Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui keunggulan dan kelemahan dari Zigot Training yang dirasakan oleh pelanggan sehingga dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam menyusun kebijakan dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di PT Zigot Mediatama dengan jumlah sampel business to business 65 responden menggunakan metode probability sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menduga bahwa kualitas pelayanan, harga serta kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara bersama-sama (simultan) mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang berarti bahwa pelanggan merasa puas dengan kualitas pelayanan dan harga yang diberikan. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini diketahui adanya beberapa indikator yang menjadi keunggulan dari perusahaan yang harus dipertahankan dan ada juga beberapa indikator yang masih menjadi kelemahan yang harus diperbaiki. Temuan lain penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan dan harga) sebesar 59,4% terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan pelanggan) sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this study for the exchange rate of Rupiah in US Dollar against the price of stocks LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially or simultaneously with time limitation in period of year 2009 until 2015. in this research is descriptive quantitative, that is research method done with describes in advance the condition of the research object or company under study based on facts and data available for the fact. To test the prevailing method hypothesis is multiple linear regression using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 24 with the Enter method. The technique used in this study uses purpose sampling technique in which there are 20 (twenty) companies entered and registered for 14 years (fourteen) in the Indonesia Stock Exchange LQ45 index. The results showed that the data had met classically such as normal distribution data, no multicollinearity, no heteroscedasticity, and no autocorrelation. From the results of linear regression analysis can be partial and simultaneous variable Interest Rates of Bank Indonesia and Rupiah Exchange Rate in US Dollar does not affect the price of shares LQ45. Koofesien that determines the stock price-LQ45 means of 0.2% which means that the Interest Rate of Bank Indonesia and the Rupiah Exchange Rate on US Dollar gives Influence on Stock Price LQ45, while the difference is 99.8% by other variables that are not in the research.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is the popular method to evaluate corpoarate business. PT Raja Rasa Alami (Shiny Tea) is engaged in food and baverage products that are marketed is a kind of buble tea.  During  the process of distributing the product the company experiences various obstacles, one of which is product branding that is not yet known to the public.  Due to the unpopular brand awernes problem, this study aims to: (1) To determine the value of the company's internal factors, the highest value of strength, and the weaknesses of the company. (2) To find out the value of the company's external factors, the greatest opportunities, and the smallest opportunities that the company has. (3) To find out the current condition of the company. (4) To find out what marketing strategies are right for the company to use. Qualitative methods and includes explorative descriptive research with the expose facto approach is the suitable method to describe the situation of the phenomena. The unit obsertvations are employees of the companya and buble tea consumers.  The results showed that the companies have better strengths than weaknesses, but companies have a higher threat of opportunity. The position of the company is currently in a position of business growth, but the employee is not ready to enter into competitiveness. And there is no regular review on capacity planning optimalization the impat to the distribution strategy.

Abstract

In the globalization era with volatile and uncertaintay ambience highly productive employee with high motivation and creativity is the core process to running the infrastructure company. This study aims to analyze the correlation of working environment and reward to the employee motivation in PT. Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. Jakarta. Hypothesis testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 responses. The analyze used is the result of the validity test, the reliability test, the regression analyze test (multiple collinearity test, heteroscedasticity, normality test), and the hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis (t test, f test, and model summary) with the aid of SPSS version 22 computer. By using multiple regression analysis method, it is concluded that working environment variable has /correlation to employee motivation, and there is acorrelation for reward variable to employee motivation.  While Variable of work environment and reward simultaneously have an influences to employee motivation variable at PT. Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan iklan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian motor Kawasaki. Dari kedua variabel tersebut ingin diketahui variabel manakah yang paling berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian motor Kawasaki pada PT Super Sukses Motor cabang Depok. Pengujian-pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, korelasi spearmen dan uji chi square. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variabel iklan promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

