Abstract

This assessment aims to understand: ( 1 ) influence the work on performance employees. ( 2 ) influence the bonuses on performance employees .( 3 ) impact assessment of work and the bonuses simultaneously on performance employees of pt medlinx asia technology Jakarta this research be considered in research survey , with instrument of the research .The research by the sample as many as 50 respondents .Technical the analysis used is the linear regression simple and multiple standard significant on 5 % .The research on standard significant found that: ( 1 ) work assessment influential positive and significant on performance employees of pt medlinx asia technology Jakarta of 4.576 ( 2 ) the bonuses influential positive and significantly to employee performance of 5.006 ( 3 ) work assessment and a bonus influential positive and significantly to employee performance of 38.533

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) Influence of Training on Employee Performance at the British Council Indonesia, (2) Influence of Work Motivation to Employee Performance in the British Council Indonesia, and (3) Influence Training and Work Motivation to Employee Performance at the British Council Indonesia. The type of research used is survey. The population in this study is employees of the British Council Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with the number of samples counted 41 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study show that: (1) Training variable has a positive effect on employee performance in British Council Indonesia. This is evidenced from the t-count of 3.454 with a significance value of <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.327; (2) Work Motivation variable has a positive effect on employee performance in Britsih Council Indonesia. This can be proven from the tcount of 4.875, with a significance value of <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.395; (3) Variables of Training, and Work Motivation simultaneously to employee performance in British Council Indonesia. This can be proven from the value of Fcount of 32.798 while Ftabel for n = 41 of 3.23, with significance <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of service, location and learners' satisfaction to loyalty learners against two English language institutions in Jakarta. Respondents involved in this study were 78 learners, the method used is non-probability sampling, the sampling pursposive. Data was collected by multiple linear regression using SPSS 23 software. Results of regression showed that the variables of service quality and significant positive effect on loyalty learners towards English language institutions, YPLTBI Lotte Shopping Avenue Kuningan Jakarta, quality of service and location together / simultaneous correlated with loyalty learners.  This study shows that the loyalty of the students in the institutions of English in Jakarta, YPLTBI Lotte Shopping Avenue Kuningan Jakarta can be influenced by factors of service quality and location of the Loyalty earners.

Abstract

Begin from early survey that shows how online business is growing rapidly at this time, such thing has stimulates me to do research about factors that affecting online business, particularly for online shopping consumer. I has limited time, then this research only focus on two factors that considered affecting the interest of online shopping, those two factors are the affect of shopping orientation and product  quality toward buying interest of online shopping.         The source of this research is from pleaded questionnaire to 50 respondents. The research is using descriptive quantitative method. Through data analysis by using SPSS instrument. The result shows the truth of hypothesis that each of shopping orientation and product quality affect partially toward buying interest of online shopping and affect simultaneously as well.

Abstract

Company performance in organizations is influenced by many factors among the most important is the influence of physical and non-physical work environment. This research was carried out with the aim of knowing the extent to which the physical and non physical work environment elements affect the company's performance, the research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach involving 30 respondents from 85 populations.     Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that there are positive and significant effects of physical and non-physical work environment on company performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the performance of PT. Kakiatna Indonesia is influenced by physical and non-physical work environment by 59.0% while the remaining 41.0%.             Based on the research concluded that partially the physical work environment variable correlates to the company's performance, partially the non-physical work environment variable correlates with the company's performance and it is concluded that the physical and non-physical work environment together / simultaneously correlates with the company's performance.

Abstract

Banks have made dramatic changes to risk management in the past decade—and the pace of change shows no signs of slowing. Risk management in banking has been transformed over the past decade, largely in response to regulations that emerged from the global financial crisis and the fines levied in its wake.  While Customer expectations are rising in line with changing technology. This study aimed to find out the relationship between risk on the marketing aspect of Mega Bank’s Branch Office Opening. The case study was taken precisely in the Palu province of Central Sulawesi. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. This analysis describes more about the Mega Bank branch office opening. After that analisis will associated with the risk in the marketing aspect when branches have been opened. In the implementation, the Mega Bank get some signs there will be a risk, so the Mega Bank management should perform analysis early before creating business feasibility study. The data used are deposits, loans, market share and internal. The data coming from Indonesia Bank, Badan Pusat Statistik, Mega Bank internal data and other supporting data.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Shopee television advertising on Shopee brand awareness at PT. Shopee International Indonesia Jakarta. This research was conducted in July 2018 through the help of Google Form (online questionnaire). The population in this study is Shopee consumers in TB Simatupang office area. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Research data was obtained through an online questionnaire about television advertising and brand awareness for 100 respondents. The instrument testing method used is testing validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive techniques, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The results showed that in television advertising has an influence on Shopee brand awareness.

Abstract

In the globalization era, human capital readiness is a must. Since people is an asset of the company. The objective of the company depend on the people competencies and called human capital readiness. Since the improvement of employee productivity is the critical path  to improved the company performance,  the purpose of this research is to examine the influence of compesation and career development on employees performance . The first hypothesis examine wheter compensation influences performance. The second hypothesis examine wheter career development influences performance .The population in this researchare all employees at Company X Jakarta. This research uses by using technique of sampling. Data were collected using a survey method and analyzed with doubled linear regression. The result of hypothesis test shows that compensation has a simultaneous and partially to performance.Another result of this research show that career development has a simultaneons and partially to performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Dagsap Endura Eatore yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur olahan makanan seperti naget, sosis, baso dan daging asap. PT Dagsap Endura Eatore memiliki tujuan untuk meluaskan pasar sampai keseluruh Indonesia. Dalam mencapai tujuannya, maka PT Dagsap Endura Eatore harus bisa meningkatkan kinerja para karyawannya agar dapat bekerja dengan efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini berlokasi pada PT Dagsap Endura Eatore (PT DEE) kantor cabang Jakarta Selatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT DEE kantor cabang Jakarta Selatan, pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT DEE kantor cabang Jakarta Selatan, dan pengaruh keduanya gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT DEE kantor cabang Jakarta Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 66 karyawan dari 79 karyawan PT Dagsap Endura Eatore kantor cabang Jakarta Selatan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi pengujian data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang akan menjelaskan keterkaitan antara variabel terikat dengan variabel bebas. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, determinasi, uji hipotesis parsial dan hipotesis simultan untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

One determinant of progress of a company is owned resources. A company or an entity feels that the absence of quality resources, the company's goals will not be achieved. But often not realized, the company only makes employees or resources as a means to achieve its goals rather than as individuals who need for recognition and awards. This study aims to know and explain the effect of work stress and work conflict on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Moreover, to know which independent variables that most influence on employee performance. The type of research conducted in this research is the explanation using a quantitative approach to explain corelation the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing, where the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate how stressful conditions of work stress and work conflict on employee performance, where there is a direct relationship between work stress and work conflict on Employee Performance, and partially and simultaneously influenced on employee performance. While the independent variables that most influence on the performance of employees is work conflict.
