Abstract

Abstract— The rapid development of information technology in the modern era, every organization or agency competes to use a computerized system. owned system development is used to support all activities undertaken. one of them is in processing academic data specifically designed to meet the needs of an educational institution. as well as a web-based academic information system (siakad) at the pesantren tahfidz adh dhuhaa bulak santri. all things related to academic data such as input data of student grades, student data, subject schedules, class data, teacher data, assignment data and so on will be easier and faster so as to be able to streamline time. in the development of academic information systems, the methodology used is the waterfall methodology, this application was created using MySQL for databases and PHP programming languages as a tool for the information system. Intisari— Pesatnya perkembangan Teknologi Informasi di era yang modern, setiap organisasi atau instansi saling berlomba-lomba untuk menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Pengembangan sistem yang dimiliki digunakan untuk mendukungan segala aktifitas yang dijalani. Salah satunya dalam pengolahan data akademik sekolah. Penerapan sistem sistem informasi akademik yang secara khusus dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sebuah lembaga pedidikan. Seperti halnya sistem informasi akademik (siakad) berbasis web pada pesantren tahfidz adh dhuhaa bulak santri. Segala yang berkaitan dengan data akademik seperti input data nilai, data siswa, jadwal pelajaran, data kelas, data guru, data pembagian tugas mengajar dan lain sebagainya akan lebih mudah dan cepat sehingga mampu mengefektifkan waktu. Dalam pengembangan sistem informasi akademik, metodologi yang digunakan adalah metodologi waterfall, aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan MySQL untuk database dan bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai alat bantu pembuatan sistem informasi tersebut. Abstract

Abstract— Rika Rent Car Car Rental offers car rental services. During this time car rental booking transactions carried out by consumers in the rental in question via telephone or come directly to the rental. Problems also arise in car rental reservations using the telephone will require a long time to obtain information about the car that has not been rented. In addition, problems arise in the process of recording car rental reservations which take a lot of time because it is still inputted through the desktop application. And ordering by telephone does not satisfy consumers because they can not see pictures of cars to be rented. To overcome this obstacle, a web-based car rental information system application was built at Rika Rent Car Car Rental, with modeling software used as a structured method. This system is web based, with application data security and networking guaranteed. Based on the results of the research and after alpha and beta testing of the web-based car rental information system application at Rika Rent Car Rental, it is expected that with the web-based car rental information system at Rika Rent Car Rental, promotions, car rentals can be done accurately and quickly so as to produce information that can help companies and consumers. Intisari— Rental Mobil Rika Rent Car menyediakan pelayanan berupa sewa mobil. Selama ini transaksi pemesanan sewa mobil dilakukan oleh konsumen di rental yang besangkutan via telepon atau datang secara langsung ke rental tersebut. Permasalahan juga muncul pada pemesanan sewa mobil dengan menggunakan telepon akan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai mobil yang belum disewa. Selain itu permasalahan muncul pada proses pencatatan pemesanan sewa mobil yang memakan banyak waktu karena masih di inputkan melalui aplikasi dekstop. Serta pemesanan melalui telepon tidak memuaskan konsumen karena tidak bisa melihat gambar mobil yang akan disewa. Untuk menanggulangi kendala tersebut maka dibangun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi persewaan mobil berbasis web di Rental Mobil Rika Rent Car, dengan pemodelan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode terstruktur. Sistem ini berbasis web, dengan keamanan data aplikasi dan networking yang terjamin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan setelah dilakukannya pengujian alpha dan betha terhadap aplikasi sistem informasi persewaan mobil berbasis web di Rental Mobil Rika Rent Car, Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi persewaan mobil berbasis web di Rental Mobil Rika Rent maka promosi, persewaan mobil dapat dilakukan secara akurat dan cepat sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang dapat membantu perusahaan dan konsumen. Abstract