PT Andalan Usaha Cemerlang is the organization who consider about customer satisfaction. And give quality of interpersonal communication and quality of service. Both of variable have a significant and simultaneous to customers satisfaction with associative quantitative method discovered that both of variable have a coefficient determinant R2 = 0.827 or 82,8% and the rest of amount is 17.2% because of the other factors.  Suggestion to PT Andalan Usaha Cemerlang is all quality service and interpersonal communication must be maintained and improved to keep customers’loyality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of rewards and incentives on the satisfaction of platinum agent PT X DKI Jakarta area. This study was included in the category of quantitative descriptive research. This study uses individuals for their unit of analysis, answer questions based on responses from individuals which belong to the category of platinum agents in the area of DKI Jakarta. The type of data used was the primary data. The population in this study were all of platinum agents in DKI Jakarta area which number as many as 20 people, which will be also used as sample by Purposive Sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaire with Likert scale. Data analysis includes validation and reliability test. Statistical analysis using multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test). The result of the research shows that reward influence partially to the satisfaction of platinum agents PT X in DKI Jakarta area, incentive partially influence to satisfaction of platinum agents PT X in DKI Jakarta area, and reward and incentive affect simultaneously to the satisfaction of platinum agents PT X in DKI Jakarta area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of career development on employee work satisfaction PT. E-Tirta Medical Center, (2) The influence of work environment on employee work satisfaction of PT. E-Tirta Medical Center, (3) Influence of career development and work environment to job satisfaction of PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. The type of research used is survey. Population in this research is employees of PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method with the number of samples of 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Variable career development have a positive effect on employee work satisfaction PT E-Tirta Medical Center. This is evidenced from the tcount of 2.864 with a significance value of <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.224; (2) Work environment variable positive influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. This can be proved from the tcount of 2,864, with significance value of <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.869; (3) Variable of career development and work environment influence simultaneously to job satisfaction of employees at PT. E-Tirta Medical Center. This can be proved from the value of Fhitung of 59.382 while Ftable for n = 64 of 3.14, with significance <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction in PT Bank Danamon Bintaro Branch South Tangerang. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed and implemented on 100 (one hundred) customers at PT Bank Danamon Bintaro Branch. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 20. Penenlitian is done sampling by non probability sampling and using accidental sampling method. While the data testing techniques used in this study include the validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach. Test the classical assumption and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction and product quality also has an effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of tests conducted with partial test (t test) there is a positive correlation of service quality variable to customer satisfaction. Similarly, simultaneous test (F test) shows that overall variable of service quality influence (X1) and product quality (X2) have significant influence to customer satisfaction. R Square value of 0.664, means that the quality of service and product quality are together able to explain customer satisfaction variable of 66.4% while the rest of 33.6% are other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Implementation of operational risk management on the object property is very important in order to improve the quality of service so that the tenants more comfortable so that they continue to rent the premises. There are four divisions that are in direct contact with the occupants of the building that affect the quality of service that is division Tenant Relations, Engineering, Housekeeping and Security, therefore researchers interested in conducting research with the aim of knowing the operational risks of the building on the division Tenant Relations, Engineering, housekeeping and security and want to know the relationship of the four divisions with the quality of service. This research was conducted in PT.UOB PROPERTY with UOB Plaza building in Jakarta with population of 35 tenants and taken sample 25 respondents by using direct study in field and literature study, while to know the relationship of the four divisions with Spss 24 by using sample random sampling technique with 25 respondents. From the analysis results, there are operational risks with risk classification and low, medium and high impact in the TR (x1), Engineering (x2), Housekeeping (x3) and Security (x4) divisions.The results of the data using Spss 24 generated regression model Y = 0.353x1 + 0.585x2 + 0.567x3 - 0.040x4 - 3.621 and based on F test results that variable div.TR, Eng, HK, and div. Security variables simultaneously affect the variable the quality of the service, or by looking at the computation of F arithmetic with F table, from table F obtained data F table of 2.759, while F arithmetic of 43,070 thus F table (2.759) <F count (43.070) or F count (43.070)> F table (2.759) so that it can be concluded independent variable (X) div TR, Engineering, Housekeeping and Security simultaneously together affect the quality of service (Y), while based on test results t only engineering division (x2) , while for division Tenant relation, Housekeeping and security have no relation with service of quality.
