JIEBAR: Journal of Islamic Education: Basic and Applied Research is a journal focuses its scope on the issues of basic and applied research in Islamic Education. We invite scientists, scholars, researchers, as well as professionals in the field of Islamic Education to publish their researches in our Journal. The journal publishes covering all aspects of Islamic Education. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has hit the whole world, including Indonesia, has created new challenges for society, especially in the education sector. The most obvious change in the world of Indonesian education is learning, which starts from face-to-face and switches to distance learning (PJJ). The effectiveness of teaching and learning also decreased the number of study hours. The sudden change amid all the limitations makes the tension in education in Indonesia even more visible. And after 2 years of being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, people's social activities are starting to return to normal, including the world of education. All educational institutions are gradually rearranging learning policies towards normal conditions as before the Covid-19 pandemic, but it is unavoidable that changes towards a new direction or called the new normal bring back the fact that Indonesia is currently experiencing a loss of learning. The purpose of this research is to examine what policies have been implemented to overcome the loss of learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a literature review by collecting data from studies that have been conducted and taken from various sources. With the learning lag due to the Covid-19 PANDEMIC, it is necessary to implement policies to overcome this so that loss of learning does not worsen the situation in Indonesian education. the government and educators have tried their best to prevent the loss of learning from taking too long. it would be nice if the effort to restore the enthusiasm for learning was supported by the parents of the students to create a comfortable environment so that the students were able to overcome the material that was previously left behind so that the enthusiasm of the students was able to return to its original state. All education sectors are expected to work well together in implementing policies to correct learning lags.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the results of classroom action research on the application of Cooperative Learning in increasing students' understanding of the hadiths of Muslim history from Abu Huraira and students' activity. The hadith in question is about helping others. The research sample was students grade VIII of MTS N 1 Pati. Data collection uses observation method, learning achievement tests and questionnaires. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the application of Cooperative Learning can improve students' understanding of the hadiths of Muslim narrations from Abu Huraira and increase studens' activity in Al-Quran Hadith subjects

Abstract

Sanad and matan criticism in the study of hadith science is a basic concept that needs to be understood and analyzed to strengthen belief in the quality and quantity of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. Sanad is a series of hadith narrators starting from friends who got it from Rasulullah to the last narrator. Meanwhile, matan is the content of the hadith itself. In particular, this research is expected to provide an understanding of sanad and matan criticism within the frame of hadith study, to determine the validity of hadith. Using a qualitative approach through library research, the author focuses on the object of the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad. which have been collected in hadith books or books. The literature study in this research is based on various references, both in the form of books, journals, and articles that are relevant to the theme of the writing. The results of this study indicate that the criticism of sanad and matan within the framework of hadith science is a science that examines the origins of the hadith transmission, the entire narration in a hadith with the existing characteristics and forms, as well as the matan to determine the quality and quantity of hadith which in turn will determine whether a hadith can be accepted or rejected as evidence in Islamic law.

Abstract

Hancurnya moral disebabkan karena kurangnya pengajaran akhlak dan karakter di dunia pendidikan. Fokus Dalam pengajaran dalam dunia pendidikan dibidang kognitif dan psikomotorik, sedangkan pendidikan karakter merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting diajarkan pada generasi milenial di era 4.0. Peneliti mengkaji tentang Nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam kisah Yusuf didalam Al-qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam kisah Yusuf. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian tentang nilai yang terdapat dalam kisah Yusuf adalah sabar dalam menghadapi perlakuan dzalim, kokoh dan tangguh dalam menghadapi godaan, cerdas dan jujur, pemaaf dan tidak pendendam, rasa kasih sayang, istiqomah dalam berdakwah, dan patuh kepada orang tua. Dan relevansi dari pendidikan karakter adalah pemuda yang sabar dan kuat, anak yang patuh kepada oaring tua, pemuda yang optimis dalam menghadapi masalah, tidak pendendam, serta pemimpin yang rendah hati.

Abstract

This research aims to provide alternative ideas in overcoming exclusive religious practices that seem to be influenced by religious learning methods in schools that have not been able to change and form inclusive attitudes in students. The significance of efforts to restructure the elements of Islamic education that have an inclusive-multicultural orientation, especially in designing the curriculum, the characteristics of educators, and the efficiency of learning methods. This research is a type of desk research, based on a theoretical-philosophical study of various literatures on the concept of education that engages and sharpens the analysis and promotes the researcher's theoretical sensitivity when examining the concept of more creative inclusive education and its application through the Islamic education curriculum. The results of this study show that Islam as a practice of inclusive education through curriculum and competent teachers. Inclusive religious education, emphasizing the importance of developing an understanding of diversity, can be an effective model in transforming religious education in Indonesia's diverse society. Inclusive religious education also acts as a religious learning tool that contributes to the formation of learners' moderate attitudes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the transformation of Harun Nasution's thinking in the context of Islamic education in the 21st century and determine the relevance of his thinking to Islamic education. The method used in this research is to use a type of library research. Library study is an activity for reading in the form of books, articles, dictionaries, or journals. The results of the research state that the renewal of Islamic education in Indonesia, namely: there is a renewal of the Indonesian Islamic higher education curriculum, a renewal of the academic traditions of Islamic higher education in Indonesia, the establishment of a postgraduate course at IAIN, the realization of the transformation of IAIN to UIN. Then, Harun Nasution's thoughts have high relevance in facing the challenges and opportunities of Islamic education in the 21st century. Its critical thinking and inclusiveness helps students develop analytical thinking skills and understand differences in an increasingly diverse society. In addition, an openness approach to change helps Islamic education adapt to changing times and technology.

Abstract

The value of education in Surat Al-Ahzab becomes an example for mankind who discusses the Prophet Muhammad as a person who is an example in everyday life. This research uses a literature review that discusses Surah Al-Ahzab verse 21 and is analyzed with related sources related to the discussion. The results obtained in this study are Surah Al-Ahzab Verse 21 is one of the verses that is rich in Islamic teachings about tolerance and justice. In the context of Islamic education, this verse can be used as a strong exemplary method to shape character and morals. By understanding the meaning, context, and values contained in this verse, Islamic educators can guide the younger generation of Muslims in better understanding and applying the teachings of Islam. Through the application of exemplary methods by referring to the example of the Prophet SAW, we can form better, tolerant, and just individuals in society. Hopefully this article has provided a deep insight into the role of Verse 21 in Islamic education.
