Abstract

This study aims to analyze early childhood character education through the Beyond Center and Circle Time model. This research is in the form of a literature review, carried out by collecting and analyzing data in the form of books; journal; website; articles and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia relating to the center learning model for early childhood character education. Meanwhile, the analysis of these data is carried out by using the content analysis method. The results showed that character education could be carried out appropriately through the center learning model (BCCT). This can be seen from the center learning process that emphasizes character values.

Abstract

Abstract

Pendidikan akhlak sangat diperlukan bagi kehidupan manusia untuk kelangsungan hidup yang bertujuan untuk membangun akhlak manusia yang sesuai dengan tuntunan al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi lingkungan sekolah, kompetensi guru dan mutu pendidikan terhadap pembentukan akhlak siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi, teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 siswa dari seluruh siswa Madrasah Aliyah, dan analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah berkontribusi positif terhadap akhlak siswa sebesar 26,9%, kompetensi guru berkontribusi positif terhadap akhlak siswa sebesar 38,4%, mutu pendidikan berkontribusi positif terhadap akhlak siswa sebesar 36,19%, dan lingkungan sekolah, kompetensi guru dan mutu pendidikan berkontribusi positif (49,4%) terhadap akhlak siswa di madrasah. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah, kompetensi guru dan mutu pendidikan berkontribusi positif terhadap akhlak siswa di madrasah Aliyah. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan akhlak siswa di masa depan dengan menerapkan lingkungan sekolah, kompetensi guru, dan mutu pendidikan di seluruh madrasah Indonesia.

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan elemen penting dalam pendidikan karena penentu tinggi rendahnya kualitas pendidikan. Penilaian kinerja guru perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana hasil kerja guru dalam dunia Pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penilaian kinerja guru dengan menggunakan model Center for the Study of Evaluation-University of California in Los Angeles (CSE-UCLA). The approach used in this research is the qualitative approach, the method used is descriptive-qualitative with research design based on CSE-UCLA evaluation model. This evaluation study used interview techniques, questionnaires, and documentation for the benefit of data collection. Meanwhile, the research informant is a board member of the Islamic Village Foundation as the program owner, the head of the foundation and the principal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model penilaian kinerja guru dengan CSE-UCLA memudahkan dalam menilai kinerja guru.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has hit the whole world, including Indonesia, has created new challenges for society, especially in the education sector. The most obvious change in the world of Indonesian education is learning, which starts from face-to-face and switches to distance learning (PJJ). The effectiveness of teaching and learning also decreased the number of study hours. The sudden change amid all the limitations makes the tension in education in Indonesia even more visible. And after 2 years of being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, people's social activities are starting to return to normal, including the world of education. All educational institutions are gradually rearranging learning policies towards normal conditions as before the Covid-19 pandemic, but it is unavoidable that changes towards a new direction or called the new normal bring back the fact that Indonesia is currently experiencing a loss of learning. The purpose of this research is to examine what policies have been implemented to overcome the loss of learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a literature review by collecting data from studies that have been conducted and taken from various sources. With the learning lag due to the Covid-19 PANDEMIC, it is necessary to implement policies to overcome this so that loss of learning does not worsen the situation in Indonesian education. the government and educators have tried their best to prevent the loss of learning from taking too long. it would be nice if the effort to restore the enthusiasm for learning was supported by the parents of the students to create a comfortable environment so that the students were able to overcome the material that was previously left behind so that the enthusiasm of the students was able to return to its original state. All education sectors are expected to work well together in implementing policies to correct learning lags.

