Abstract

Sajian Ayam bakar dan urap urapnya semakin menambah cita rasa makanan khas Surabaya . Akantetapi sekarang lebih moderen penjualnya di jadikan satu stan dengan wisata jurang kuping sehinggabisa menjadi Destinasi wisata di kota. Makan ini sebenarnya makanan ayam bakar yang sudah umumdi Indonesia akan tetapi urap adalah makanan ciri khas Surabaya atau Jawa Timur akan tetapi menarikkarena letaknya di daerah jurang kuping yang merupkan tempat wisata yang tidak begitu ramaidikunjungi orang pengunjungnya adalah masyarakat sekitar Surabaya Gresik dan Lamongan. Jurangkuping adalah telaga di desa jurang kuping kecamatan benowo Surabaya dan rering di kunjungi olehmasyarakt sekitr maka dijualnya makanan ciri khas masyarakat tersebut adalah urap urap dan ayambakar. Di Jurang kuping terkenal jugan penjual minuman tradisional yaitu legan dan Tuak akan tetapiminuman tuakini menjadi masalah karena mnuman tuak mempunyai kadar alcohol tinggi sehinggaakan menjadi masalah soscial.Kata kunci: UKM Makanan Urap Urap Dan Ayam Bakar; Minuman Legen Dan Tuak

Abstract

Water hyacinth is a weed in waters, but this weed will be profitable if used as raw material for crafts,and touched with art and creative ideas. The results of processing water hyacinth plants can becreated into products that have functions or benefits. These natural materials can be used as rawmaterials for crafts which have high artistic and economic value. Making various water hyacinthcrafts can be developed into a commercial craft industry. The necessary materials and equipment areeasy to obtain or purchased at low prices. The manufacturing process is also quite easy, it can bedone by both male and female workers. Water hyacinth can be combined with other materials to formcraft products that are more varied, luxurious and elegant. Apart from that, water hyacinth crafts areeasy to market, and even have the potential to be marketed as export commodities to variouscountries. In line with the rapid development of the handicraft market, the partner group wishes todevelop creativity and innovate to develop products made from water hyacinth so that they are moreattractive to the market and have selling value. The marketing carried out by handicraft craftsmen inWitrove Surabaya still uses traditional marketing models, which only depend on the place where thecraftsmen exhibit their products. Abstract

The number of accidents on the Cipali Toll road between 2019/2021 was 1000 accidents which killedtotal of 223 people, and 170 of them are known to have died as a result of rear-end collisions. Thefactor of lack of anticipation of speed and distance from the vehicle in front is thought to be the maincause. This condition can be caused by vehicle speed exceeding the limit or the front vehicle is lessvisible, so it is necessary to check the illumination level of the rear lights. This research uses adescriptive observation method. The samples are vehicles passing through the Cipali KM between 188and 108 toll road towards Jakarta, Sunday 29 January 2023 at 19.30-21.00 WIB. The speed of theobserver vehicle was 80-100 km/hour. The standard brightness level was measured using a luxmeteron the rear lights of the 2016 Suzuki Ertiga Dreza. The research results showed that some tollroadsections had lighting. There were 316 SUVs, minibuses, buses and trucks that were passed orpass through the researcher's path. From 56 truck type vehicles, 16 Trailer truck type vehicles and 1minibus had a low level of brightness, with less visible category and speed less than standard which isthought to have contributed to rear-end collisions. The conclusion is, there are still vehicles that haverear lights with low levels of brightness, less visible and low speeds which pose a risk of rear-endcollisions. So strict supervision and regulations are needed regarding the conditions for vehiclespermitted to use Toll roads at night.Keywords: Brightness; Road Accidents; Rear-End Collisions; Rear Lamp

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness or influence of the monetary crisis,exchange rates and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia. The research method used isqualitative research with library research. Literature study is an analysis that originates from theanalysis of textbooks and previous research. Abstract

