Abstract

Abstract— Technological developments require businesses to be able to prioritize fast service, increase productivity, and convenience and create superior products. By selling and buying products via the internet, it will make it easier for people to access e-commerce websites effectively and efficiently and increase store sales. The problems that occur in Sports Stores XYZ are that there is no system to inform product details, product prices, product sizes, and product stock so that customers run out of items they want to buy, lack of maximum sales promotion, no reports for the best-selling products, lack of maximum results in searching sales report data. This research method builds and designs E-commerce with a WordPress content management system (CMS), develops a B2C (Business-to-Customer) E-commerce model, discusses making product catalogs, ordering products, product transactions, and confirming payments, payment is done by transfer between banks and then the shop will validate if the buyer has confirmed the payment. This research resulted in the availability of product catalog, cart, and checkout features on the E-commerce system, the coupon feature and the sales report feature, and best-selling products. Abstract

In determining the best teacher, there are several factors into the assessment. This assessment is based on teacher performance assessments at the Prosperous Vocational High School and internal activities. For the sake of efficiency and effectiveness of work, the right decision making is needed. With the aim to build and provide alternatives. decision support system is a system that has the ability to analyze alternatives for selecting the best teachers using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, where there are several criteria used, namely Achievement, Quality, Discipline, Responsibility, Years of Service for the selection of teachers who each have a weight assessment so as to provide teacher assessment results which provide an assessment of each of the best teacher performance. This decision support system helps and provides alternatives in assessing each teacher. The final result is obtained from the calculation process, namely the sum of the normalized matrices with weights per criterion which shows the ranking of the best teacher selection from the first to the last of the criteria. From this assessment, it becomes an alternative which then gets the best teacher.

Abstract

Pada saat ini penggunaan teknologi informasi dirasakan sangatlah penting bagi para pelaku bisnis agar mempermudah pekerjaan dan menghasilkan informasi yang cepat. PT. Sunhope Nutrisi selaku pelaku bisnis yang bergerak dibidang penjualan suplemen, merasakan pentingnya penggunaan teknologi informasi ini. Sistem yang sedang berjalan di PT. Sunhope Nutrisi mengalami berbagai kesulitan dalam mengolah atau membuat laporan persediaan barang suplemen dan data penjualan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dilakukan penelitian yaitu membangun sistem informasi persediaan dan penjualan barang berbasis desktop. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan model proses pengembangan sistem prototipe. Aplikasi sistem informasi persediaan dan penjualan barang dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman java dengan database yaitu mysql. Dengan adanya sistem informasi persediaan dan penjualan barang diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat PT. Sunhope Nutrisi dalam mengolah dan membuat laporan persediaan barang maupun penjualan barang suplemen. Kata Kunci— Sistem Informasi, Persediaan, Penjualan, Suplemen

Abstract

Dalam melayani konsumen, toko pakaian ini menggunakan media sosial seperti Instagram. Dengan keterbatasan fitur yang dimiliki Instagram, toko pakaian ini memiliki banyak kendala dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Kurang efektif dan sistem yang ada saat ini tidak modern. Pemasaran produk yang kurang optimal dan pembukuan laporan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam menghitung pendapatan dan stok barang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas, penulis berinisiatif membuat website toko pakaian berbasis e-commerce untuk membantu mempermudah proses transaksi penjualan, promosi dengan jangkauan yang lebih luas, dan pembuatan laporan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan akhir ini adalah observasi, wawancara, analisis dokumen, dan studi pustaka. Untuk menganalisis model bisnis yang digunakan, penulis menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dengan menggunakan tools WordPress Content Management Systems (CMS) dalam pembuatan website e-commerce. Diharapkan dengan menerapkan E-Commerce di toko pakaian sebagai media informasi kepada pelanggan dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk, serta dapat menciptakan sistem rekapitulasi, penjualan, pembayaran, pengiriman dan laporan pelanggan.

