator Return on Asset(ROA), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) sebagai indikator pembentuk konstruk kinerja perusahaan, indikator Price to Book Value(PBV) sebagai indikator pembentuk konstruk nilai perusahaan, serta indikator Value Added of Capital Employed(VACA), Value Added Human Capital(VAHU) dan Structural Capital Value Added(STVA) sebagai indikator pembentuk konstruk intellectual capital(VAICTM). Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square(PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) Intellectual capitalberpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan (2) Intellectual capitalberpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the proportion of independent commissioners, audit committee, audit quality, profitability, firm size, institutional ownership and leverage on tax avoidance. Previous researchers used 5 variables, namely the proportion of independent commissioners, audit committee, audit quality, profitability, and firm size. This researcher adds 2 variables, namely institutional ownership and leverage. This study obtained research samples using purposive sampling method. There are 396 data from 132 non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period that have met the criteria. The multiple regression method is a model of this research. The results of this study indicate that profitability and leverage have a significant effect on tax avoidance, while other independent variables such as the proportion of independent commissioners, audit committee, audit quality, firm size and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect on tax avoidance. The larger the profit generated, the company will get tax incentives and tax concessions so that it appears to be doing tax avoidance. The larger the debt the company uses as financing, the interest expense that must be paid. The higher the interest expense, the lower the profit so that tax avoidance will be lower.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of trust, satisfaction, value, happiness and brand image on loyalty to Starbucks customers in Jakarta. This research design uses descriptive and causal research, using a Likert scale that uses five points in its measurement. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling method with primary and secondary data. The sample used as many as 110 respondents and data analysis using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS statistics 25 as a test tool. The results obtained in this study that trust, satisfaction, value and happiness have an effect on loyalty to Starbucks customers in Jakarta, but brand image has no effect on loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non-performing loans and economic shock as an intervening variable on loanable supply and loanable demand in Islamic banks which have an impact on the stability of the performance of Islamic banks in the Pandemic era. The research period is monthly with the research period from June 2019 – June 2021 using behavioral data analysis. We use secondary data from the Indonesian financial services authority. We investigated the data using linear and non-linear analysis to investigate the influence of loanable supply and loanable demand on the performance of Islamic banks in normal times or in a stable economy and the occurrence of economic shocks. From the results of our investigation, we found that non-performing loans have a significant impact on loan supply and loan demand in influencing the stability of the performance of Islamic banks in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Performance shocks in Islamic banks in the pandemic era are not only due to economic shocks but also due to non-performing loans from Islamic bank customers who are unable or have difficulty completing their obligations to Islamic banks.

Abstract

This research was intended to analyze whether Motivation, Leadership, and The Discipline of Work affects employees work on PT. X. The population in this study are permanent employees of PT. X. the population in this study was 146 employees and the sample of this study was 92 employees and the sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. The method used in this research is a descriptive and causal method. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The data used in this research is a data designed internal covered questionnaires, Based on the results of this study, it is known that motivation and leadership have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the Work Discipline doesn’t affect significantly to employee performance on PT. X.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of operating cash flow, investing cash flow, financing cash flow, market to book ratio, earnings per share, price earnings ratio, economic value added and market value added on stock return. The population used in this research are non-financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2020. The sample used for this research consists of 143 listed non-financial companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and analyzed using multiple regression method. The result of this research shows market to book ratio has positive effect toward stock return, add the other independent variables such as operating cash flow, investing cash flow, financing cash flow, earnings per share, price earnings ratio, economic value added and market value added have no effect toward stock return.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the completion of a competency-based training system for managerial employees in the directorate Content Business MNC period 2008-2011. The object of research and the scope of the study is limited to developing a system of competency-based training for managerial-level employees in the directorate Content Business. Competency-based training system composed only covers aspects of the preparation of the training objectives, the selection of training methods, preparation of training materials, as well as the preparation of training evaluation. Competency-based training system composed only cover the system's core competency training, behavioral competency and role competency. The results obtained are the completion of a competency-based training system for managerial employees in the directorate Content Business MNC period 2008-2011 and its implementation plan. The key to successful implementation of the system of competency-based training as one of the implementation of the Human Resource Management (HRM) based on competency is communicating the purpose and benefits of the system implementation of competency based training to all ranks, starting from directors and gradually downward, so that the commitment and support is obtained from all sides. Implementation of competency-based training system as one of the implementation of the Human Resource Management (HRM) based on competency is a change that should also be considered ways to manage the changes that occur synergy.