Currently, Small and Medium Micro Enterprises is one of the sectors in terms of the economy that ishighly noticed by the government, MSMEs in Indonesia are also very helpful to improve the country'seconomy. Digital marketing becomes an event for promoting or marketing a product because it isconsidered more effective and efficient, but many MSMEs still do not utilize it, one of which is theflagship MSMEs of Ngipik Village, namely Tea Rosella. MSMMEs Tea Rosella Ngipik Village has notutilized digital as its business medium due to the lack of human resources that take care of the MSMEsand the lack of knowledge about digital-based technologies. In this community service, the people ofNgipik Urban Village, especially business people, will be given knowledge of digital marketing tosupport their business activities. Activities are carried out using four methods, namely observation,data collection, digital marketing socialization and digital marketing activities assistance practice.The socialization activities held received good results with very good enthusiasm from the participantspresent, as well as online marketing activities were also quite good with audiences who saw posters ofrosella tea products. With a lack of public knowledge about digital business, it is hoped that there willbe assistance for business operators in Ngipik Village. Rosella tea, which is the flagship product ofKecamatan Ngipik, needs to be considered and redeveloped by increasing the available resources.Keywords: Micro Small and Medium Enterprises; Digital Marketing; Rosella

Abstract

In the current era, SME players need to improve their marketing by implementing digital marketing sothat the products they sell can be known by the wider community. In marketing, Assyifa's Tempe ChipsSME is currently still marketing its products conventionally. The aim of this activity is to help partnersovercome their problems related to marketing which are still limited to conventional marketing. Themethods used to solve partner problems are socialization, training and mentoring. The digitalmarketing model used in this activity is the use of social media to reach more customers. The socialmedia used are Facebook and WhatsApp Business. This activity has an important role in helpingimprove marketing to partners. After the activities were carried out, SME players had anunderstanding of digital marketing using social media. SME players are able to manage and optimizeFacebook and WhatsApp Business accounts as media for conducting digital marketing. Throughdigital marketing as a marketing medium, SME players can market their products more widely andreach more consumers so that they have the potential to increase sales of these SMEs.Keywords: Digital Marketing; Social Media;SME

Abstract

Cybercrime or what is commonly known as cybercrime is a series of criminal activities that useinformation technology, networks or computers as the main tool or target. In responding to anddealing with the increasing number of cybercrimes in the financial sector, both universities, industryand government have interrelated influences and cannot act alone. A qualitative descriptive approachwas carried out in this research by discussing various issues in society and providing solutions oralternatives through collaboration carried out by the triple helix in a systematic and comprehensivemanner. Universities act as institutions in charge of education and basic research, industry plays arole in creating commercial goods that support programs, government acts as a supervisor andregulates the market. Universities need to increase the scale of outreach and education regardingbetter alternatives to online gambling. Companies as service providers are also required to providemore varied and innovative services to prevent people from being caught in cybercrimes such asonline gambling, illegal online loans and fraudulent investments. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are creative economic businesses that were born asone of human activities in fulfilling their daily needs. In order for MSMEs to compete in the freemarket era, one of the conditions is the fulfillment of business legality. Recently, the governmentissued a new policy regarding the legality of MSME businesses that can be done online , namelythrough the Online Single application and web Submissions . This policy concerns the renewal of oldpublic services into E- Government -based public services . Business legality is an important elementas an indication of identity that a business entity is legal and legally valid so that it is recognized bythe community. Management of business legality is an absolute must for every business actor.Wonorejo is one of the villages in Tegalsari District , Surabaya City where most of the people work asMSME business actors. However, there are still many MSME business actors who have not legalizedtheir business due to limited information about business legality policies, so training and assistanceare needed on managing business legality for MSME business actors in Wonorejo. The purpose of thispaper is to describe how the implementation of E- Government in business legality through a singleonline application Submission in Wonorejo through socialization, training, mentoring to the formationof business licenses in the form of NIB. This study uses a descriptive research method with aqualitative approach with a case study of business actors in Wonorejo. Abstract

The purpose of holding Community Service is realizing a clean and healthy lifestyle for children atSDN Muneng Kidul and Muneng Leres 3 as well as children at Tunas Abadi Kindergarten. The targetwas 60 students from SDN Muneng Kidul and SDN Muneng Leres 3 Classes IV, V and VI as well as30 children from Kindergarten class A and B in Probolinggo District, Sumberasih District. Themethod used is guidance activities in the form of lecture methods, interactive discussions, andexercises. The result of the community service activities is that there is a change in behavior patternsin students who initially ignored clean and healthy living behaviors such as washing their hands withsoap under running water, now students have started practicing these behaviors in their dailyactivities. Not only that, students have also started to get used to consuming nutritious food as a formof clean and healthy living behavior. Thus, it can be concluded that this community service activity isrunning effectively.Keywords: Clean And Healthy Behaviors; School Environment; Health Education