Abstract

The amazing development of IPTEK has been creating extraordinary benefits to advancement of human civilization. The benefits can be obtained in some fields such as scientific development, economics, education, politics, and many other fields. Based on the explanation above, it is interesting to examine the use of information and communication technology in various fields of human life, especially in the field of education so that the existence of information and communication technology can truly be realized and obtained by wider society. Education is recognized as the most important instrument in social and economic change. Improving the quality of education and expanding learning opportunities are the main problems faced by Southeast Asia countries. Thus, ICT is believed to be a strategic way to overcome these problems. In essence, ICT is the result of the process of teaching science and technology. Its existence as a the result of education makes big contribution and has big influence on the implementation of education. This can be seen from many educational practices which even depend on the existence of information technology and communication devices

Abstract

TPQ Al Fatih is one of the non-formal educational institutions that is a place to learn the Qur’an for children to teenagers. The problems that occur in the attendance and payroll systems that have been running at this time are still recorded manually. The attendance of students is recorded in the daily attendance folder, while for teachers there is no special book to record their attendance. The calculation of teacher salaries is also still being recapitulated manually by asking directly to each teacher. The purpose of this study is to design a system that can manage attendance and perform payroll calculations using the waterfall method and UML (Unified Modeling Language) for modeling.

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi salah satu sektor yang berdampak akibat pandemi covid 19, terutama terkait Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT). Banyaknya mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan membayar UKT inilah maka dari beberapa pihak dan donatur bekerjasama dengan yayasan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini dengan membuka jalur pendaftaran baru beasiswa dengan alur pendaftaran manual. Inilah permasalahan baru yang membuat staff mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa yang berhak mendapatkan beasiswa dan memakan banyak waktu. Dalam permasalahan yang terjadi di atas, maka di buat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk Menentukan Penerima Beasiswa Aktivis bagi Mahasiswa Bogor yang akan membantu baik dalam proses penginputan data berkas pendaftar beasiswa maupun proses penentuan penerima beasiswa mahasiswa aktivis dengan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Techique (SMART). Sistem yang dibuat dapat dikatakan layak di gunakan karena hasil rekomendasi sudah sesuai harapan pengguna dan proses penginputan data berkas pendaftar beasiswa dan proses penyeleksian beasiswa menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Gudang inventory RS Bhakti Asih membutuhkan adanya suatu sistem informasi yang akurat untuk menunjang kegiatan perusahaan karena sistem yang ada pada gudang inventory ini dilakukan secara manual. Mulai dari permintaan ruangan, penerimaan barang dan distribusi barang sampai penyimpanan data – data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses penerimaan barang hingga laporan. Proses pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data – data yang diperlukan juga menjadi permasalahan pada gudang inventori. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan untuk pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan waterfall. Dengan adanya sistem inventory penerimaan dan distribui barang RS Bhakti Asih ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah admin dalam mengelola data transaksi sampai pembuatan laporan – laporan.

Abstract

Ordering goods is something that is usually done during a transaction, whether it is done conventionally or using technology. CV Wanda is a business that operates as a soft drink distributor that provides distribution services to agents, which in this case started to experience problems due to the lack of service provided for orders of goods requested by the agent. This is because CV Wanda still uses conventional methods in carrying out this process. Therefore; In order to make it easier for agents to place orders, a technological touch is needed that can help both parties. One way is to use SMS as an integrated means of ordering goods. This was chosen because SMS signals can still reach more remote areas in the process of sending order data which is expected to help minimize existing problems.

Abstract

Research was conducted to measure user satisfaction with the quality of the Siakad IDAQU Jakarta application using the Green and Pearson method and Multiple Linear Regression as data analysis techniques. All users of the IDAQU Jakarta application are involved, namely. campus leaders, lecturers, staff and students. A sample of 90 people was taken using disproportional stratified random sampling. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the regression coefficient on the variables ease of use, customization, download delay and content is positive, meaning that when the values of the four variables improve, user satisfaction will increase. Meanwhile, the user evaluation results for each questionnaire indicator are quite strong with an interpretation scale of 70% - 84%, which means that users are satisfied with the IDAQU Jakarta application, so the application is suitable for use as a student monitoring tool in the future.
