Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) have a very important role in the development andwelfare of society. MSME are not only the backbone of the local economy, but also contributesignificantly to national economic growth. Through creating jobs, increasing income, and increasingpeople's access to goods and services, MSME provide a broad positive impact. In the context ofdevelopment, MSME play a vital role in reducing unemployment rates, improving workforce skills,and reducing economic disparities between regions. Apart from that, MSME also support economicdiversification by introducing unique local products and services to the global market. In terms ofcommunity welfare, MSME provide opportunities for local entrepreneurs, especially women andyouth, to start and develop their own businesses.Keywords: MSME; Development; Public Welfare; Government

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi informasi di masa Industri 4. 0 serta Society 5. 0 menjadikan warga wajibalihkan aktivitas jual beli lewat media digital. Salah satu komunitas di Kota Surabaya ialah KampungKue Membutuhkan media pembuatan katalog yang bisa dipublikasikan melalui media sosial.Pemecahan yang dapat kami tawarkan buat mempermudah komunitas penjual kue merupakan denganmenggunakan aplikasi canva selaku media pembuatan katalog serta memasarkan hasil katalognyalewat banyak media sosial buat menarik pembeli serta pelanggan. Dalam melakukan promosidiperlukan penyusunan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik, benar serta pas, supaya mutu promosinya lebihbaik, sehingga kami pula melatih keahlian teman-teman Karang Taruna yang memiliki UMKM diKelurahan Sukorame dengan membagikan keahlian promosi. Salah satu hasil yang diberikan daripelatihan serta pendampingan ini merupakan modul pelatihan.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the actions carried out by companies as a form oftheir responsibility towards the environment around which the company is located is at. One of theCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs currently being implemented by PDAM SuryaSembada Kota Surabaya is the Healthy Latrines and Renovating Uninhabitable Houses Program.This program is a program of the Mayor of Surabaya in collaboration with PDAM and the SurabayaCity National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS). Through this program, PDAM together with BAZNASwill build 20 houses and will build 20 healthy latrines in various areas in Surabaya. This researchaims to describe the implementation of CSR at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City in the form ofbuilding healthy latrines and building uninhabitable houses. The research method used is descriptivewith a qualitative approach. The focus of this research consists of 1) Communication, 2) BureaucraticStructure, 3) Disposition and 4) Resources. The data collection techniques used are documentation,observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data,presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the RegionalDrinking Water Company, Surya Sembada, Surabaya City has implemented the Healthy Latrines andUninhabitable House Renovation Program well, but the process of disbursing CSR funds is often late.The advice given in this research is that PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City needs to speed up theprocess of disbursing funds, and continue the program of building healthy latrines and renovatinguninhabitable houses so that it doesn't stop here and can build healthy latrines for the public.Keywords: Implementation; Corporate Social Resposibility (CSR); PDAM Surabaya

Abstract

This research aims to conduct outreach regarding the use of the Canva application as an effectivedesign tool for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs/UMKM). Attractive visual design hasan important role in promoting UMKM products or services in the current digital era. However,limited knowledge and access to design tools often become obstacles for Sukorame UMKM. Themethod used in this research is a training and socialization approach. An intensive training programon using the Canva application will be held for Sukorame UMKM owners and related staff. Inaddition, individual discussion and guidance sessions will be held to understand the needs and designchallenges faced by each UMKM resident of Sukorame. It is hoped that the results of this researchwill provide a better understanding of the capabilities and benefits of the Canva application indesigning promotional materials. Apart from that, it is also hoped that it can improve the design skillsof UMKM owners and related staff, so that they can produce promotional materials that are moreeffective and attractive to their market. Through this socialization, it is hoped that Sukorame UMKMcan be more competitive in digital marketing and have the ability to present their products or servicesin a more attractive and professional way. In this way, it is hoped that it can also contribute toincreasing the competitiveness of UMKM in today's increasingly competitive business ecosystem.Keywords: Socialization; Canva; MSMEs; Design

Abstract

Public speaking merupakan kemampuan sosial penting untuk berinteraksi denganorang lain secara efektif dan tepat namun, bisa menimbulkan stress karena menghadapitantangan untuk diperhatikan dan didengar oleh orang lain. Ini sangat penting bagi perangkatdesa untuk menambah soft skill public speaking supaya informasi yang diberikan kepadamasyarakat bisa optimal, dan untuk warga desa bisa menciptakan keahlian lain dalam bidangkomunikasi di depan umum. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah memberikan pengetahuan dasarmengenai public speaking berupa pelatihan mimik wajah, gestur tubuh, tata kelola bahasayang dikeluarkan saat berbicara di depan umum, dan bagaimana pembicara membrandingdirinya agar lebih menguasai jalannya pembicaraan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secaraluring yang mana diikuti oleh 33 orang yang terdiri dari perangkat desa Klampok dan wargadesa Klampok, pelatihan dilakukan 1 hari penuh, dengan materi yang berbeda. Pelatihanpertama adalah public speaking & personal branding, kedua conversation, ketiga socialmedia strategy. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini bisa menambah keahlian baru bagiperangkat desa serta warga desa Klampok.Kata Kunci: Public Speaking, Penelitian, Desa Klampok, Soft Skill, Pelatihan