Abstract

Pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang proposisi, logika, dan penalaran ilmiah saat ini menjadi semakin penting bagi anggota masyarakat yang secara teratur membutuhkan konfirmasi fakta, bukan hanya untuk akademisi dalam disiplin filsafat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang logika berfikir sebagai dasar penalaran ilmiah dalam menghasilkan pengetahuan baru berdasarkan proposisi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelian kualitatif deskriptif berbasis kepustakaan dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber berupa buku, artikel jurnal, prosiding, dan sumber lainnya yang mendukung analisis dan pembahasan tema pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proposisi diperlukan untuk bernalar dan membuktikan sesuatu, tetapi proposisi adalah hasil dari beberapa pemahaman. Pertumbuhan pengetahuan dan evaluasi pengetahuan tertentu keduanya sangat bergantung pada logika. Logika berfungsi sebagai dasar penalaran ilmiah berupa pemikiran yang jelas, tepat, dan sehat karena peran logika adalah menemukan, menciptakan, dan menerapkan temuan yang ditegakkan. Pemikiran yang valid harus mengikuti norma-norma yang berlaku, dan logika adalah ilmu yang menawarkan pedoman ini. Hal ini disebabkan oleh persyaratan bukti kebenaran yang terintegrasi dalam penalaran ilmiah antara kebenaran akal dan kenyataan, atau antara deduktif dan induktif. Keduanya menggunakan hipotesis sebagai penghubung di antara mereka. Penalaran menghasilkan ipengetahuan iyang dikaitkan idengan ikegiatan iberpikir. iPenalaran merupakani isuatu iproses iberpikir idalam menarik isesuatu ikesimpulan iyang iberupa pengetahuan. Jadi, ipenalaran imerupakan isalah satu iatau iproses idalam iberpikir iyang menggabungkanidua ipemikiran iatau ilebih iuntuk menarik isebuah ikesimpulan iuntuk mendapatkani pengetahuan ibaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui dampak dari gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organiasasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian Asosisatif, lokasi penelitian pada Dinas Sosial Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Tangerang, teknik sampel adalah accidental sampling berdasarkan covenience dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang pegawai. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui kuesioner yang berisi jawaban-jawaban responden. Kuesioner yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis deskriftif dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil analisis deskriptif menujukan bahwa kinerja pegawai tergolong sangat tinggi. Sementara gaya kepemimpinan tergolong tinggi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja sama- sama tergolong tinggi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian menujukkan baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Tangerang. Organsiasi perlu meningkatkan efektivitas pemimpin melalui pelatihan kepemimpinan secara berkala yang melibatkan pimpinan di level menengah. Selain itu, perlu mempertimbangkan peningkatan komitmen untuk menjaga kinerja yang berkelanjutan dari pegawai

Abstract

The International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum has emerged as a preferred global education framework in many schools worldwide. It not only emphasizes academic achievement but also fosters essential skills for success in an increasingly interconnected global society. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the IB curriculum on the quality of teacher performance. Employing a mixed-methods approach with a qualitative focus supported by quantitative data, the study involved 58 teachers from Islamic Village schools: 17 kindergarten, 29 elementary, 6 junior high, and 6 senior high school teachers, with no age restrictions. Data were collected through questionnaires and document analysis, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings indicate that the implementation of the IB curriculum significantly enhances various aspects of teacher performance: teaching ability (88.90%), understanding of subject matter (90.62%), student interaction (89.74%), classroom management (90.07%)—all rated as "very good." Meanwhile, professional development (78.88%) and contribution to student growth (78.59%) were categorized as "good." Overall, the IB curriculum has positively influenced teacher performance at Islamic Village Schools across all education levels. This study contributes to the enhancement of teacher professional competence and supports the cultivation of a strong school culture and professionalism.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of digital marketing and blockchain technology on enhancing brand awareness for solar panel products offered by PT REY, with a special focus on integrating local wisdom. As the renewable energy sector grows rapidly in Indonesia, solar panels have emerged as a promising solution. However, the challenge of low brand awareness remains significant for PT REY. Digital marketing is a crucial strategy to overcome this challenge and expand the company’s reach. In this study, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the relationship between digital marketing strategies, local wisdom, and brand awareness. The findings reveal that social media, websites, and visual content, structured strategically, effectively increase brand awareness and introduce solar panels to a wider audience. Additionally, integrating local wisdom into digital marketing campaigns enhances the emotional connection between the brand and its consumers, enriching the REY brand’s value. The results demonstrate that both digital marketing and local wisdom play significant roles in boosting brand awareness, with their combination having a stronger impact than using each element separately. This research offers valuable insights on how combining digital marketing, blockchain, and local wisdom can create a unique brand identity and provide competitive differentiation in the growing renewable energy industry in Indonesia. The findings contribute to promoting sustainable energy solutions while supporting businesses in building stronger brand identities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa terhadap pelaksanaan program disiplin restoratif di sekolah serta hubungannya dengan proses pembelajaran. Disiplin restoratif merupakan pendekatan pembinaan perilaku yang menekankan pada pemulihan hubungan sosial, pengembangan tanggung jawab pribadi, penumbuhan empati, serta penyelesaian konflik secara konstruktif, bukan melalui pemberian hukuman yang bersifat menghukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas siswa dan guru yang terlibat secara langsung dalam penerapan disiplin restoratif di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap program disiplin restoratif. Mereka merasa dihargai, didengarkan, serta diberi kesempatan untuk memperbaiki kesalahan tanpa rasa takut atau malu akibat hukuman. Selain itu, penerapan disiplin restoratif memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar, kemampuan regulasi emosi, dan keterampilan sosial siswa, serta mempererat hubungan antara siswa dan guru. Secara keseluruhan, disiplin restoratif berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, inklusif, dan berkarakter, yang mendukung perkembangan holistik dan keterlibatan akademik siswa.