Abstract — Cloud Computing is a combination of the use of computer technology (computing) and internet-based (cloud) development. Cloud is a metaphor of the internet, as clouds are often depicted in computer network diagrams. As with the cloud in the computer network diagram, cloud (cloud) in Cloud Computing is also an abstraction of the complex infrastructure that is hidden. It is a computational method in which capabilities related to information technology are presented as a service (as a service), so that users can access it via the internet (in the cloud) without knowing what is in it, experts with it, or have control over the technology infrastructure that helps it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya laporan atas tindakan dokter yang menyebabkan pasien yang bernama Mohammad Gathfan Habibi meninggal dunia, dari laporan tersebut diketahui bahwa dua dokter yang dilaporkan tersebut juga telah melakukan pelanggaran izin praktik dengan tidak memiliki surat izin praktik di Rumah sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Nyai Ageng Pinatih. Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penyelesaian kasus pelanggaran izin praktik oleh dokter serta untuk mengetahui kendala bagi aparat kepolisian dalam menyelesaikan kasus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, lokasi penelitian di Polres Gresik dan Dinas Kesehatan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data diperoleh dari informan yang berasal dari Kepolisian Resort Gresik, Dinas Kesehatan, serta orang tua korban. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian kasus ini menemukan bahwa dua dokter telah melakukan pelanggaran izin praktik dengan tidak memiliki surat izin praktik. Proses penyelesaian pada tahap pemeriksaan pendahuluan dilakukan atas tindakan yang dilakukan oleh dokter karena adanya laporan, untuk penerapan Pasal 76 Undang-Undang Nomor 29 Tahun 2004 tentang Praktik Kedokteran tersebut tidak tepat karena adanya putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 4/PUU/V/2007 yang telah melakukan uji materiil terhadap Pasal 76 Undang-Undang Praktik Kedokteran, yang menyatakan bahwa pasal tersebut tidak memiliki kekuatan hukum mengikat dan bukan merupakan suatu tindak pidana, maka untuk penyelesaian kasus pelanggaran tersebut tidak dilakukan oleh pihak kepolisian namun oleh Majelis Kehormatan Disiplin Kedokteran Indonesia (MKDKI) atau Majelis Kehormatan Etik Kedokteran (MKEK). Kendala dalam menyelesaikan kasus ini sumber daya manusia dari kepolisian Polres Gresik kurang menguasai dan memahami kasus pelanggaran izin praktik yang dilakukan oleh dokter, pihak kepolisian belum mengetahui adanya uji materiil terhadap Pasal 76 Undang-Undang Praktik Kedokteran sehingga dalam proses pemeriksaan pendahuluan pihak kepolisian masih menerapkan Pasal 76 Undang-Undang Praktik Kedokteran terhadap dokter-dokter yang dilaporkan.Kata Kunci : Proses Penyelesaian, Dokter, Pelanggaran Izin Praktik.AbstractThis research was motivated by a report of action of the doctors that caused a patient, named Mohammad Gathfan Habibie, died. Of the report, it has been known that the two reported doctors haven’t had a license of practice in the Maternity Hospital of “Nyai Ageng Pinatih”. This research aims to know the adjudication process of the case of practice license violation by the doctors and to know problems faced by police officers to resolve the cases. This legal research constitutes an empirical legal research. Approach used in this research is qualitative approach, location of the research is in the police office of Gresik and the public health office of Gresik. Type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. Data was obtained from informants coming from the police office, the public health office, and parents of the victim. Analysis used in this research is qualitative analysis. Results of the research of this case found that the two doctors have conducted the violation of the practice license by have no the practice license. The adjudication process in the phase of preliminary examination was conducted on the action of the two doctors because of the report. The application of article 76 of the medical practice acts is not correct because of the verdict of constitutional court number 4/PUU/V/2007 which have conducted judicial review to the article 76 of acts 29 year 2004, that the article do not have binding legal force and is not a criminal act, so to resolve the case of violation is not conducted by the police but by the medical professional organization that is MKDKI and MKEK. Problems in this case is human resources owned by the police office of Gresik is insufficient in mastering and comprehending the case of practice license violation by the doctors, the police haven’t known the judicial review of article 76 of the medical practice acts so that in the preliminary examination process the police still applied article 76 of the medical practice acts to the reported doctors.Keywords: adjudication process, doctor, practice license violation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, fasilitas kerja, motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Tellu Limpoe Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, fasilitas kerja, motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Tellu Limpoe Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan Untuk menganalisis faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Tellu Limpoe Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang mengambil sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpul data yang pokok. Populasi penelitian adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Non Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kantor Kecamatan dan Kantor Kelurahan di Kecamatan Tellu Limpoe Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang yang berjumlah 75 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja. 2) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara fasilitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja.3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja.4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara kompetensi, fasilitas kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. 5) Varibel paling berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja adalah motivasi kerja pegawai Kecamatan Tellu Limpoe Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.

Abstract

One of the infectious diseases that emerged in Indonesia in 2020 has been designated as a COVID-19 pandemic since March 11, 2020, and until now, the pandemic has not been completed. Surveillance has a role in providing information on targeted disease control activities; analyzed the COVID-19 surveillance system based on the current system approach at the Makassar City Health Office. Methods This research is a descriptive observational study conducted in September-October 2020. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews with people who were key informants of COVID-19 surveillance activities. There are four informants in this study. In addition, secondary data was obtained from the P2P field regarding COVID-19 cases. In general, the Input component has not been fulfilled; HR has multiple tasks, the job desk is irregular, and several important forms are not used in the methods section. The process component has been running but has not been maximized because there are still incomplete data, no reports based on the PE form, the All-Record TC-19 information system has not been used, and data analysis is still incomplete, data analysis is not equipped with data interpretation. In the Output component, the success rate for public health surveillance criteria has not been evaluated, and the dissemination of information has been carried out well across sectors. The implementation of COVID-19 surveillance at the Makassar City Health Office has been carried out well, but some things are still not optimal.

Abstract

TPQ Al Fatih is one of the non-formal educational institutions that is a place to learn the Qur’an for children to teenagers. The problems that occur in the attendance and payroll systems that have been running at this time are still recorded manually. The attendance of students is recorded in the daily attendance folder, while for teachers there is no special book to record their attendance. The calculation of teacher salaries is also still being recapitulated manually by asking directly to each teacher. The purpose of this study is to design a system that can manage attendance and perform payroll calculations using the waterfall method and UML (Unified Modeling Language) for modeling.