Abstract

One of the tridharmas goals for higher education is the existence of a campus can provide benefitsand prosperity to society. After the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a slowdown in people's economicactivities, marked by a large number of unemployed people and a decrease in purchasing power, aswell as a reduction in the income of MSMEs (UMKM) in the area around the UPN Veteran Jakartacampus. If this condition remain ignored, it will lead to a negative impact and reduce social relationsbetween campus residents and surrounding residents. Because efforts are needed to improve campusrelations with local residents while empowering the economy through Sportavest 2023 activities. Abstract

Sukorame sub-district has great potential for SMEs, so this is our focus in carrying out communityservice activities in Sukorame Gresik sub-district. This research aims to help MSMEs to develop theirbusiness in terms of managing the legality of their business including HALAL AND SP-PIRT. InIndonesia, it is mandatory for all MSMEs to have legality in their business, which includes halal nib,and also pirt to make MSME businesses in Indonesia more developed and able to advance to an evenbigger Rana. With this activity of making halal and pirt certification, it is intended to help MSMEs inthe Sukorame sub-district so that they can grow bigger and can be distributed to regions in Indonesiawith legality that has been determined and is mandatory for all MSMEs in Indonesia. This lack ofunderstanding by MSMEs in the Sukorame Gresik sub-district is what made us create a communityservice work program related to business legality, one of which is creating a halal and pirtsocialization work program. Because with halal certification, the public or consumers can easilyknow that the products they consume are guaranteed to be halal. Likewise, pirt is a factor in thedevelopment of MSMEs in Indonesia, because it is so important for MSMEs today, as well asguaranteeing and also as proof that the food and beverage business produced and sold by this homeindustry meets applicable food product standards.Keywords: Socialization; MSMEs; HALAL; SP-PIRT

Abstract

BonaSSa Collection is a business unit based in the city of Surabaya and has a branch in GresikRegency. This business operates in the fashion sector, especially Muslim clothing, with a targetmarket of children to adults, both women and men. The main problem with the BonaSSa CollectionGresik Regency branch is low brand awareness and low customer purchase intention from the targetmarket. The research methodology uses qualitative research. This research aims to help increasebrand awareness and purchasing intentions of their potential customers. Data collection was carriedout using an interview system with respondents who were business owners and employees at theGresik Regency branch. Based on these results, respondents' brand awareness is low, as is customerpurchase intention. It was found that the digital media recommended for use by respondents weresocial media Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, WhatsApp, Shopee, search engines and websites. Based onthese results, BonaSSa Collection is able to optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) which issupported by a website optimizer and attractive content marketing, create and optimize the use ofsocial media and Shopee.Keywords: Digital Marketing; Social Media Marketing; Brand Awareness; Customer PurchaseIntention.

Abstract

This research intends to examine the conceptual model of the Quality of Educational Servicesprovided by several Private Universities (PTS) in Surabaya by using a review of Disconfirmation,Dissatisfaction, Dissonance, Disaffection in evaluating the quality of educational services in StudyEvaluation and Registration Results Services; Bank Services; Student Services; HealthServices/Polyclinics; Language Center UPT Services; Computer Center Services, and CentralLibrary Services. It is hoped that this study can help leaders of Private Universities (PTS) in makingdecisions to increase and maintain the existence of student enthusiasm and/or graduation. The sampleused in this research was 200 students from 5 (five) state universities, namely: East Java "Veteran"National Development University (UPN), Airlangga University (UNAIR), Sepuluh Nopember Instituteof Technology (ITS), Surabaya State University (UNESA ), Sunan Ampel State Islamic UniversitySurabaya (UINSA). Several tests need to be carried out before the data is processed so that itconforms to the assumptions required by multivariate data analysis (validity and reliability, normality,multicolonierity or singularity). The analytical method used in this research is Structural EquationModeling [SEM], and the measurement model is Confirmatory Factor Analysis [CFA]. By usingAMOS 4.01 the test results show that the Dissatisfaction Concept is eliminated, Dissonance canevaluate from a significantly negative side the Quality of Student Education Services which isacceptable, likewise Disaffection can evaluate from a significantly negative side the Quality ofStudent Education Services which is acceptable. Meanwhile, Disconfirmation can evaluatesignificantly from a negative side that the quality of student services is unacceptable.Keywords: Disconfirmation; Dissastisfaction; Dissonance; Disaffection

Abstract

Jombang Regency has a number of unique tourism potentials, both natural and artificial, one ofwhich is Tanah Senja. This research has the main objective of knowing and analyzing tourismmarketing strategies to increase the attractiveness of Tanah Senja tourism in Jombang Regency. Thisresearch uses a qualitative descriptive method. This research was conducted at Tanah Senja. Thesubjects of this research are owners, employees, and consumers. The data analysis method used inthis research is SWOT analysis.
